The bottom of my Veja sneakers got ripped apart in 11 months, under the 2 year French consumer rights guarantee period, I got the shoes to the shop and they mocked up with me saying it’s only 6 months guarantee for them, when I said it’s legal right of 2 years they need to obey at least check the shoe they didn’t even look, and they said ‘Nah it doesn’t work like that in here’, first they don’t obey the laws, second their attitude is horrible. I’ll be using all my legal rights.

I bought two ítems 32 days ago and not only have I not received them, but their customer support has also not given me a resolution. Previously, I had bought from third party resellers in Madrid and I loved the brand. Now I buy directly from the brand and get scammed. This is unacceptable.

Holes in both soles after less than a year of infrequent wear. Comfortable and elegant at first glance but I got TEMU quality at premium prices. Sustainability is just a buzz word without substance, these are heading to the landfill (manufacturer won't accept responsibility)

These shoes are too expensive to be this cheap. I wore these for ONE day around Paris and they are already falling apart. I took them back to the store and explained that I wore them for 1 day, the date on the receipt is proof, and hoped the warranty on the receipt would cover a return or replacement for the shoe. However I was told I voided the warranty “because I wore them”, & that they do not do returns.

I bought size 37 on 13 Dec 2023 and I flew back to my Country. But when weared this shoe I find out that left one is size 38, right one size 37. I can not wear... I just wasted my money. Who gonna pay me back my money??
