Vapiano

In response to the owner's question: I really enjoyed the food and the staff was kind and attentive. However, I was quite surprised that a pasta-focused franchise like Vapiano doesn’t offer any gluten-free pasta options apart from zucchini “spaghetti.” Zucchini noodles are a nice extra, but having them as the only gluten-free choice is very disappointing.

Everything was as usual at Vapiano, but there were more orders than staff, so the service was slower than it should have been. We had to wait quite a while for our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. I suspect the delays were due to a high volume of takeout orders. The staff did their best, but there just weren’t enough of them to keep up. So the 4 stars here are really for the management. On the bright side, the view from the second-floor window was lovely.

I had a really disappointing experience at Vapiano. I ordered three dishes, picked up my food, and barely five minutes later a staff member informed me that the place was closing in 15 minutes. I assumed they meant the kitchen was closing, not that we had to leave. A few minutes after that, they came again and told us we needed to leave in 9 minutes - while I had barely started my pasta. When I asked if I could pack my food to go, they told me I had to buy a box. Seriously? Overall, it was a horrible experience. I ended up rushing through my tiramisu while standing instead of enjoying the meal I paid for. There was no prior notice about the closing time, which made the whole situation even worse. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Vapiano on Bécsi út is a decent Italian-style fast food spot with a great location. The inner garden next to the road is a real highlight, perfect for a casual meal. The food is good but nothing extraordinary — more like quick Italian fare. It’s self-service, portions are okay, and prices are fair. There are better places in this category, but it’s still a solid choice if you’re nearby.

This Place Is Very Cleaned And Awesome! When we came to this place, it was really big and the seats were cleaned, and it wasn't busy. We ordered Pizza And Pastas With Vegatables and Lemonade Drinks And Vanilla Peach Drink. It was great visiting there and enjoyed the place and eating outside. ❤️🍕🍝

Pasta turned out to be cold as they made fresh and waited for pizza to get ready to bring together.. then comes the surprise..I asked to heat it up.. the person on the billing counter told me food won't go back to kitchen again but offered to make fresh.. watching what's happening from the side the chef tried convince me it is hot as of we don't know pasta... finally he took the pasta back to kitchen.. heated it in the pan and gave again... 😤 all the time I was simply looking into the lady who said food won't go back to kitchen 😒.. what a pity..

It had a nice modern remodel. There's McDonald's style order stalls and QR code at the tables for ordering. Also the outdoors seating area is pleasant in the summer, however the relatively big traffic and tram is quite noisy. Overall a recommend.

I mean what is this??????? I paid it for 5000 forint and I received the food worths just for 1000ft even less. The quantity was really less and waited for one hour to deliver. The pasta was not cooked well. No fork. Sh won’t order anymore
