From the moment we sat down, Wendell’s team treated us like Brazilian BBQ royalty. They didn’t just bring the meat… they summoned it. Skewers of sizzling, juicy goodness kept coming like a delicious protein parade. At one point, I looked down and realized I was sitting atop a mountain of meat. Glorious. Plates disappeared like magic (seriously, I think they hired ninjas), and our glasses never reached half-empty. Every time I blinked, someone was refilling something, slicing something, or smiling while enabling my meat addiction. The salad bar is fresh, vibrant, and beautifully laid out… and yet I only gave it a respectful nod before diving back into the main event: more steak. More lamb. More bacon-wrapped anything. I briefly considered stopping, but Wendell must’ve seen it in my eyes—he sent over the ribeye reinforcements. That man gets it. By the time we left, we were full, grateful, and deeply impressed by a team that made indulgence feel like fine dining with friends. Final verdict: Come hungry. Leave euphoric. And if Wendell’s crew is on duty? Prepare to be pampered with a full plate, full glass, and full heart. Five stars, stretchy pants highly recommended.

My family and I have been here in the past and have actually been quite content with the food and the service, but last night was a completely different story. We decided to come here for my birthday yesterday for a late-ish dinner because I really wanted steak. We arrived at 8(Google says they close at 10) we obviously had no intention of being the annoying people that stayed until closing. Our server was kind, but my God when I tell you the rest of the staff was doing everything other than blatantly saying get out, I mean it. Picking up our plates while we were mid bite, asking us if we are going to have dessert when its only been 20 minutes since we have sat down, bringing the check before the 40 minute mark of sitting at the table... I thought oh man I must have lost track of time, imagine my surprise when I look at the clock and it isn't even 9 yet?! Coming from someone that has worked in the service industry I understand wanting to be done at the end of a long night, but adamantly trying to force people to leave an hour before closing is kind of crazy. I would have left it alone had that been the only thing that went wrong, because again, I get it. But no, unfortunately, they decided to charge us for a non existent person too. We don't usually check the itemized receipt until we get home, and to my surprise when we did get the chance to check I realized they charged us extra. Now I'm not saying it was intentional, but when there's only 2 tables left I find it difficult to believe you'd make a mistake like that. A subpar experience of cold steaks, cold staff, and overcharged food was not on my birthday wishlist, but hopefully it helps someone else reading this review to be aware that this might be you if you decide to show up 2 hours before they close.

Was invited here for a dinner during the holidays. Absolutely amazing customer service and phenomenal tasting. It was a delight, having to come here after hearing about it for years and years.

VB Steakhouse has become our family’s go to spot for special occasions, whether it’s an anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, or just family bonding time during a special visit. The restaurant is always clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. Their customer service is warm and attentive, and there’s such a nice variety of starters, desserts, and meats to enjoy. Some of our favorites are the refreshing lemonade and the irresistible Brazilian cheese bread. They never disappoint! We also appreciate that the pricing is straightforward: Over $60 per adult, with no charge for toddlers and newborns, which makes family outings so much easier. One small area for improvement: After a few rounds, some of the meat servers start skipping tables, which can make guests feel rushed or like it is time to wrap up. A little more consistency in the rounds would make the dining experience perfect. Overall, we always leave full, happy, and looking forward to our next visit. Wasn’t worth the money. Maybe not even if the bill was half. Started off host was wearing aeropostal sweats…. Sweats… cheese bread was so hard you couldn’t eat it. Had to send first drink back and just accept that the second one was just as bad. Wife’s drink seemed to be all syrup paid $40ish for drinks o wouldn’t order again if they were free. Meat was good. Service was ok. $200 after tip. Felt so cheated. I’ve had better food at casual places and cheaper bills at high end places. This was a complete scam.

Super attentive, wait staff! Huge selection of high-quality items on the salad bar, and of course the meats (I should have taken photos, but I was mesmerized). Also, delightful post meal carajillo, desserts…

Any time that I have been in town, I make sure to eat here once or twice, per visit. What is there not to love about VB Steakhouse. It's is conveniently located. The parking is spacious. The dining area is spacious as well, and you never feel cramped. Everything on the hot bar is great but my biggest attraction is the lamb and lamb chops. The service is exceptional. I know that VB Steakhouse may not be technically considered "fine dining" but I'm here to tell you, their quality of meats and their service is better than most if not all "fine dining" establishments, I have visited. Morton's, Ruth Chris, Lemmings, Perry's, Sullivans, Capital Grille, etc all are good on their own but when placed side by side VB Steakhouse, they do not hold up, when it comes to their staff and meats. If you haven't dined with them, give them a try.

