Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa Hue

We traveled all the way from India (almost 6000 km) especially to stay at Vedana Lagoon Resort, and honestly we were a little nervous before arriving. But the moment we reached, all our worries disappeared. The resort is truly beyond expectations. The environment is extremely calm and peaceful, the property is beautifully maintained, and the staff are very humble, welcoming, and professional. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and every small detail shows the care they put into guest experience. From the start of our journey in India until the day we checked out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Just a small suggestion — it would be great if 1–2 Indian dishes could be added to the menu, as many Indian guests will surely visit after my recommendation 😊 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, premium, and memorable stay.

Incredible place. Staff are so friendly and attentive and are happy to serve you with whatever you need. They really made our stay so special. Beautiful location along the lagoon. Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety. I enjoyed the yoga class. We had a huge room and bathroom (very grateful for an upgrade) with an amazing view. We were there in the off season and it was very quiet, some of the facilities were closed (one of the pools and one of the restaurants) The restaurant that was open served average food for Vietnam at a higher price than expected. (This is because Vietnam has very high standards) But the service was good and so attentive. Free bikes and kayaking were a nice addition, we also enjoyed table tennis. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so special.

This place is amazing and I never want to leave! Forcing myself to go to the national park because honestly I would rather stay here forever. Every single member of staff and management is fantastic , the service is of the highest quality. The villa is just massive and amazing , the food is on the pricer size but the portions are generous and the quality is great so I was happy to pay it , the breakfast is diverse and so so good. There are also three very good seafood restaurants right outside so there are cheaper food options . We were also welcomed to join the Tet cooking class which was also fantastic and fun to be with the staff . I have nothing bad to stay only I just don’t want to leave please 😆. Don’t think, book it , you will not regret!

Highly recommend Vedana Resort! Customer service is great and staff is very responsive. Our flight from the US was getting in a full 24 hours later than planned, and Vedana was kind enough to extend our booking by one day so we got the full amount of time we had planned for. Their driver was waiting at the airport for us very late while we got through a very long immigration line. We were immediately surprised with the cold towels and bottled water in the car which was much needed. The over water villa with pool was even better than pictured. Bikes are out front to get around the resort. Multiple pools, including a heated one during “winter” (it was around 77 F while we were here in winter!). Great drinks from the bar and food menu with plenty of options. Room service was a great plus. Housekeeping services were quick and wonderful. Staff drops off a story every night which would be so fun if you were traveling with children. We had an 8-hour car transfer with our booking, and our wonderful drive Buu was efficient and let us spend as much time as we wanted at our stops. Staff was extremely helpful at breakfast, checking in with us to help plan our days. The spa was a nice way to relax from 48 hours of travel. Special thanks to Anh, Cam, and the wonderful customer service employee who was working breakfast on Wednesday, 1/28 and helped us plan our car transfer (I’m sorry I forget your name!!). Staff assisted us in getting to our next hotel in Hue which was a nice bonus. I really recommend Vedana Resort and I hope to come back one day. This was the first hotel we’ve stayed at on our first trip to Asia, and they set the bar really high. I really didn’t want to leave, but there was more of Vietnam we needed to travel! Thank you everyone at Vedana for such a great few days! We will remember our stay here forever!

This was our second stay at Vedana and it was just as special this time. The property is stunning and meticulously maintained. We had a water villa which was huge, great balcony and a great view. The breakfast buffet has many choices (Vietnamese and Western) and there are many staff catering to you. The dinner restaurant has a large menu with lots of choices as well and the wait staff are fantastic. It was great to see so many wonderful faces again. "Welcome to your new life" was the best possible greeting for the most incredible stay I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt like a queen. The venue has everything -- free bikes, kayaks, buggies for transport, a beautiful breakfast buffet, lovely dinner and room service and some of the best spa services I've had in Vietnam. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Tai chi and yoga at the wellness spa were so relaxing. The aviary was the best surprise! I adore the staff and views that wow. The driver included in my stay the following day was a perfect way to end my stay. Thank you for the healing I needed, Vedana Lagoon Resort!

Better and more friendly service you wont find better. All the staff here were very attentative and supurb. The resort is beautiful. We stayed in one of the water villas. The room was very spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. The breakfast offers so much choice. It was nice, but my only critisism is that the food in the Bahn Maries was luke warm and not hot. The service staff in the restaurant were also very good. I would highly recommend it here. They also offer a free shuttle service to Hue if you stay there 2 nights.

We stayed here for two nights during the off-season. Unfortunately, it rained continuously, so we were unable to use most of the facilities. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay, with an incredibly beautiful pool villa and attentive and extremely friendly staff! The massages and treatments at the spa were particularly incredible, and the service via WhatsApp was also excellent. We would like to express our gratitude for this brief but enjoyable time at the resort! Tip: a visit to Ara House is well worth it! The enclosure is very well maintained and the birds are incredibly friendly and diverse!
