We had a very disappointing experience traveling from Vancouver, WA to Seattle. My wife, kids, and I arrived on time with a valid reservation, ready to purchase our tickets at the station. Unfortunately, the staff member front desk on duty (named Samanta) was outside chatting with the conductor instead of helping passengers. Despite our polite requests and the fact that we had small children and luggage, she refused to let us board or issue tickets even though we were not late and had done everything correctly. It felt careless and unkind, and showed a real lack of professionalism and compassion. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and I truly hope no one else has to go through the same experience. Very disappointing customer service.
