Great service, friendly staff. Got flat tire nearby, they fixed on the spot. Edit: This is absolutely THE BEST place to fix your bike. I've been there a few times with different issues. The guy really knows bikes in and out. Top notch service. If I could I'd give them 10 stars.

I am happy with my experience there, m.Jacques was extremely kind, he did change my tyres with winter ones for several hours, he detected a problem with my brakes and changed them and he informed me that my child seat is missing a part for supporting the child's head and installed it for me for free. I was really happy to take my winter equiped bike the same day. The lights he recommended are working whole week without charging, I had other ones which can be used just for the same day and required charging which is very annoying and kind of dangerous if I forgot to charge them right after.

Best place for bike rentals. Great service by nice and knowledgeable owner. Good bikes for good price. Great location to start a ride from, to both Olympic stadium and along the river to the old port etc. Free parking on the street.

Had a blowout and they replaced two tires, a tube, wheel tape, and a wheel on the spot in less than 30 min. Fantastic bike repair shop! He even put on a yellow reflector for free since I'm from out of town.

We rented two bikes to tour Montreal. The bikes were very clean and well adjusted, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bikes are a great way to see the city. Velo Montreal provided locks and a great cycling map and when asked excellent suggestions on places to see and even dine out. Thanks

Everytime I go there, not only do they fix my problem quickly and well, they always do a little something extra. This time the owner fixed the squeaky handlebars that I had stopped noticing, while replacing my cracked seat post... Merci beaucoup!

Went today (June 11th)... Horrible customer service, and they wanted to over charge for slow and inadequate service (30$ per tire to change with an ETA of 2 business days). Avoid at all costs

They always do a great job on my bike. Love them and recommend them.
