Varadero

This is a Seafood Food restaurant. Their service and food is amazing. No wonder it is one Dad’s favorite restaurant. We ordered some amazing appetizer, the tostones with cheese and crab and some croquetas with crab inside. I ordered the salmon and fish. It was light and cooked just right. I also ordered a mojito and it was good. I would definitely come back.

I was finally able to visit this restaurant while in Barranquilla, and I have to say it was wonderful. I had heard so many good things, and I can confirm they’re all true. The food was excellent, and the ambiance is beautiful. It’s a great place to celebrate and enjoy with friends and family. If you are Cuban, or simply love Cuban food, this will be an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re visiting Barranquilla and want a great culinary experience, don’t miss this Latin restaurant—you won’t be disappointed. And of course, one of the best flans my husband has ever had in his life.

We been to several Cuban restaurants thru out the U.S. and I think this one has the slowest service. Food was fine, atmosphere became great after 8p on a Friday, Live Music 🎶 came in.

The restaurant is amazing, the ambience.. very chic, the food delicious, The decoration, they have live bands! How cool is that! Alberto my waiter was excellent! Definitely I will return… a cuban style restaurant in the heart of Barranquilla!

We had the: • Pulpo al Josper • Langostinos al ajillo • Aguacates tatemados • Flan de coco I can’t even begin to describe the incredible flavours on every plate; everything was mouth-wateringly good. This has definitely become my new favourite restaurant in Barranquilla. I love the decor of the restaurant, and only doubted to give it a 4 stars for atmosphere because of the volume of the music. They have live music - very good quality and i love it - but we were meeting friends who we hadn't seen in a while so wanted to catch up. In that case, it's not an ideal location to go to since the music can be slightly dominant. However, we moved outside and then the volume was okay again :- )

The service was nice people very friendly but they mixed it a bit in the beginning they brought us first the food and then drinks. But overall the service was polite fast and friendly The place really nice with music. The food was alright. We order a fish and pork. They were nice but the fish a bit bland. I have tried better. The presentation of food was nice

An incredible place for a special day. Service is top notch, even though it was very full due to Father’s Day, they did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a special menu, for the occasion. Appetizers were AMAZING, but main dishes were not the best. Dessert was once again delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, colorful too. I would 100% recommend this place.

Varadero in Barranquilla was such a pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and beautifully served. The atmosphere is vibrant and warm, with Cuban music that instantly transports you to Havana. The live show was incredible full of energy and fun making the whole evening feel like a true celebration.
