I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Golf Carts. My lithium battery had completely died and wouldn’t recharge at home. The original store that installed it no longer services those batteries, so I was stuck and honestly stressed about what to do. Velocity Golf Carts went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and in person. They don’t even typically sell the brand of lithium battery I had, yet they still took the time to help. At one point, he even offered to become a vendor for my battery brand just so I could potentially use my warranty — which says everything about their integrity and customer service. Thankfully, he didn’t have to go that route because he was able to get it charged and working again. The turnaround was within 24 hours of my first call, the pricing was very reasonable, and the service was exceptional. Great prices, great service, and truly caring people. Five stars and above. Highly recommend!

We are over the moon happy with our Dach Apollo golf cart. So many great things from the very smoothly ride, Apple CarPlay, cruise control, roof speakers and sound bar, great colors. We got the blue with orange seats. I start the golf cart with my IPhone! We also ordered blue custom wheels that really stands out. Our friends and neighbors love it too. Velocity Custom Golf Carts and Dach go out of their way to ensure we have a high quality, custom golf cart. Chris at Velocity is very enthusiastic but no pressure. Spent a lot of time with us. He heard what we wanted and we test drove 2 brands. Great communication in the buying process. I highly recommend Velocity Custom Golf Carts and Dach.

The owner and the sales people there are awesome. They took care of us very well. Everything we needed they took care of. Also the owner went out of his way to get us a golf cart delivered as quick as possible.

We purchased our Golf cart a few months ago from Velocity carts. They have been great! There was an issue with the lithium battery and they replaced it immediately and covered the warranty. Also I had a question about how to wire a new 12v sound bar to the cart and Patrick was super helpful about how to install it on my evolution cart. Can't say enough good things about velocity!

Everyone was super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. They came out and picked up my golf cart at my house and replaced the batteries within a couple of days, and delivered exactly as promised. If there were more stars to give I would give them more! I called to schedule an appointment for my golf cart to be looked at and see what it would cost to finalize and check some of the upgrades we have unsuccessfully tried installing ourselves. Patrick went over and beyond and made a "house call" to look at my golf cart since he lives in our area. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us up and running!!!!! We are looking at more upgrades and will definitely be using Velocity Golf Carts and Patrick for any future needs!!!
