Jocelyn has been a pleasure to work with to create my engagement ring 💍 I found the gem stone that stood out most to me from her beautiful collection of gems, and the result was just lovely. Her knowledge of the craft really made my experience of creating a bespoke ring a lot less daunting. However, I had a mishap with my ring - and again, Jocelyn was able to save my ring and gave it a bezel. In the end, the final look of my ring was even better than the original! 😍 Thank you so much! Recently visited Vault to repair and polish my wedding ring and band purchased elsewhere. Jocelyn’s service, attentiveness and Vault’s workmanship has been fantastic. From sourcing a new gem for the proposal ring, to our wedding bands as well as designing and creating a beautiful piece for our parent, she had provided the utmost undivided attention to design details of each and every ring we got, which made them something truly unique, truly ours and truly a fine jewellery that we will wear for a lifetime. Bought a gorgeous ring from Jocelyn 2 years ago and wore it everyday since. Went back to her recently to get it cleaned up and no words could describe how I felt having the ring back. My fiancée and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring. We went to half a dozen jewelry stores in Singapore before finding Vault. First and foremost, the customer service Jocelyn has provided was second to none when compared to every single jewelry store we had been visiting so far. When you and your partner are looking for something as personal as an engagement ring, customer experience is of utmost importance. Even before trying rings on, we were struck by Jocelyn warmth and friendliness; these kind of things matter a great deal! Then it turns out that it is not easy to find special diamonds (especially in the cut and color section). Jocelyn has a lot of special, unique diamonds that would be very hard to find anywhere else, at least as far as our experience is concerned. We got our heart set on one salt and pepper diamond; Jocelyn did an amazing job working with our specifications, from setting to engraving. When we collected the ring however, we realized that the stone had a very small chip (and yes, this kind of thing can happen, even on the hardest material known to man!). But Jocelyn went extra mile for us with this inconvenience and arranged to replace the stone with another, bigger salt and pepper diamond and get this, free of charge! I can count on one hand the number of times when I had such an amazing customer experience. We would absolutely recommend Vault.

And this google review came about because while I was going about my day today, I kept catching glimpses of it’s sparkle here and there and it dawn on me that Vault did such a great job at sourcing the diamond for my ring & the craftsmanship is really gorgeous🥹✨ You know the jeweler did a great job when even a year plus later, your ring still amazes you.
