I came here to buy shoes and asked the sales associate for a new pair from the back once we found a size that fit. Took a look over at the top of the shoe. When I came home to pack, I saw the sole on one shoe appeared as if they had been worn and cleaned and returned. I fly soon and the hotel has thrown out the box so i dont have a chance to return them. Never buying from this brand again nor do I recommend shopping here. Edit: responding to the reply, no, i don't understand how you sold me what looks like a new shoe and one refurbished one. what a joke of a brand.

My husband and I had a great shoppin experience at this store. We found jut the right style for us at a good price. The service was excellent. The shoes are very comfortable. We hope they open a store near us in Barcelona!

Don't come here if you're expecting a refund on a valid return. When returning recently purchased shoes in perfect condition and within a week, we were informed we would only be able to receive store credit; apparently, no refunds to original payment methods are issued. If this is indeed company policy (which we could not find on the website and is not even something you would need to think about when shopping at any other brand), the store should make sure staff are trained at making this very clear at the point of purchase. Upon purchase, you're informed you have 30 days to make exchanges, but clearly the most crucial information is being omitted. Terrible experience.

We had a great shopping experience here! The sales associates were so patient and kind while we were choosing our shoes. They brought a lot of different options so we could see how the different styles fit. Highly recommend this store!

I love the brand, so i went to the store today :) and i was nicely received by the security guy, i enjoyed my shopping thanks to Chelsea and her tips! i love my volley !

These shoes are too expensive to be this cheap. I wore these for ONE day around Paris and they are already falling apart. I took them back to the store and explained that I wore them for 1 day, the date on the receipt is proof, and hoped the warranty on the receipt would cover a return or replacement for the shoe. However I was told I voided the warranty “because I wore them”, & that they do not do returns.

The bottom of my Veja sneakers got ripped apart in 11 months, under the 2 year French consumer rights guarantee period, I got the shoes to the shop and they mocked up with me saying it’s only 6 months guarantee for them, when I said it’s legal right of 2 years they need to obey at least check the shoe they didn’t even look, and they said ‘Nah it doesn’t work like that in here’, first they don’t obey the laws, second their attitude is horrible. I’ll be using all my legal rights.
