Delicious food. So much variety available. We liked the vegan sushi and scallion pancakes. I loved the chill, meditative vibe. Loved the green tea 🍵 served free for each table. All that goodness but so so affordable/ reasonably priced.

Google
As someone who eats meat / fish, I found the menu selection very interesting. They do a good job mimicking things like chicken, beef, fish, etc. and I enjoyed what was served. Great place to accommodate for a group of people with mixed food preferences and needs, with friendly service to top.

Google
Excellent fully vegetarian/vegan restaurant. Large menu of Chinese /Japanese/Thai dishes, sushi, sides, drinks and desserts. I went with the Garlic Chicken, brown rice and Jamaican patties. Everything was cooked perfectly. Their vegan chicken substitute is delicious. The restaurant is very clean, welcoming and spacious. I can't wait to return with family and friends. This is definitely one of the best vegan restaurants I've been to in NJ.

Google
MENU IS FULLY VEGAN! Read to see what I got. This place is a MUST TRY!!! I ordered it on Uber eats and it came crispy fresh and delicious! You have to get it truly even with it being delivered it was still so fresh. It was so good one night I ordered it another and tbh for it to be vegan it wasn’t that expensive! They were so helpful and informative over the phone very patient and great service! Fried chicken (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Chicken and broccoli (MY MEAT EATER BF LOVED IT) Sizzling steak w peppers Pumpkin cheese cake ( LOVED & I am not a sweets girl) Chicken fried rice Wonton soup

Google
I love this place. You don't have to be vegan to try it. I'm not, and it's one of my favorite places because it has a big menu. I love the fireball sushi 🍣 and spear ribs 👍🏽. It's not so expensive and they have a good service. But I prefer to order online and pick it up

Google
Such a amazing ✨vegan✨ Chinese joint! Large dining area & great staff. Insanely HUGE menu with everything you can dream of! The vegan general chicken was amazing. Fresh veggies & nice portion! Some of the BEST scallion cakes I’ve ever had are HERE - don’t skip them!! They ALSO have an impressive vegan dessert menu & the vegan tiramisu was SOOOOO bomb! Super moist with the most perfect frosting!

I've been coming to Veggie Heaven for over 15 years, and I definitely recommend making a visit. The establishment is super clean, and the staff and waitors are lovely and polite. Everything on the menu is vegetarian, including the "meat" so this makes it a good restaurant to visit for those with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend the GS chicken, it's amazing. I'm a big meat eater but I still love coming here. Very clean and delicious food.

Google
I'm in love. I'm so blown away that a place like this exists and I'm so happy that it does. The atmosphere is calming and the place is clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and they bring you water and delicious tea as soon as they seat you. The menu is large and they do not exclude any dishes. The time it must have taken to perfect each dish to fit a veggie diet and clean ingredients shows how much effort they put into the food. You feel good after eating here. I ate more than I probably should have, then had to walk 30min or so home and I was not bogged down at all. I cannot recommend this place enough. Come try your go to dish or something new but know that it'll be delicious and much healthier than getting it anywhere else. 10/10. We got the mixed Chinese appetizers, which I highly recommend so that you can try 4 delicious items. The drumsticks and ribs were my absolute favorite! The avocado roll was great and refreshing. The lo mein was fantastic and not at all greasy like you would get anywhere else.

Yelp
Still yummy! I thought the prices were fair and the food is still just as delicious as it always has been, Every time I eat here, I think I could become a vegetarian if I could cook food as good as here. Definitely try it if you want to try something new!

