Had lunch here on a Monday. The food is super delicious and all vegan! The menu changes every week to provide the freshest produce from the local area. It’s not possible to sit outside, but during summer you will prefer to sit inside with air conditioning. The dishes are amazing tasteful and plenty of it, but the dessert was the best part. Would recommend anyone in the area to go here as I’m sure you will enjoy the food and the excellent service from the staff that is very friendly and kind.

Great experience to eat as a 'Gorilla' 😊 Service and food are great, the menu change each week which avoids food waste and also an easier menu choice; only 2 of each, 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. Care is taken in making the food but also presenting it. Make sure to book a table as it fills up quite quickly.

Really nice food, amazing what you can do now with vegan food. Great cheeses, mozzarella sticks and bœuf tartar. The dessert menu and the pâtisserie itself was a bit disappointing. They could improve a bit the decoration in the second floor. It feels a bit industrial and not so comfy.

*This is a review I left on HappyCow 27 Jun 2016** First its worthy of mention that the restaurant has been recently brought by a vegan couple who have taken it to the next level!! The chef for example has 20+ years experience in making fine cuisine and it really does show in their food. All of which is organic, fresh and of a high standard. For me I loved every bite of all their dishes they had available, I personally would highly recommend you trying the Asian starter and their desert option too, which I've uploaded in the gallery here. The owners/staff were all very friendly and I can tell straight away that they had real passion for what they do. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant anytime, its rare you find fine vegan cuisine made with such detail and effort!

Fresh concept for a vegan restaurant, nice interior, very friendly staff and a well designed small menu changing regularly. We had a cauliflower soup with blanched roots and rice noodles with tofu and vegetables and a chocolate and pear tart for desert. High quality of ingredients. We missed a little spice, the finishing of the dishes lacked attention. Yet as for vegetarians or vegans, this is a very nice place to enjoy a fancy dinner. The chocolate tart was a delight.

We had stopped in Nice, France for one night on our way back from Saint Tropez. We where in desperate need to walk into a true vegan resturant and not feel the many disappointments we had while in Saint Tropez...I won’t even get into it! So, I found this place while searching top 5 Vegan Restaurants in Nice. There’s a few things that I found very intriguing. One, it was open for dinner on a Monday but only from 7:30-9:30, I told my husband we had to be there at 7:30 if we wanted to get a chance to try it. Second, it was recommended to make a reservation, but ironically enough every time I called there was no answer. I even tried to go to their web page and make a reservation, it seemed like an impossible task. The final intrigue was that the menu was limited and supposedly changes every couple of months. So we where there at 7:25pm hoping they weren’t already fully booked. We got lucky and the owner/Chef attending to seating everyone’s upon arrival, was able to seat us. The menu was then placed in front of us and we both just looked at one another and chuckled, agreeing to order one of everything on the menu, in which was two starters, two main dishes pictured below and two desserts. I swear we didn’t think it was that much in the beginning, but by the time we got to the desserts, I knew I was going to explode and that we had over eaten...lmao! everything was flavorful and delicious, I would have to say the waffle sandwich was my favorite! I would most definitely recommend not underestimating these vegan dishes and know you will be fulfilled...jajajaj!

Food taste's great. There is a weekly/by weekly menu so I do think suggestions on the menu would be any use. Starter: vegan omelette (€8) was really good. Could be nice to have a bigger portions but it's a gastronomie resto, So I guess not. Riz with mushrooms (€16.5) smelled really good, yes taste was good but the aroma was really something. Vegan cake: for me I didn't like it that much. Overall: a new experience into the vegan world.

Yelp
Very high quality vegan food. You are given a menu with a few options - 2 starters, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. I came for dinner one evening and got the aubergine pizza, mushroom meatballs and couscous, and the trio dessert with coffee. My favorites were the pizza and the dessert. The place is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Service was a bit slow - the full experience was just shy of 2 hours. Overall I would recommend! Definitely make a reservation as this place will fill up.

Yelp
Extraordinary food, served with exceptional care! This three little gluten free, vegan deserts with a coffee I couldn't enjoy more. Glad to find that place in Nice.

Yelp
Loved our dinner at the Vegan Gorilla, our first time at a Michelin Stared Vegan restaurant and we would go back if we lived in Nice. The staff was friendly, spoke English and the food was off the hook! The Tofu scramble was amazing and the produce was so fresh!

Yelp
Wow, solid choice for vegans or just anyone who wants something healthier. Cool atmosphere. Best guacamole I think I've ever had. Vegan beer. Very limited menu but maybe that's not a bad thing. Yum!

Yelp
Super tasty food made with love. The main courses were delicious (a great fan of the mushroom balls in the salad) Arriving at the desert the chocolate cake was heaven. Great friendly service serving with rightful pride.
