These shoes are too expensive to be this cheap. I wore these for ONE day around Paris and they are already falling apart. I took them back to the store and explained that I wore them for 1 day, the date on the receipt is proof, and hoped the warranty on the receipt would cover a return or replacement for the shoe. However I was told I voided the warranty “because I wore them”, & that they do not do returns.

Cashier overcharge me and dont even say sorry. I dont know whether she made it intentionally or no. Luckily, i am very critical person! I asked for refund, and she didnt even say sorry. When refund, they change the cashier but the previous cashier just avoided me. What an ethic not unpleasant experience. Thank you

I bought size 37 on 13 Dec 2023 and I flew back to my Country. But when weared this shoe I find out that left one is size 38, right one size 37. I can not wear... I just wasted my money. Who gonna pay me back my money??

We drove far and wide to make sure we got some Veja sneakers before leaving Paris. The queue outside the store was excessive, the store is a bit on the small side. Customer service when purchasing is average. Worn them for about a year with no issues but they were a bit uncomfortable in the beginning.

My partner and I both bought a pair of sneakers here while on vacation in Paris and we were very impressed with the customer service. Loic took care of us - he was super friendly and helped us get our VAT refund information all filled out! Merci beaucoup!

Please don’t go to this shop. One of the laces broke one day after buying the shoes. They replaces it but without the same color. I told them but they don’t care at all and keep saying is the same. When you see the picture do you think they’re right? 140€ for this…

Aesthetically, these are the best looking trainers that can be dressed up or down. I also appreciate the message and practices of the company. However, the quality of the shoes are not up to par with other sustainable brands. I purchased a pair of campos in late 2022 and the sides of the shoes are detaching. The tread has also worn out which poses a risk. At this price point, I think there is an expectation of longevity.