Yelp
Overall Thoughts: The quintessential spot for vegan Asian fusion food-- from Chinese to Thai to Japanese to Vietnamese (with some Caribbean & Mexican too). The menu is massive, perfect for sharing with groups large and small, and the prices are good and reasonable. The service was quick and attentive, and the restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable. There's a free parking lot nearby too. All the dishes-- even the vegetables-- were less flavorful than traditional Asian restaurant food, but they still tasted good. Overall, you can't go wrong with Veggie Heaven if you're looking for a diverse variety of vegan Asian food. Food I tried: - Eggplant with Garlic Sauce (4/5): This dish is a lot less flavorful than those in traditional Chinese restaurants (likely due to the lack of MSG), but it was still pretty good, with a distinct Chinese flair. - Vegetable Peking Duck (4/5): The mock duck was quite good and well-made; the texture was nice and stringy and pretty meat-like. It's not exactly similar to traditional "mock duck" as the traditional one is made from wheat gluten, and this one is gluten-free. The dish also came with flour tortillas instead of traditional bao buns for wrapping, which still tasted good but was lighter and less filling. - Assorted Steamed Dim Sum (3.9/5): These were pretty good; I enjoyed the different skins of each one. The inside filling of the "shumai" was mostly seasoned rice, while the dumpling fillings were all of the same veggies. It would've been nice to have some more diverse fillings, or some mock meats as fillings. -- Price (relative to peers): 4.4/5 Food: 4/5 Ambience: 4.8/5 Service: 4.8/5 Overall Value: 4.3/5

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! It's slow tonight because it's Thanksgiving weekend, and many people are out of town. This is a vegan Chinese restaurant with sushi and some Indian, Thai, and Jamaican dishes. They also serve a veggie burger and falafel sandwich. Their bubble tea and fresh juices are to die for! The ownership changed in November 2022, but some of the old staff stayed. The ambiance is casual yet very cozy. They recently painted the walls, which gives the restaurant an airy feel.

Wendy H.

Yelp
A solidly so-so experience. While I give them creativity points for making everything vegetarian, some of the combinations and flavor profiles just didn't make sense. Putting cha shu on your rainbow sushi roll? Just felt off. The eel don was okay but a weird texture. The dumplings in the mix dimsum were okay, but the skin was tough. The wonton noodle soup lacked flavor. Overall affordable prices, so I wouldn't mind stopping here if we're in the area again.

Yelp
Food: 3.75/5 Service: 5/5 I love the purpose of Veggie Heaven and its intention to provide alternatives of meat-oriented dishes. The servers were friendly, and there was plenty of tables to sit at. My friend and I tried the shrimp tempura roll, falafels, and boba tea. Here were our thoughts: * Shrimp Tempura Roll (5/5) Given this is a vegetarian take on shrimp tempura, it was surprisingly good! I would definitely be open to getting this again if the menu wasn't so large and interesting. * Falafels (1/5) I'm no professional taster at falafels, but this just wasn't good. It was too mushy, and the sauce wasn't very good. My friend and I agreed we could skip on this next time. * Boba tea (2.5/5) It was an average boba tea. I was thirsty and craving something like this, so it worked. However, there are other boba shops in the area that are definitely better I would like to come back again some time and try different things! It's a unique find as there aren't many restaurants that do vegetarian East Asian food.

Yelp
SO SHOCKED by this place! I didnt know this was a full vegan restaurant until recently but wow do they have great selections!! Soups for $2.50?! where do you find that anymore. SO affordable and delicious. Miso soup, wonton soup, tom yum soup- all delicious! Had to take a star off for the unfriendly nature of some of the staff but everyone has their bad days? Wish the ambiance and area was a bit modern felt old, but i would still return because the food was amazing

Yelp
I've been here a few times and really enjoy the food here. I was skeptical about this place at first since I'm not a veggie lover but I gotta tell you that the meatless "meat" is great! I always get the Soul Chicken but decided to try the Chicken with Broccoli today. My boyfriend had the Coconut Chicken. Both entrees were tasty! Service is always good though today it was a bit slow. The place was packed and rightfully so since it's a Friday night. We were lucky enough to wait around 5 minutes to be seated. I like the fact that I can have a conversation there with my boyfriend and not have to strain to hear every word. There's no loud music, just people chatting quietly and enjoying their meal. Looking forward to my next meal there.

Lavinna K.