I have had this one on my list for a while and got to finally go for our birthday celebrations. We were not disappointed. It is a traditional Brazilian steakhouse, come around with numerous kinds of meats. The lamb was very good as well as the Picanha. They offer a lot of desserts and have a good sized salad bar. The bar seemed to be a nice size and they have large TVs which made for easy access when eating dinner but also could prove as a distraction if the cowboys are playing. The seevice was great and they work as a team very well throughout the restaurant. I honestly had no idea who my waiter was because they were all all over it.

You must try this place. It isnt as expensive as the "other" brazilian steakhouses but is still equally as delicious. The salad bar is always my favorite, minus the scalloped potatos and the meat waa very good as well. Service was exceptional. We had plenty of meat options coming by our table all the time. Very clean and beautiful dining area.

Nice environment for a romantic dinner. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded. The customer service is amazing, we felt like we were taken care of. The meats are great, only found one cut to be too salty for my liking but other than that, they have good choices. Salad bar is great, loved the fresh parmesan cheese and lobster bisque. All in all, a good experience and would visit again!

Salad bar is good. Hot bar; odd choices. Most meats tough and overcooked. Best meat was the chicken without bacon and the prime rib. Service was amazing, very attentive. Paid a lot of money to be mostly disappointed though.

Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it was mediocre. A lot of the cuts were tough and medium-well. We dined here for Father's Day and we were all left feeling underwhelmed. When we first were sat, all the meat were brought to us at once. After that, they completely stopped coming to our table. Maybe cause we were seated in the back room but we are also paying customers. I mentioned to our server that the meat stopped coming and he asked what I wanted... I was like well it's not what I want.. we're here as a group so it would be nice if all options were still offered. It's ayce and a pretty penny. $400 for 5 adults after tip. I shouldn't ask for the meat to come to my table. Some of the bread and items at the salad bar were no longer there before it was even closing time. I've definitely had better Brazilian steak.

Ambiance was upscale with white tablecloths. Brazilian Barbecue is all you can eat and they continually come by with different meats to put on your plate. The food was very good.

Overall such an unpleasant experience it was chewy meat and poor quality. Cheesy potatoes, lemonade, and service good. But that's all. This memaw is not happy

If you're looking for a good Brazilian Steakhouse with top tier customer service, look no further. We came here for a date night and the lighting and ambiance was perfect. Very romantic, not too loud, the tables are spaced out enough where you don't feel like a can of sardines while dining. Jonathan our server went above and beyond for us. We literally felt like royalty. The different choices of meats were delectable. My personal favorite was the beef ribs and spicy piccata. The beef ribs melted in my mouth and the piccata was soooo flavorful. We will definitely be back.

Food and service was great! Nice meal. Drink service was a little slow, ultimately being more of an after meal nightcap. I would get your drinks order first, rather than waiting.

I am extremely disappointed. I've been here several times, I have brought people for special occasions, and I recommend it all the time. Today I came alone and had a reasonable experience until I was accused of not paying my tab. Not only did I pay my $74 tab, but I left a $25 tip in cash and handed the check back to my server and told home I didn't need change. Once I walked out of the building headed to my car an employee stopped me and asked if I wanted to pay by Apple Pay. I said excuse me and he said how do you want to pay. I said I paid in cash and he said oh and went back inside. I returned to get a copy of the receipt just incase. I hope in the future you train your employees not to judge based on appearance, because it has lost you a long time customer. Update I was contacted and offered an apology and complimentary visit. I went yesterday with my bestie (I paid for her) and we had a great time. It's very busy on Saturday evening and they were quick and the food was good as usual.

Discovered them by accident as they were next door to our hotel. It was a Tuesday night and we were able to get a reservation via Open Table. We have been to a few Brazilian steak houses in Oklahoma, but this one seemed special. It was very welcoming and comfortable. Full bar, salad bar and the meat's kept coming. If you like lamb they had shoulder and chops in the rotation. Usually, it's a separate menu item and extra or non-existant. Not here. Our Server was Adrian who was very nice and friendly with a great smile. I was stuck on what red wine to order. He suggested The Prisoner. He was spot on with the recommendation. So much so that I tracked it down and purchased a bottle. The salad bar was fresh and they have a cilantro, jalapeno ranch that is pretty awesome. You knew there was a hint of heat, and the cilantro was very light. Meats were very good. My favorite was the parmesan encrusted pork. I'm not a fan of parmesan encrusted chicken, but what the heck. It was outstanding. Parmesan wasn't the main ingredient. You knew it was there, but you could taste the meat. I wasn't a fan of the sausage, but you may be. We did something we don't normally do and that was order desert. We shared the Papaya Cream. It came with a black currant liqueur which we asked for on the side because we were skeptical. Ok, we were wrong to be skeptical it was delicious with the papaya. It was light and not too sweet. It's an upscale, romantic restaurant, but don't be put off if you've got your jeans or shorts on. You're welcomed anyway. There were people there on date night, families and groups. I'd go again and probably will when I'm in the Arlington area.

