Velika Remeta Monastery

This is a very very beautiful place, full of history .

To be honest the best thing about this monastery was the monk with whom I had conversation about differences between orthodox and catholic church.....his answer, power. Loved it🤣🤣🤣 Anyway the church is old, frescos are renewed. And you can buy their products like honey or rakija on the way out.

The monastery and the monastery estate are magnificent. Peace, tranquility and silence. The monks are kind and generous. We go there very often. Children find peace in socializing with animals and in the nature of the monastery property. Meadow honey is the best honey I have ever tasted in my life.

One of the most beautiful monesteries in Fruska Gora. Has beautiful garden and small ethno village houses prior to the main entrance. Grgeteg and Krušedol not far as well.

Interesting place. If you are in Fruška Gora, definitely stop by.

It is stunning. Everybody should go and visit. They also make their own rakia sljivovica for 800 dinars

Very serene & picturesque grounds around the monastery . And the etno-village right before it is worth checking out too.