Yelp
I was told about this place by a good friend. She mentioned they use mushroom as a meat alternative. When we ordered I said I didn't want soy or gluten. It was suggested to try the bang bang chicken and beef and the sesame beef with mushroom. We also tried the California roll and the fireball roll. We were made aware that the fireball roll does have soy. It's not a medical issue for me so we tried it anyway. I was under the impression that the beef was made from mushroom..like when I tried it I asked if it had gluten and he said it's made with mushroom. It is but there's also gluten and other veggies mixed in. It was delicious but I did not want gluten. The bang bang was good but had more of a sweet and sour sauce. I preferred the sauce I had. Their vegetables were definitely fresh. The rolls were really good also. The seaweed in the rolls was a bit chewy but not a deal breaker. We did eat in. The place is fine. It's clean. Looks better inside than outside.

Yelp
Veggie Heaven has been my go-to spot for a while! I used to visit the location in Montclair frequently, but most recently I've loved stopping by the Teaneck location for dinner. I have never had a negative experience here. Everyone is always so welcoming, the atmosphere is just relaxing, and the food is amazing! I'm not a vegetarian nor vegan, but this is definitely my favorite Chinese food spot! I always start off with the assorted dim sum, my absolute favorite! Then, I usually get the "pork" fried rice *chefs kiss*, & sometimes the general tso "chicken". They have never met me down! I would say give this spot a try! Their menu is so extensive with many delicious dishes to try!

Atira L.

Yelp
I took one star away because of the service. It was just my friend and I and we were seated at the table. It took a little while for our server to come up to us. He was an older gentleman and he was grouchy. We didn't do anything to make him grouchy. I have no idea why he was this way. It really put a damper on our experience there. It wasn't the first time I was here. I came here years ago, way before I was vegan and gluten free. I had bubble tea, spring rolls and a "chicken" dish and it was excellent. I loved it so much that kept coming back. I remembered those experiences when I came back this time, so I was disappointed in how unhappy our server seemed. I ordered a Moo Shu Basil roll and it was really good and flavorful! I was obsessed with the dipping sauce and I wanted more of it. My friend got veggie chicken nuggets and they were amazing! The "chicken" reminded me of how I remember chicken nuggets tasting. The texture was so perfectly like chicken. I don't know how they did it! Next, I got a Mango chicken dish without the chicken. It was very sweet and nice tasting. I used some of my leftover dipping sauce in there as well. My friend got the Singapore noddles and I had a taste. It was really good so I had some more! I also used my dipping sauce on the noodles as well. We wanted to split the dessert. Another waiter came over and said he would take our order for dessert. Our original waiter walked by and muttered something in Chinese and it sounded annoyed. I have no idea why he was so negative. Well, I said I was gluten free to the waiter and ordered the vanilla cupcake. When it came, it was smooth and delicious. I suspected they forgot to give me the gluten free cupcake because it was just too smooth to be a gluten free flour. Sure enough, we got the waiter and he didn't give me gluten free. I don't say it was anyone's fault because it was busy and a lot was going on. I should have double confirmed it was indeed gluten free when I received it. Overall, this was the same amazing food I remember. The other waiter was nice and the hostess was extremely nice. The down side was the moody waiter. Definitely try this place out even if you aren't vegan/vegetarian and hopefully the waiter we got will be having a better day!

Yelp
We love this place! I usually go to the Montclair one (which is also great) but wanted to switch it up this night. We went on a week night so it wasn't crowded. Got seated right away and was given the complimentary green tea. The atmosphere feels very authentic, definitely getting a real experience here. Food is always good. We shared the Caribbean roll, it had a little kick but not really spicy at all. I wanted soy sauce and didn't realize until after it was on the table the whole time oops. I got the Mongolian beef, but I think I prefer the "chicken" dishes more. Great assortment of veggies with my food.

Chana S.

Yelp
The food at veggie heaven is one of the best. Even as a non vegan I can say I enjoy coming here regularly.

Stephanie K.

Yelp
I googled a vegan restaurant because I was in the area and hungry and this restaurant popped up . I was very shocked because this is a vegan Chinese store. Every item and food option is listed as your regular Chinese store but it is plant based and meatless. I ordered the general tso chicken with onions and mushrooms. The chicken is made out of pea protein. Overall my meal was average . Could have more taste or seasoning to it . I also purchased the hot & sour soup (not pictured) & the vegan cheese cake (not pictured) and I did not like it. PRO: 1.There is a community parking lot across the street 2. Various food options

Rachel C.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go to veggie heaven for the longest time, I finally took the plunge and checked it out! It's definitely an interesting place. I admire them being able to have such an extensive list of food options from Indian dishes, American dishes, all the way to sushi..best part, it's all vegan! Due to them having such an extensive list of foods to choose from, you got to see what you like. However, there is something for everyone! I personally loved the setain chicken strips and the boneless bbq ribs! The boneless wings & the kabobs were not my favorite..but they tasted much better when dipped in their sauces.

