Vasilis Restaurant

I have to start by saying that while the variety of fish wasn’t extensive, the taste was absolutely amazing. Compliments to the chef! The service was both helpful and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Prices are a bit on the high side, but it’s definitely worth visiting this place — you won’t be disappointed.

We had a very nice lunch at Vasilis Restaurant, which serves delicious and authentic Greek dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, though a bit busy when we arrived — a tourist boat from Parga had just docked and many came in for lunch at the same time. We ordered fried aubergines, tzatziki, a beef burger, shrimp saganaki, and a pasta dish. Everything was tasty and well-prepared — classic Greek flavors that really hit the spot. Despite the rush, the staff remained friendly and the food was definitely worth the short wait.

I went on that restaurant with my family, all adults. The food was tasty but the portions was really small. The most of the food that we order was sea food. They were fresh but unfortunately the portions were small, for 5 people they bought 9small pieces of fish. They charge cover - the bread that we requested €1.50 and it was my 4 pieces inside. The service was nice with us, but in the end they just wanted to take our money with the most easy way.

Great lunch, fast service despite the rush hour. Many day-trip boats dock there and I would recommend trying this restaurant.

Good all round food and service. It's the end of the season so there's quite a few things off the menu. I understand why, and it's not just this place, but it's also a little frustrating when you already have limited options. Always lots of cheese or dip and bread options but there was one veggie/dairy free and it was off. Same for beer, only a couple of options on. The food was great though, it's just end of September it's a bit hit or miss. They brought out dessert for two at the end which was nice, but I'd already talked to the waitress about not eating dairy so it felt odd she brought out two big very dairy desserts.

For Paxos standards, this place is very local, with a nice village style atmosphere. Don’t expect Michelin level service, but the food is good, and the vibes are unique. It feels real, and people aren’t trying too hard to be overly friendly, which adds to the authenticity. I had the fried feta it was great and grilled sardines, and overall, it was a good experience. Perfect if you're looking for something less touristy!
