Nestled in Hiroshima's green hills, this chic haven serves stellar vegan dishes with local produce, plus a solid lineup of craft beers and organic wines.
Hiroshima’s only vegan burger is here and it’s good! There are 2 listed on the menu, but one is just a nice salad sandwich- not much of a patty of anything. The Fu burger is awesome! Very tasty & filling with a side of chunky fries & soup of the day. We also tried the curry plate which was full of deep flavors & a nice sized salad. Drinks added onto lunch a reasonable +150 yen. For 3 diners to eat our fill including drinks at lunch came to just over 3,000 yen after tax.
Nice atmosphere with a clean, minimalist modern aesthetic with open kitchen and stylish restroom.
Most vegetables local & organic. Nice selection of wines & beers. Biggest selection of vegan options on regular lunch & dinner menu in all of Hiroshima and maybe even region.
Sustainability: So many non-meat, non-fish, non-dairy options is a huge point of sustainability success!
Also all reusable & stylish plates, cutlery mugs & glasses.
For could be improved: using plastic wrapped Oshibori hand towels reusable towels better. Also, plastic single-use straws in use with cold drinks instead of reusable versions.
Take-home vegetables also wrapped in plastic (newspaper or no wrappers would be better).
All in all above par for sustainability measures.

Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options, farm to table ethos ans incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming staff. The food was the best we have had during our japan travels and would highly recommend this restaurant!

Had an amazing dinner here!
The food was delicious with a lot of vegan options (actually most of the menu is vegan, and they also have an English one).
The staff was really nice and the place had amazing vibes.
Highly recommended in Hiroshima!

Fine dining crossed with (mostly) vegan ethics.
The produce and base ingredients on offer are organic, some of which we discovered are from the restaurant's own farm.
The flavour combinations are second to none. The sourdough bread slices with smoked olive oil, smeared with tofu cheese were as good as anything we've experienced (even after living in the Mediterranean basin for twenty years).
The root veggies cooked 4 different ways was served with a type of Asian style romescu sauce, absolutely amazing!
The fried tempeh totally fulfilled our expectations and also featured an astonishingly tasty sauce (spicy even).
Admittedly the portions are minute, yet the flavours are never bland nor are they lacking.
10/10 for the service.

A mainly vegan restaurant with an industrial chic. The food is reasonably priced and portion sizes are hearty (although that depends on how hungry you might be 😲). The vegan burgers are a delight, and burst with natural flavours. Salads are crispy and colourful, and taste fresh. Although not strictly a vegan / vegetarian I would happily forgo meat if the alternative dining experiences were like this. If you're vegan or vegetarian, and in Hiroshima, make sure you dine here.

Had the vegan plate and burger. Seems odd to single out, but the best roast potatoes I've had in my life. Absolutely superb. Very fast and friendly service, with an english menu.

Amazing vegan options. I was able to eat so many items which is normally a struggle with my dairy Allergy

Simple food and simple options are available! Although, they have only a limited options to choose from. Set menus are filling for a decent lunch!
