"DDR & Other German Antiques—Indoor Flea Market For the past 10 years, Mario, the owner of VEBorange, has been selling DDR (East Germany ) collectables and other German antiques. Most items in the shop on Oderberger Strasse are objects made and sold between 1950 and 1980, making this a great place to find kitschy and totally unique goods. When I visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon, Mario was tinkering with a Sputnik relic from the CCCP. Not everything that he collects or receives ends up on the shelves. Behind the counter are the things deemed interesting or noteworthy—things that might fit in a museum. If the nearby Mauer Park turns out to be too disappointing for you, head over to VEBorange (a short three-minute walk away) to find truly unique and special items. You can find everything from old Soviet war medals to clothes and furniture."

My favourite shop in Berlin, maybe even the world. Filled with so many treasures, and the staff are lovely. I bought a little booklet about Berlin and the owner complimented my choice!

This was my favorite vintage store to visit in Berlin. (Cash only) I want to point out that there isn’t a ton of clothing here. Just a little I actually purchased a black bustier and a little key chain. This store is so cool. It reminds me of an estate sale. Packed with so much nostalgia. Every square inch has something cool to see. Gorgeous lamps hanging above when you walk in. And the back room is even cooler than the front. So many vintage gems. Lots of vintage kitchen wear and everything in between! Make sure to stop here if you’re ever in Berlin.

Amazing little vintage shop with a huge range of weird and wonderful different items. They even have a little cat that lives there, definitely a highlight of the visit.

This shop is like a time capsule, where you can get a glimpe of what everyday items were in GDR. Lot of cool stuff, interesting objects and rare ones. I was able to find there few interesting pieces for my own collection. Be careful, this shop take only cash, not a big deal, as atm are at reach distance in this area. But worth to be advised beforehand

A wonderful shop. It was in my list to visit and it didn’t disappoint me. If I lived in Berlin I would come back every day. I will be visiting again very soon though. It was such a happy place. I bought minka the cat who is now at home with me in Yorkshire. I also bought a book and an iconic hen egg cup. I will treasure them forever. Really reasonable prices, friendly owners and relaxed atmosphere for browsing and treasure hunting. Thank you 😊

Cool vintage store with color coordinated sections. Friendly service with good advice 😊 They have sooooo much, and it’s packed, so you have to go 3 times, otherwise you’re missing things 😆

Yelp
Great shop next to Mauer park. I was very impressed about how everything stays in a perfect place. They are very helpful if you have any questions, I always visit the shop when i go to Berlin. it is like time travelling. I can not explain it in words, I just recommend the people to go to have a look around because it is like a little museum.

Yelp
if you're lookin for some vintage pieces of cloth forget about this second hand shop, but they are so many little objects used in the past 30-40years. I spent one hour to try gaz masks, to discover some old medicines etc.. it should be a museum! loved it!