Roberta K.

Yelp
Everything. Everything went well. Delicious. Reliable deliveries. Love the sweet and sour vegan chicken.

Emily E.

Yelp
This is me and my family's go to dinner restaurant, however last time we visited the place the service was not good like how we were used to. It seemed like there were too busy taking orders on the phone and prioritized the take out orders more. We had to ask multiple times to be seated and even then our waiter was kind of rude. The food was delicious as always however this kinda threw us off and was disappointing.

RuthLynn F.

Yelp
The best veggie food on either side of the Hudson! Can't wait to work my way through the huge menu.

Eloy Y.

Yelp
For my 600th review, my partner and I wanted to go to this establishment located on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, which we hadn't been to for quite a while. Veggie Heaven, as the name implies, serves vegetarian dishes. Upon entering, the renovated interior was immediately noticed, with new carpets and blue booths. Our server started us out with a hot pot of jasmine tea. The menu selection is huge, including assorted Asian dishes (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indian) as well as Caribbean and European cuisine. Their featured meats are vegetarian versions of pork, beef, chicken, and duck, as well as lots of different types of tofu dishes. For starters, we decided on their scallion pancakes. They came out hot but very thick and fluffy, not thin and crispy the way we're used to. For our entree, we opted for the Chicken and Broccoli with brown rice and Swedish Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. The Chicken and broccoli tasted good. The broccoli was very crunchy, just as it was prepared. However, the Swedish Meatball, Mashed potatoes, and Broccoli were disappointing. They took the authenticity taste away, as it was a more Asian flavor. The service was good. Your wallet will not be depleted by dining at this restaurant, but the prices are a little higher than at most vegetarian Chinese restaurants. Overall, it was good, not great.

Amanda Y.

Yelp
I love veggie heaven! They have an extensive menu so it's always fun to try new things. I will always order the eggplant though!

Alison K.

Yelp
Been awhile since my last visit a few years ago. Came with my vegan friends, but my husband and I are not. The menu is extensive which makes it hard to choose. This time, the apps and desserts were more impressive than the main dishes. The buffalo wings look funny but had a pretty good texture and plenty of sauce. The wontons, scallion pancake and nuggets were also very good. The sauce on the wontons was garlicky and delicious, the pancake was served with hoisin and the nuggs with a sweet and sour type sauce. Least favorite app was the shumai which were stuffed with overcooked rice. Thai tea was a little less sweet and creamy than I am used to but it was refreshing. The mains that were ordered were pepper 'beef', Kung pao noodles, honey walnut 'chickn', and lemongrass 'chickn' the fake meat texture wasn't bad, it did feel like you were eating more than just veggies. The sauces on the mains were overall a little too similar and sort of lacked umami. The vegan cakes were all delicious and moist. They did have a little bit of a crust in the outside. They didn't taste vegan. The mango pudding was refreshing and without the dairy it felt like between a jello and a pudding.

Danielle D.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! ! an epic vegan restaurant :D The menu is unreal, I was overwhelmed by all the choices when typically I'm used to having two options on a menu. The vibes are perfection and the staff are incredibly sweet and attentive. I loved everything so much I am dreaming about the next time I go. I was blown away by the tofu ice cream, the wild berry flavor was seriously perfect. The Vege wonton soup was an ideal wonton soup., highly recommend. My favorite thing about this whole meal was how good I felt after. Veggie heaven seriously is heaven.

Jerome G.

Yelp
Only gets 4* because many stopped going there due to unacceptable Kosher certification of Tablet K. They had the most delicious food and the prices were ok but can never again eat there. We keep passing by but they continue to have the same Tablet K cert. Too bad for us. We miss the place.

