Venchi

I visited the Venchi outlet located inside the Florence train station a few times on my visit to Florence and it was excellent. I had their hot chocolate as well as a gelato and it was excellent. The staff too was very good here.

It's a relatively smaller Venchi shop, located within the train terminal. If you're looking for some last minute standard offerings, this will be good enough. However, if you're looking for a wider product offering, you're better off visiting one of the spots located amongst the touristy centres. Gelato was great, as with all other outlets. Was served by an Asian chap who was extremely friendly and patient with our asks.

Long queues at peak times, but they have the best chocolates, and as with all their locations, that’s what makes it worth the wait. Kind and friendly staff. Definitely a safe bet!

A good place to get great gelato before or after your train!

Venchi indeed was a very nice surprise in Italy 🇮🇹 especially in Florence. With wonderful, attractive decorations, you can not miss it while you are walking in Florence. The crepes are very nice, but the hot Chocolate is a real wonder (one of the best I have ever had). Must visit to enjoy....

The worst most nonsensical check out process I’ve ever seen. The line goes right to left, and you have to pick your order by number of scoops before you can even see the flavors. There counter girls had to explain it to literally every single customer in line. Then you hand your ticket to the next people who ask you what scoops you want. Dumb process. The gelato was meh.

I love Venchi and I always stop for a visit in ever city I cross. This one is perfectly located in the SMN Station of Florence! Service is polite and quality of both chocolates and ice cream is excellent!

Mark at the SMN station in Florence was very kind! Great customer service! Delicious treats too! The dark chocolate with mango and limon was heavenly! Great end to our vacation! Grazie!