The food and ambiance were awesome!! I recommend not filling up on all the buffet style breads, salads and soups. The meat is the reason for dining here and they bring out a variety paced at 1 to 1.5 hours. I couldn't believe the variety, but if you don't pace yourself you will not have any room fir something else you'll see later!! Trust me on this one and you won't regret it!!! Enjoy!!!

5 of us dined for my 70th birthday on Saturday November 23 and were quite disappointed. Service was mediocre at best, meat was cold, fatty, over-salted, and fatty. In addition, they added the 20% gratuity as if they knew they provided a subpar experience. When paying 150 for 2 people, this is not close to appropriate.

My husband and I ate dinner at VB Steakhouse. We used a gift card to pay the bill. I checked the balance before we left the house so I knew exactly how much was on the card. The server added an automatic gratuity on the bill (usually only done on parties of six or more). When we asked the server and then the manager about the gratuity, both denied having done so. We did not like being lied to. We will not return. Just be aware of this practice if you eat here. Check your bill carefully!

Came here for a team member birthday outing -- I've been to Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil but it was my first time at VB. Knowing Brazillian steakhouses, I was definitely excited. We went right around opening time (note that they only open for dinner, at least on weekdays) and the location may honestly be hard to find because it's in a confusing area. We were the first customers of the day. We got some drinks at the bar -- I got the moscow mule. The bartender was great and he made my drink perfectly well. We were then escorted to our seats. Our server gave us the quick rundown on how the experience works and we were off from there! I enjoyed the salad bar as there were some items that I don't see at Fogo -- I got the smoked salmon, grilled garlic, salad, hot & spicy shrimp, creamed corn (highly recommend) and some mozzarella cheese. They serve your typical cheese bread, plantains and mashed potatoes but everyone knows you shouldn't have too much of that to save your appetite for the protein. It was nice being one of the first customers as the meat kept coming and the service was geared towards us. While I did like all the meats, I especially enjoyed the garlic beef, filet mignon, ribeye and beef ribs. The bottom sirloin was also fantastic! I also liked the beef ribs because it wasn't as salty as the other meats and it was SUPER tender. Pretty great! We also ordered dessert - I got the creme brulee and it was fantastic. I mean -- what can go wrong with creme brulee? Service was fantastic -- our servers kept making sure everything was good on our end. Whenever our wine glasses were empty, they made sure to fill it back up. It really was a great experience and I cannot wait to return!

Service was excellent. Ambiance is ok but it's very loud in the back room. The lack of quality on the beef was very disappointing. Automatically adding a 15% gratuity to a party of two was a bit pretentious. $55.00 per person was theivery on Valentines Day. I expected much more from VB Steakhouse for what they charge.

All I can say is it was absolutely delicious from the beginning to end. The salad bar was full of delectable options. Then the rodizio with the different cuts and types of meats were incredible! Everything falling off of the skews and onto my plate and perfectly seasoned. Let's not forget the amazing service and handsome staff. Five stars! I'll be back the next time I'm in the Dallas/Arlington area.

Nothing but excellent things to say about this restaurant. The food and staff were amazing. We had friends visiting from out of state and wanted to ensure they experienced some of the best beef Texas has to offer. The atmosphere is perfect for date night, or friends and family. We will definitely go again.

We arrived at VB Steakhouse for Lunch on Friday and it was the best lunch we have ever experienced in our life! The salad bar was exquisite. Sauted Asparagus, Steamed Broccoli, Artichoke Hearts, Caesar Salad, Waldorf Salad, Spinach Salad with fresh strawberries, Pasta Salads, Chicken Salad. Everything Home made to perfection. The Ambiance was like we went on Vacation to Brazil. Real Wood Tables and Table Cloths, Painted Murals on the wall. The Fried Bananas and grilled Pineapple was very good. The Cheese bread was excellent. The Grilled Lamb was the best I have ever eaten! I enjoyed the Garlic Steak and other meats as well. My Favorite part of our dinning experience was the staff. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family! Each staff paying attention to us and creating this wonderful Experience for us!