Kim T.

Yelp
Amazing vegan food everything is plant based. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. I really like that it caters to everyone meaning Asian to include Thai, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and vegan based sushi, Caribbean, American. The ambiance is warm and family like.

Broccoli M.

Yelp
Veggie heaven is amazing. If you love Chinese food vegetarian or not you should try this place. My favorite dish is the black pepper surprise and the Caribbean roll (Teaneck location) All locations are great and the menus vary slightly. Service is always good and the vibes are great.

Arcturian H.

Yelp
The food is amazing, delicious and have great flavor. They have the kindest staff on NJ, I recommended 100%

Yelp
What's goodie Society TheMadScientist on the check in wit a place from HEAVEN for VEGANS and NON-VEGANS Veggie Heaven and like in the name it is that From the greet'n at the door to the servers who are super attentive, alert and at your call to once you are taste'n the last bite of what you've order'd This is the OG (Original place) so you get a better feel of FAMILY when you enter the build'n and they will not stir you wrong when it comes to the order'n of your meal The restaurant gives tradition Cantonese forum from the booth seats to the large round tables for big groups and the little nic nacs around the place ~~That's ENOUGH of that let get to the GRUB~~ We start'd wit two Appetizers and the Vegetable Soup TheMadScientist order'd the BEEF STICKS and they were 5 out of 5 you should get them of you have the chance cause TheMadScientist definitely will on his return Yann Yann order'd the SPRING ROLL and felt like they were good if you had one good spring roll and had them all Now the VEGETABLE SOUP was great nice and hot get this if you want to start your pallet off on the journey to deliciousness WE both orders some sushi just to try out they both were okay couldn't get the ChopSticks right to actually enjoy tho NOW TO THE MAIN COURSE and YEAH IT WAS A HUGE HIT OUT OF THE PARK TheMadScientist had the SeaFood Supreme and it had all the FIXENS from shrimp to fish WELL the VEGAN version of all that and YEAH SLAM'N from Begin'n to End Yann Yann had the General Tso said it wasn't fried hard yet it was good (She is not VEGAN so that is say'n A LOT) Wash'd everything wit that GREEN APPLE BUBBLE TEA and YEAH that was a GREAT Cherry on Top for the night honestly You know the Science Stay LYT Society Bah BAH BIG L.Y.T Live Your Time AAAOOOWWW

Yelp
I am not a vegan, but I love vegan food and eat it often with my vegan friends. Maybe that matters because people seem to love Veggie Heaven, and while I loved some of the food we got, I'd didn't love it all. Let's start with the compliments. First off, we did take out, and there was no downside to it that we could see; crispy things were still crispy and not at all soggy. So don't fear take out. As for the food itself, the scallion pancakes were crispy and delicious. Sauce fantastic. BBQ ribs were very tasty. Indian samosa were delish! Crispy and tasty. Orange chicken was phenomenal. Sesame chicken was good. Not great, but okay. Lo mein was very nice. Now the bad news. The steamed spinach dumplings were terrible texture and even worse taste to me. Veggie fried rice was meh. Fried eggplant in garlic sauce was also terrible. It had a very weird taste and bordered on inedible to me. So all in all, I would say it's okay if you require vegan. If you're like me and like vegan, don't choose here unless you know what you're ordering and what you like. I would get what I liked again with no hesitation but I'm not sure I would be adventurous with trying new things given my dislikes.

Zanna G.

Yelp
Incredible atmosphere. One time, the food came out cold. Make sure you tell them something like: 'it has to be very warm, because it was cold last time,' if it happens to you. The food is veggie, more specifically all vegan or plant-based. The wait stuff is generally very, very good. What more is there to say? Just go, and have yourself a great time.

Peter S.

Yelp
Veggie Heaven is on to something good but do not get it right! Their servings are lacking in creativity and authenticity. I first was disappointed but thought I may have selected poorly from their extensive menu, but after five visits I have to declare the have a way to go. The staff is efficient but not friendly and the facility clean.

T J.

