Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere!! Especially the lady from Antwerp, she is amazing and knows quite much about perfume! She shared her knowledge and experience so openly and passionately. Do check out the lines that they sell at Velours, these are high quality and exclusive niche perfumes. We will be coming back here for sure!

I have never purchased an item from this store (yet), but every time I pass by, I am always greeted by the most accommodating and friendly staff. They leave you to browse around and are always very encouraging when it comes to trying out stuff and testing display testers. Very professional and I always feel welcomed. Great curation and even if the prices are high-end, their attitude is very humble.

Velour has a great selection of unique brands such as Róhe, Nanushka, Low Classic, and more. I have recently bought a Ganni jacket here and the friendly and helpful staff made it a super nice experience, accompanied by a glass of wine too!! Great atmosphere :)
