Vault Seafood & Steakhouse

Came here for my 21st Wedding anniversary (9/12/25) and it was the most amazing experience ever. I want to thank my server Mathew for making our first experience at this restaurant magnificent. The food was amazing. Everything I ordered was fresh and soooooo good. The bartenders were awesome and our drinks were delicious. I will definitely be coming back and I can honestly say that Vault is my top restaurant now. Mathew keep up the good work!

This place is nice. Date night was great. The atmosphere is amazing and had great vibes, piano playing in the background and live music. On to the food, my wife wasn't really hungry so she had a Cesaer Salad and Crawfish Bisque she enjoyed both, but was grown off by rhe sardines in the salad. Luckily she didnt hsbe any alergies rlto seafood.I had the Bison Fillet. When done correct it was good. I had ordered it medium, 1st time it came well done, second time it came rare, third time was a charm. For a seafood/steakhouse I was surprised of the mistake. But it was right the 3rd time, and it was good, ate the entire plate. They mistakenly charged us for 2 bison, so that correction had to be made. But overall I would come back sip some whiskey and smoke a cigar in their lounge and try some other dishes.

After a two-hour drive, my husband and I arrived at The Vault, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew the journey had been worthwhile. The restaurant exudes sophistication—its softly illuminated interior, paired with the rich notes of live piano music, created an atmosphere that felt both intimate and grand. The cuisine was nothing short of exquisite. Each dish was artfully presented and delivered flavors that quite literally melted in the mouth. The Vault manages to strike that rare balance between refinement and comfort, leaving diners both impressed and deeply satisfied. Service was equally memorable. Our waitress, Marchionda, elevated the evening with her warmth, grace, and genuine attentiveness. Her presence was as much a part of the experience as the food and ambiance, and we would be delighted to have her guide our table again. The cocktails deserve their own praise. My first chocolate martini was indulgent yet perfectly balanced, and it has already secured a permanent place on my must-order list. The espresso martini is next on my list to try during a future visit. From atmosphere to cuisine to service, The Vault offers a dining experience that is truly worth traveling for. It is not simply a restaurant—it is a destination, one we look forward to returning to again and again. And this is why I travel to review places.

I can’t say enough good things about Vault! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The staff greeted us like old friends, made us feel genuinely welcome, and ensured every detail of our dining experience was handled with care. Our server Bianca went above and beyond — checking in at just the right times, offering thoughtful recommendations, and making us feel completely taken care of without ever being overbearing. You could tell the entire team truly enjoys what they do, and it made the whole evening feel special. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. I had pan seared duck, and it just melted in my mouth beautifully. My husband had their Ribeye. The temperature was just perfect. If you're looking for a place that serves top-tier food with genuine, heartfelt service — this is it. Can’t wait to return!

We recently dined at The Vault in Mansfield, and the service was definitely the highlight of the experience. Our server, Sophia, was wonderful—very attentive, friendly, and quick to fix an issue with my drink without hesitation. She really made us feel taken care of. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet the same standard. My meal (Louisiana Lobster Pasta) arrived cold (definitely not cooked to order) and the lobster was over cooked. Worst of all it lacked flavor and there was nothing Louisiana about this dish (missing spices) My husband had the Chilean Seabass. Nice sized fish but the bed of seaweed underneath was not flavorful. The menu said it came with a lump of crab meat and that is clearly missing from this dish. I also noticed the utensils weren’t as clean as they should have been, which was disappointing for a place with such a nice atmosphere. I truly appreciated the excellent service and the atmosphere was definitely a vibe. I hope the restaurant can improve the food quality and attention to detail in the future.

My new favorite dinner spot in Mansfield. I’ve lived in Mansfield for years and had never been. My husband took me and I was so glad he introduced me to The Vault! The drinks, the food, and the ambiance was a vibe. Everything was so good. The service was great, our waiters were very attentive without being overly attentive. They also have a Cigar Lounge in the back if that’s your thing. Highly recommend!

A Whole VIBE! I absolutely LOVED The Vault! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was on point. The place is stunning 😍 and the ambiance made the entire experience feel upscale yet inviting. The service was excellent — shout out to Joe and Rob for taking such great care of us and making the night memorable. 👏🏽👏🏽 Now let’s talk about the food… sooooo delicious! Every bite was seasoned to perfection, and you can tell they put real care into the presentation and flavor. And the live music? Straight ❤️❤️ It added the perfect touch to an already awesome vening. I will definitely be back.

Let's 1st start with the photo ops outside! Soon as you walk up there is a vault wall with the perfect lighting for pictures! You then enter this lightly dim restaurant with a pianist on the keys with nice seating. Not the menus lighting up!?! We were wowed!! Everything from the presentation of the butter variety to the presentation and taste of the food was AMAZING! The drinks were sooo good. I had the diva sangria. Our server Kaylee was amazing! She was so kind and attentive to our party as we were there celebrating a birthday. I had the Bourbon Salmon and as a woman from Louisiana, im very particular about my seafood and the taste was close to home! Great job! Would recommend!
