Ven. Space

Where do I even begin to describe my experience at Ven Space. It felt like I was shopping my coolest friends closet. From the moment my friend and I walked in the door, I felt at home. Axel and Chris, the owner, took amazing care of us. They didn't judge my friend and I, they used our first names when they spoke to us and they gave us good recommendations based on what we actually could wear/needed versus what the store made the most profit on. The merchandising and store design is A1 and I look forward to coming back.

Great addition to the NYC retail scene. Amazing brand list, very cool space, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I swung through and Axel was an incredible help in showing me stuff I was interested in, helping me figure out how to wear certain things, and just genuinely seemed super enthusiastic about the product in the store. Picked up some stuff from Graphpaper and Dana Lee Brown, two new brands to my closet. Can't wait to go back!

Great brands, but the markup on Japanese items is 2x -3x it’s intended price. The markup on Auralee, A Presse, and others are borderline criminal. Try the garment in the store and order from Japan if you like the fit.

Beautiful space with some truly nice and passionate people behind it. They are unpretentious and carry a large gamut of brands across different price points, with the common through line being that it’s all good product. Their in-house brand is an especially noteworthy anchor, as it is both affordable and well made. The store has already emerged as one of the best stores in NY, with its great brand list and amazing staff (I spent most of the time speaking to Casey and Chris, but they were all very helpful and knowledgeable). They have a very bright future ahead of them!

Sadly they were really rude and pretentious when I went. They have a nice high-end clothing collection for those into the beige/gray/muddy baggy luxury trend

Excellent store with great staff. They're all clearly passionate about helping you find the right product for any occasion. Owner is affable, knowledgeable, and has curated a great collection.

definitely the best experience i've had compared to similar stores, the selection was great ofc but really it was how friendly and welcoming they were that made an impact they just really seem to care about what they have and want you to come into the store and take a look/feel it for yourself (i think intentionally no online store?) which is cool :-)