I enjoyed this meal during Covid-19. The staff were extremely professional adhering to regulations in place and providing gloves as well as hand sanitizer. There are not enough pictures that can do this location Justice. From casual dinner with friends to a first date this location will hit the mark. Be ready to pay for great food and matching service. This is not my first time enjoying a Brazilian Steakhouse and while this location did not stand out from the others what all of them have had in common is great service, a reputable staff that are observant to the needs of the guest and a clean warm enjoyable restaurant with enough choices and food to leave any party satisfied.

Bad service! Gave reservation seats away to accommodate another group who had way more people for their reservation. They should have inform me via call instead of having my family drive and waited there for 30 minutes before we decided to leave. It's not worth going to this place where the service and experience is bad!!

The meat was excellently prepared, and the servers were exceptional at their jobs. One thing I will add is that there were midgets crawling around on the floor biting my ankles. Overall I would say the atmosphere was excellent, food excellent, and service excellent. 10/10 would dine again.

Have visited VB several times , mixed feelings about the first three visits. However on the last visit Manager John approached my wife, and I at the salad bar , and had informed me the ice tea we ordered was not ready yet, and offered an alternate beverage to get started I replied certainly let me have a diet coke. We returned to the table and the waiter brought out this tiny bottle of Coke and left it on the table. I asked the manager if the tea will be ready soon then asked if they had a fountain like other restaurants. He replied no it is by the bottle for an extra $3.00 each, and I informed him that that was not acceptable. So rather then leave the bottle on the table he removed it, and had us wait for them to get their act together without a beverage. Removing the beverage was offensive since they were at fault for opening without being prepared. Over one lousy bottle of soda they have lost our business , and we go Brazilian two - three times a month. So it's back to Fogo once again. In addition every time we went here my wife informs me the commode in the restroom is broken with a plastic bag placed over it, can they not afford a plumber ? One last thing FYI on this final visit there was a large rat running outside the closed On the Boarder next door

I came here last minute for my birthday and it was kinda right before closing. The waiters were really nice and all the food was really great. My favorite were the lamb chops. I could probably eat them every day.

My husband's first time doing a Brazilian steak house and we both enjoyed it. Great service and food and recommend everyone at least try this style of restaurant at least once in their life! We made reservations and were seated quickly and on time!

Had a very disappointing experience here tonight. We came in to celebrate my birthday with a few family members, and we felt like we were completely unwanted by the waitstaff. The food was pretty good, though the meat overcooked at times, but our server cleared off the entire table while we were still eating, without a word of warning. All of the sides - none of which we had even really been able to each much of at that point - plates, utensils, and red/green card cleared away! One of the people in our party who managed to, sort of, regain her dining setup was still trying to enjoy their meal, but then none of the meat was being brought by or offered. She had to flag down all of the meat as it went by - or it was spirited away right passed our table. It was as if they decided we were "cut off" and stopped services. For $52/pp and a ticket of over $300 (they also automatically add a 20% gratuity) - this was a really unacceptable way to be treated.

This villa Brazil in Arlington is amazing . I love this place it's better than fogo de chao . If I lived closer I would come here more often. The lamb chops and steak is so well seasoned and delicious . The limeade is super yum and the right amount of heavy cream and sugar. The salad bar is super fresh and great options to chose from . The staff is phenomenal I had my sons first birthday here in 2016. I recommend everyone to come here doe a Brazilian steak house experience .

Had a business meal here with about 8 coworkers on a week night and everyone enjoyed their meal. Good service, clean, great food, nice selection of meats coming around. They even had a beef rib which was nice to see and tasted great! I think due to the location it appears slow, but that just means a quiet dining experience which is nice! Do yourself a favor and have dinner here.

The service in this place is amazing. They weren't very busy, could be because it was game one of the world series ir the location is very hard to get to. Doesn't matter the service was incredible. Food was amazing. Highly recommend

My husband took me here for my birthday this year. It was SUPER delicious! Their salad bar is top tier for sure! So many things to choose from. Of course they have everything you would want to create your own salad. Then they had some warm sides such as rice and potatoes. They had shrimp, marinated mushrooms... so much more! Then the meats. They are some great cuts of some of your finest meats. One of my faves was the bacon wrapped chicken, and the ribeye. The service is very prompt and efficient; and everybody was very very friendly and warm! I have been thinking about going back ever since we went!

