Amazing quality for the price. Spicy beef with garlic & oil, Madeira style…wow. Hospitality top top top from Nepalese host. Enjoyed!

Amazing food and excellent. Traditional bread was excellent better than the ones we had in actual Madeira. Lots of traditional options- fish, meat and veggie. As a fussy vegetarian it was great to find a lovely veggie kebab option. We visited twice during our stay it was so nice. The waiter was really friendly and informative. We'd definitely visit again.

Choosing this restaurant randomly we were so pleased we did. While the food took some time to arrive we were not disappointed. Delicious, reasonably priced with good service. Would recommend. We had a cod dish (30mins to prepare) - worth the wait, and a fish and prawn skewer, which was terrific

got honey cake on the house from Gepetto. very good swordfish,outstanding bolo do caco hamburger. and lovely beef with mushrooms. highly recommend. prepare to wait fair amount of time

Excellent food. I would highly recommend their Madeira style kebab - extra tender and flavourful. Ambiance could have been better, but we went in the off-season and were treated very well.

Ordered a Cataplana de Bacalhau, and it was tasty. The problem was that I waited for more than an hour for this dish. As a tourist who never ordered this dish before, I did not know that it takes this long to cook this dish. Moreover, the server could have let me know about it when I was ordering. The communication could have been better.

Fantastic. Best food we had in Portugal. Best codfish of my life, and the waiters are lovely. Incredibly attentive and kind. Portion size is awesome, ate to perfect fullness.
