I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the outstanding service provided by Martyna at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional — a true asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to sincerely thank Martyna for her exceptional hospitality.

The hotel is very good ,but is not in city center, which means you need take bus every time when u go out.So the location a bit far.The first night I sleep there,I couldn’t sleep,I just feel uncomfortable, next day they change room for me,then is fine.

We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at this hotel and overall we were pleased. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Krakow, offering a quieter environment with the advantage of easy access to the city centre. There is a small market next to the hotel with basic groceries and drugstores, which was very handy. There are also several restaurants and a cafe/bakery nearby. The rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of storage space thanks to the large number of closets and storage areas. Most rooms have a balcony, which is a nice bonus. We really appreciated the small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, stovetop and sink. The beds were softer but comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of electrical outlets. In the winter, the entire hotel, including the room, was pleasantly warm, which we appreciated very much. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was also nice. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower and plenty of storage, which made it easy to use every day. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, including hot meals. There was plenty of seating in the breakfast room, which was nice. However, we would have liked it to be warmer as the room was a bit chilly. Parking is free at the hotel, which is a great advantage, or in the underground garage for a fee of 20 zlotys per day. The tram stop right next to the hotel allows easy access to the city centre, which takes about 20 minutes. Trams run frequently, but unfortunately there is no ticket machine at the stop, which may be impractical for some guests. Occasional Wi-Fi outages made our stay a little unpleasant. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Rooms are clean and carefully maintained, very quiet at night. In the moring, you can enjoy a rich breakfast at the Oregano restaurant on ground floor. Connections to the city centre (just 15 min by tram) are great, tram stop is just in front of the hotel. Excellent value for money. For synchrotron users: this is the ideal place if you have experiments at Solaris, vanilla is just 5 minute walking distance. Also, a small kitchen is available in most apartments, which can be extremely useful if you finish your shifts late at night.

Very nice apartment hotel. A bit off from the center but easy enough to get there by tram. The style and cleanliness is great and the best part is the staff. Extremely friendly and super helpful! I really appreciate the great service they provide. My only two complaints were the noise from the road and that the bed was a bit soft for my taste. I'll be a returning guest for sure.

Nice modern hotel. If recently refurbished they didn't put in USB power sockets, which is a shame. Power is cut to the room when you leave it so no chance of charging up you electronic devices while you are out. |Took while to get processed by reception on check-in. |Room cleaning consists only of replacing towel, soaps etc , making the beds and replacing free water. No cleaning of the bathroom clean or fresh sheets. |Good facilities around the hotel - super market, chemist, tram.

Yelp
I stayed here for a month and I can say that it's a super awesome hotel. It's probably easier to begin with flaws as there are not so much of them. First of all, location. It is pretty far from the city center, around 30 minutes by tram. Secondly, wi-fi speed has quiet moderate speed. Also they generate a password of random symbols and digits, and you have to enter this password every time you connect to Internet on every device, and there is no possibility to save it. You have no other options but to remember it for the rest of your life, damn-leave-my-head-already-rrrr Apart from the above, everything else is great. The building is very new and is located in a calm and peaceful region of Krakow, I would stay there further if it wasn't so far from my work :(. The staff is polite and helpful, and speaks excellent English. The tram station is in 100m from the entrance. There are two supermarkets and a restaurant on the first floor, as well as some other shops. Even the smallest rooms have a kitchen, there are also fridge and microwave. And I like the overall style of the room (look at those photos! *_* ) It's possible to rent rooms for long term, the cost for the month was ~2000 pln. It's not so much higher than to rent a good apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow. Okay, I've vagued for some minutes and changed the rating from 5 stars to 4. Besides two flaws mentioned at the beginning people also complain about food for breakfast and the expensive underground parking. I do not know, didn't try neither of them, but be aware.
