4 stars Hotel with 5 stars experience. Stayed here for 3 nights attending a conference at The Vertical. What I can conclude is I'm very satisfied with the services. The hotel is beautiful, sparking clean and quiet. I love the vibe. The breakfast is very delicious, even better than a few 5 stars hotels in KL. The room is good for its price. The staffs are polite and I really enjoyed my stay. The food at the conference hall also delicious! Will come here again next time.

I stayed here for 5 nights, overall I enjoyed my time, however, I do have a few things to mention. First of all, the WiFi was not very good at all, approx 2.5-10mbps. In my room it was ultra slow like 1.6, so although it’s located in a businessy area the WiFi is just enough to do things but if you’re in IT or digital and need to say run a crawl or do something requiring more bandwidth it won’t really work. The carpets in the halls were incredibly smelly (at least on my floor), and I had 3 days where there was an outrageous smell of cigarettes every time housekeeping came around, I did raise this twice, on the second time after I spoke to Fish she sorted it very quickly and it didn’t happen again (she was excellent). I also liked the chill out / work area with the fountains, and I have to say the staff were absolutely excellent. The area is nice too, if you’re on a high floor it’s very nice and quiet, and I like the super large windows.

A comfortable and clean place to stay with good facilities and very fast Wi-Fi. The room itself was spacious, tidy, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a busy day. Another small detail I appreciated is that the tap water is drinkable, so you don’t have to worry about buying bottled water. I stayed here while attending a conference at The Connexion, and it was super convenient because there’s direct access from the hotel to the venue. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty, but it’s better to come a bit earlier, after 9.00 AM, some items are not refilled. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay, especially if you’re here for events nearby.

I stayed one night in the Deluxe King Room and the experience was very satisfying. The room is spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The atmosphere is modern and clean, complete with a smart TV for entertainment.The bathroom is also clean and spacious, with strong water pressure and stable temperature. The air conditioning works well and cools the room quickly.The hotel location is strategic, with easy access to the city center and nearby areas. The staff are friendly and helpful.Overall, the Deluxe King Room is definitely worth it for a comfortable stay, whether for a short vacation or business trip.

It's a pretty good hotel overall. It is quite nicely presented and the decor of the rooms is quite nice. The gym is large, and most of the machines are quite good quality. The running machines are OK but could do with an update.The staff were generally helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good - near many restaurants and bars and shopping. Maybe a little sterile though if you like things a little bit edgier. Easy to get a Grab to most locations.

I visit and reside at VE up to 4 times a year and; each time for between 8 to 10 days. It has become my second home outside Australia. It's location suits me as it is close to my father's nursing home and they have good wheelchair access as well which is a deal breaker for me as it enables my father to come and spend the day at the hotel with me. My father's favourite spot in my room is next to the window, where he can enjoy a cup of tea and the scenery, whilst I work on my lap top next to him. The staff, right from housekeeping, concierge, cafe, engineering and the front door security guards are always very welcoming not just to me but my father as well. Even the General Manager will refer to my father as "uncle" which is very humbling, for my 92 year dad. As I am not there to do touristy stuff, all the things that I need are within the 3 buildings in the vicinity - money changer, bank, food, dry groceries, doctor, hair dresser, wellness spa, printing services, 7 Eleven. I have found all their staff compassionate, kind and generous. They are quick to rectify any issues even if I call for assistance at midnight.

The facilities are good and clean. the hotel is conveniently located and has many food options nearby and also a supermarket which is 2 minutes away. We have stayed here on many occasions but the staff don't recognise us as frequent guests. The Front of house staff are quite competent and friendly. The concierge could be better by being consistent and proactive in helping you with your luggage on arrival or departure.

Arrived in the evening of 24 July for check-in, the process was smooth and service was friendly. Lifts function well and are not slow. I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort and space of the room, the bed and pillows felt comfortable. Housekeeping was responsive, delivery of the loaned room slippers was quick, daily make-up of the room and restocking of coffee/tea and toiletries. I found the electric water kettle still containing some water when I checked in, but this was not a big issue. The room has a tap for filtered water. I also enjoyed the fitness centre and swimming pool facilities in the hotel. The location is great too, with many f&b options surrounding the hotel, and was close to my event venue in Bangsar South. Check-out process was smooth as well, and I could deposit my luggage till I collect at the end of the day. Overall a pleasant stay, will return.