Yelp
Very good food and all vegan! Their menu is extensive - we went their recommendations like Paradise Chicken and Pepper Beef. Both were really good and so were the appetizer dumplings. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Casual vibe and a neighborhood restaurant feel. We will certainly go back!

Alex T.

Yelp
Can I give it more than 5 ? Because honestly they deserve it. Grew up here in Teaneck but never really ventured out to get their food much - boy do I wish I could go back in time and do all that over again. Veggie heaven is a healthy option for anyone wanting to have Chinese/Indian styles. So many vegan options for you - and everything tastes amazing. Make sure to get their desserts too!!

Miu Y.

Yelp
Wow! Finally an upgrade! Love the new carpet and blue booths! After seeing green for years, it's good to see new color. The owner had recently changed, we heard they keep the same staff, so food quality is the same. The waiters are so attentive and friendly. Vegan food choices are so extensive, from Indian, Vietnamese, Thai to sushi, bubble tea and vegan cakes....they are so good and tasty! If you are vegan, this is a heaven to you! I was happy to see the new change in the restaurant and will continue to come! I took these photos when they opened at 11:25am, so I was able to take good photos with no customers in them.

Yelp
Veggie Heaven is amazing, every time. The food is delicious & affordable. I feel like I get a 5 course meal for $20! I will always recommend Veggie Heaven. The restaurant is relaxing & clean. I always feel comfortable when I walk in. The staff is polite & welcoming.

Rivkie S.

Yelp
I love this place, and it's delicious every time. Nice sized portions! I love that the menu is so large and everyone finds something on it that they like.

Sherry S.

Yelp
Excellent Friendly Service Enjoyed the cheerful sever Taylor and his attention to detai. Our Valentines dinner was very festive with the cute red and white fireman decore. Had a small house salad with ranch dressing and a delicious Firehouse Burger and Sweet Potato Fries, my husband git fish and chips! There's a full bar as well available! Definitely worth checking out! I plan on joining the Legion Like Membership through the bar door's $40 per person annual membership available till March 1st and you can inquire about it! "I was told!" There ate activities such as Karaoke Night. This is a 10 minute drive from my house so very convenient! I'm looking forward to trying other things on the menu!

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
Although I no longer live near veggie heaven, this is still one of my favorite restaurants and I come whenever I can! Many people have already expressed their love for veggie heaven and it's great variety and quality, so I'll just share some of my favorite dishes: -large wonton soup (instead of just a cup of soup, ask for a large soup which is $3-5 for a big bowl of delicious broth and several wontons) -scallion pancakes (layers of flaky dough perfectly crisped, not greasy and the thick brown dipping sauce is umami heaven) -yam fries (thick cut, very crispy) -heavenly delight (roasted chicken- on the sweet side, it's a crowd pleaser) -black pepper surprise (we like to get it with chicken only. The sauce is pretty unique from other sauces on the menu) -anything with garlic sauce -eggplant, chicken, crispy tofu (the sauce is a tiny bit spicy, somewhat thick. Right on) -curry noodle soup with spinach noodles (tasty green curry, somewhat spicy and we like to sub in spinach noodles) It's hard to go wrong but hope those tips help you navigate their giant menu!

Alyssa S.

Yelp
Excellent vegan restaurant, SO many choices with different mock meats. Some have sugary sauces and others are healthier. I got SPINACH AND TOFU SOUP. One of the healthiest soups. Excellent soft tofu, lots of fresh wilted spinach, a good broth. YUM. My fam loves the SHARK FIN SOUP. Too sweet for me, but worth a taste. Bean thread noodles and a clear red broth. We got YAM FRIES. I had a few, they were fine. Not really what I need from here, but they were as advertised. We shared a ton of entrees. My favorite was MONGOLIAN BEEF, with mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers and other veggies. The sauce was savory and not too sweet, and luckily I got to eat most of this. My fam loved HOUSE SPECIAL LO MEIN and ROAST CHICKEN LO MEIN. They were too starchy for me and not my fave flavors but others loved them. The former has a brown sauce and the later a red sauce. We also got EGGPLANT IN GARLIC SAUCE. Sweet sauce but not too bad. This was quite tasty and also had bok choy. My fam loved CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI. I thought it was bland old people food. And someone got CURRY CHICKEN, which I did not try but which he said was awesome & consistently his fave dish here. They have so many things we didn't try including desserts. Thanks, Veggie Heaven. Looking forward to another family feast on a future visit.

