I was so glad I decided to come here after a day of sightseeing around Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. It's just down the hill on the western end of the castle, and up a few flights of stairs. It's an entirely vegan menu with a good number of gluten-free options, all clearly indicated on the menu.
(Their special of the day was a delicious-looking burger, but it was unfortunately not gluten-free.)
I ended up getting the gluten-free burger on the menu, which had a loosely structured patty of vegetables and tofu, with caramelized onions, tomatoes, a bunch of arugula, and a tarragon mustard sauce, on top of a potatoes au gratin "bun" (in other words, it's an "open-faced" burger but instead of a bun, it's a stack of potatoes au gratin). It was DELICIOUS, if not a bit heavy/oily. I couldn't finish the potatoes because of how full I was, but regardless, I loved every bite.
They had a few seats open on their terrace, so I snagged a seat there and enjoyed the lovely backdrop of Prague Castle while I ate.
They also have wifi, which made this foreign traveler without a European SIM card very happy. The servers are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better mid-afternoon dining experience.