Service here is out of this world ! They are so accommodating! My mom is picky about how well her meat is cooked and they were able to get her the right cut. Salad bar is fully stocked with sides that compliment the meats. The drinks are strong but flavorful. Loved eating here and will keep on coming back.

I have been to this restaurant countless times and spent thousands of dollars in here. I have brought my team from work many times as well as my family. We wanted to take my son somewhere special for his 13th birthday so we brought him to one of his favorite places. We were treated very poorly. Almost like the staff didn't believe we should be there. The music that was playing that night cursed a few times and the server snickered at me when I asked for bread again for my kids. Then to add insult to injury they added a 20% gratuity to our bill for a party of 5. I paid the bill with no issue because I always tip well. It was embarrassing to me that they added it for such a small party considering the fact that they made us feel like we couldn't afford to be there that night. Truly disappointing and when I brought it to the hostess attention she was more concerned with getting in "trouble" than getting a manager so I could voice my concerns.

Okie dokie....I was (am) pregnant walking in....now I'm having twins.....EXCELLENT food, and service. The staff all works together so well it was fluid. This was not my first time by far at a Brazilian steak house and this still exceeded any expectation I held. They were fast to come around with offerings. The choices were all excellently seasoned and to my personal liking (rare or medium at most). The salad bar was small however they had all of the best choices! My husband agrees with a single statement "MUST COME". We will be back!

It's Thursday evening and it's 103. That must explain how empty they are. I absolutely loved their creamed corn. The buffet, while not large, was just excellent. I hate Brazilian buffets simply because I could fill up on so many good selections. Because there were not many people dining this evening, it felt like staff was ever present. They made me and my wife feel like royalty. I love this great place to eat. On the way out, I told staff how great everything was. One of the waiters said, "Thank you. We'll see you tomorrow." I so wish I could eat here everyday. Imagine living on a cattle ranch in Brazil and getting to eat like this all the time.

We had a great time celebrating our 15th anniversary ! The spicy picanha was cooked to perfection with a very good seasoning. We had a bottle of cakebread cellars cab which paired well with our red meats.

Best waitstaff of any Brazilian steakhouse! Meat cuts are very good and salad bar is great! Highly recommend AND check out their lunch specials especially on Fridays! Great atmosphere!

Well, I think this is a case of expectations. The Brazilian Steakhouses I have been to in Northern, CA are all very upscale places with quiet atmosphere's, even slightly romantic ambiance, with tables spaced apart for privacy. Excellent service, a wide variety of meats-- especially on weekend nights. And a large salad bar with endless options to tempt. So that's what I expected. That is not what I got. The location is facing a frontage road facing the freeway. The atmosphere is really not upscale at all, it's loud, there were many families, and the tables were very close together. Then there is the service. The hostess was great, and the server was friendly. But I kept having to flag people down to fill up my water glass, I had to hunt down someone for dessert options after I was sitting there, clearly done, for 10 minutes and finally had to place my order with someone else because they couldn't find her. Then I had to tell the server to add the dessert to the bill when she brought it cause she left it off. Every single time I had to ask about her it took her forever to come. It was not busy, because I went early. That said the gauchos were relatively good. Although I constantly had to remind them all that I wanted rare/medium rare. Not medium well. Because the server kept giving them the wrong information. Now the food. The first hint that there was going to be disappointment was the salad bar. I can't tell you how underwhelming this was. No candied bacon, only one cured meat and one cheese, and most of the options were just green salads! I think there were maybe 3 specialty salad options. It was like a supermarket salad bar at Whole Foods or the like. Also, the meat options were very limited, for my expectations. On a Saturday Night they only had 10 options offered! There were no pork ribs, and no Alcatra-- even though when I looked on their site (which I should have checked out before going) they are listed. Plus, no shrimp, no chicken hearts, no pork loin, no garlic sirloin... very basic. AND they even charge you extra for the grilled pineapple! Unheard of. The meats themselves were okay. I liked the leg of lamb and the rib eye the best. The filet was good. The lamb chops were overpowered by the marinade-- same one on the leg of lamb, but it was much lighter on the leg. And lamb chops are generally my favorite. That said, the servers were generous with their servings, probably to make up for the fact that it was the same few choices again and again. The best thing was the papaya cream dessert. It was excellent and I very much enjoyed it. Will I be back? Not for $50. For $35. I felt it was a poor value, personally. And again, I think that was my expectations. Still I can't give it more than 3 stars due to the lack of food selection and the service issues... and the ambiance.