Yelp
Second time eating here. First was pre pandemic. They were closed for indoor for a long time. As soon as we found out we went back. Glad to report that everything is as good as we remembered. The dumplings, the samosa, the Jamaican patty. All flavorful and fresh. I got the orange beef and it is amazing. Baffles me how they pull off the look, taste, and texture. The flavors are not lacking. Come try them out. ENJOY!!!

Ashley F.

Yelp
5 stars. Everything is vegan. Everything made with love. The veggie wonton soup was cozy and clean. The szechwon dumplings were fragile, spicy and delicious. The hunan dumplings were also spicy, but sweet too with a mild peanut flavor. The vegetarian chow fun was clean and tasty. My favorite for the night was the "indian" caramelized butter chicken. Its not made like actual indian butter chicken. There is no cream sauce. Still, the vegetarian chicken was crispy and the caramelized onions were mildly sweet and toasty, serves over kale and some tomato slices. I was pleasantly surprised and ate it over brown rice (you choose between white and brown rice). For dessert, we tried the vegetarian cheesecake with blueberry topping. Not cheese but still creamy and sweet. I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely come back. They are located across a parking lot. We got take out but it was crowded inside. A lot of seating available.

Paul r.

Yelp
I like the previous ownership much better. No delivery fees; no charge for fresh mustard and cabbage salad always on the house when eating in! I think that the lunch portions were also larger. And now no fresh fruit with the bill and higher prices. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5!

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Atmosphere: ? We are not able to dine in due to COVID-19, but the phone ordering process was super easy and smooth. It didn't take too long for the food to be ready during the dinner rush either. They have two different menus that seem to have two different sets of items on it though. Portion: 5 I had enough to portion out two meals for me which is great considering it was slightly pricy. It becomes more financially doable when I think I can split the food into two portions for me. Flavors: 5 The meal was delicious! Despite the meat being vegetarian, textually it was still meat-like and the flavors brought to the dish is really reminiscent of the meat version. The wontons are delicious and I really love the sauce. I've been craving spicy wontons for a while and it really hit the spot. Overall, I want to go there again. It would be great to be able to include more vegetarian meals to my diet. I love that I can taste the traditional Asian flavors in their food. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Nice place to eat. Fresh food. Great value especially the lunch specials! However they are not big on condiments such as hot sauce, chili crisp, or hot Chinese mustard. Today I got the wrong order but did not want to complain. I had ordered number 13 lunch special which is a hot and spicy Szechuan tofu and I got something with no spices at all. Make sure you are clear on your order. Apparently Number 13 was not clear enough.

Yelp
I've eaten at two locations and the food is always really good. Their takeout is also pretty prompt too

Yelp
Really enjoyed the dumplings and the free tea. The prices were definitely reasonable, and highly recommend the lunch menu - portion sizes were on point!

Yelp
Yummy options for vegans! Clean ingredients it seems. I wish they didn't use so much plastic - that has soooo many toxic effects on our bodies. It's just as easy to clean stainless steel or ceramic -

Yelp
Food was amazing. Very extensive menu to choose from. My friend & I came here from out of town, just visiting Jersey, & we loved the food here. We ordered the vegan sushi, as well as 3 dishes to go, which included the vegan kung pao chicken, orange chicken, & rice. All of which were delicious. The reason I give 3 stars is for the service. Our waiter was off putting, cold, & very short with us, not welcoming at all during our entire time. A very moody guy. We were rung up by another guy, who took our payments, & was very kind. My friend & I paid seperately, her with cash & I paid with card, & I decided not to tip, as I've stated, the service was very unsatisfactory. As we were leaving, the guy who rung us up approached me about not tipping, as I stated my reason. That was very off putting as well. Tipping isn't necessary, as I've already paid for my food & service, & I don't feel that the server's bad attitude needed to be rewarded with a tip. Yes, I would return here, but only for take out. The service is not worth it at all, though the food is amazing.
