Nice place in the center of Zurich. Coming to Vapiano for a long time always special menu with tasty options. Good for a bite to eat and take away also an option. Very affordable prices compared to other restaurants in the area. So if your in Zurich and on a budget not bad to drop by

I liked this place so much that I ate there twice. I had the same dish both times, so I can not review multiple plates. I ordered the Ravioli with ricotta. From the friendly host to both cooks, Marco and Mohamed, it was great service. I had a lengthier chat with Mohamed because it wasn't as busy as the first time I went. Very nice. The atmosphere is casual and inviting with long tables and booths. It reminds me of our farm to fork restaurants in California. Definitely give this restaurant a try if you are in the area. 😊

💔 From Top-Tier Pasta to a kiosk Fast Food! What Happened, Vapiano? Vapiano Bellevue used to stand above the typical “fast food” experience. I loved the pizza bread and the linguine. It was my go-to spot to take friends visiting the Zurich lake. Last night, I went back with a friend, and sadly, the experience was far below expectations. The pizza tasted worse than what you’d get from a late-night delivery kiosk, and the linguine was clumped together in a thin, acidic tomato sauce that felt like baby food and tasted like paste. It’s clear that the quality has dropped significantly. The cashier also didn't care about the feedback. He seemed he didn't want to be there. Food will become miserable when staff are miserable. I truly hope management takes action. I, and I am sure others, have great memories of Vapiano Bellevue as a fun, welcoming place to share good meals with friends. Level up, guys! You are not MacDo!

The food was really good, and the ability to watch your food being prepared is a really interesting experience. However, the way the restaurant worked was unclear from the start, and I required staff multiple times to direct me. Clearer signage on entry would be much appreciated. Excellent food quality, interesting experience. It’s a bit different from a traditional restaurant where you sit down and order. When you arrive, you get a restaurant card that you use when you order. If you order pasta or poke (fish), you order from the chef acutally making your food, and you can watch your meal being prepared in front of you. The food wuality was very high. The menu lists common allergens, particulalrly lactose, but you can also customize your order with the chef as it is being prepared. All the people I intedsected with spoke English. We had 4 dishes, and all pf us really wnjoyed the experience and our dishes. Great new food concept, well exectued.

Cool place! Love the concept and great Italian food. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Chill atmosphere, perfect for a more casual Italian dining experience.

Totally inconsistent. 1st and 2nd time ordering here, it was great. Today was terrible. * Overcooked pasta (pasta pomodoro & bolognese). * Sauce and pasta didn’t come separately like before, way too much pasta and too little sauce. Totally dried out. * Overcooked lasagna. Soggy, like lasagna soup. No texture. All 3 orders. Totally unacceptable for 26.50 CHF each lasagna. * Pizza was fine. Overall, spent 150 CHF for the worst Italian food I’ve had in my life. Worse than university cafeteria food, by far. Worst part is that we enjoyed it so much the first time. But lack of consistency means we can’t order from here anymore. Not when the food quality changes so drastically. Huge disappointment.

Excellent for a quick meal and a chill atmosphere. My all time favourite is Gamberi e Spinaci with pappardelle pasta, with a hint of chillies and garlic. I would only add a couple more cherry tomatoes to the dish😃 Give it a go :)
