VE Hotel & Residence

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. We like that it's not too noisy and we truly enjoyed the slower and quiet atmosphere. We were always greeted warmly by the staff irregardless of the time whenever we enter of leave the front lobby. Our rooms were always neat and clean whenever we returned. The bathroom's water pressure is very good as well. It's always so relaxing to come back to our room after a long day out. Not only that,there's plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance from the hotel too. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back,if we are visiting KL.

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and came with drinking water provided, which was very convenient. The bathroom was well designed and comfortable to use, making daily routines easy and enjoyable. I also liked the TV system very much. It was modern and easy to use, with free access to iQIYI and other platforms, and listening to music was convenient as well. The system felt up to date, which was refreshing, unlike many hotels that may look nice on the outside but have outdated in room systems. However, it would be even better if a dressing table or vanity area were available, as it would make getting ready more convenient. Also, water tends to splash out of the shower area even when the door is closed, so I hope this can be improved in the future. A good experience overall, with thoughtful details and just a few areas for improvement.

The Hotel was convenient located near to all kind of eating places, offer good package with suprise bithday amenity. When we enter the room its was very clean from all espect including toilet where i most particular with. Hotel front office check in and out was smooth. Will diffinately be back again to this hotel once we visited KL. Love everything from A to Z.

Good stay at residence side - spacious room, clean beddings and towels, have got washer and microwave but didn't get to use them. Main gripes are on lack of in-room disposable slippers (what's the point in asking for deposit per pair of in-room rubber slippers? for something that so many people would have worn already, there's no value in 'stealing' them, guys 🙄) and hand wash (only dishwasher soap at sink). Breakfast spread at lvl M3 was pretty good, shoutouts for egg station, roti canai, european bread and real butter (lurpak)👍

All round a very very nice hotel to stay. Very clean, nice decor and presentation, happy customer service, great views, lovely amenities and a delicious spread for the breakfast buffet. Toiletries provided, although shampoo and conditioner quite thin in consistency (not good for knotty hair but ok for short hair). The king bed was rather short and a little hard but very wide and nice blanket. 4/5 stars

4 stars Hotel with 5 stars experience. Stayed here for 3 nights attending a conference at The Vertical. What I can conclude is I'm very satisfied with the services. The hotel is beautiful, sparking clean and quiet. I love the vibe. The breakfast is very delicious, even better than a few 5 stars hotels in KL. The room is good for its price. The staffs are polite and I really enjoyed my stay. The food at the conference hall also delicious! Will come here again next time.

I recently stayed at VE Hotel Bangsar while attending a conference at Nexus Bangsar South, and it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short covered walk to the conference venue, surrounded by plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport.The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable space to rest after long conference sessions. I particularly appreciated the modern amenities, strong Wi-Fi connection, and the quiet environment that made it easy to focus and unwind.The staff were consistently polite and helpful, from check-in to checkout. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was excellent as well — a good variety of local and Western dishes, with everything fresh and well-prepared.The hotel also features great facilities, including a nice pool and fitness area, perfect for a quick break between meetings.Overall, VE Hotel Bangsar was an ideal choice for a conference stay — practical, comfortable, and exceptionally well-located. I’d gladly stay here again for future events in Bangsar South.

The room is clean and spacious. The Smart TV is very convenient for me, as I can watch YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming apps. The breakfast options are good, featuring a variety of dishes from different cultures.
