Good gelato in a variety of flavours, some of which I haven't seen anywhere else. The prices are reasonable, and the decoration is pleasing. They even have a large, chocolate waterfall in an upside-down, cone shape.

Looks amazing and the chocolate & gelato taste even better 😋 I received excellent service from Kimberly who spoke fluent English and helped me choose. I only realized she was a trainee after seeing her name tag, but she seemed like a pro employee explaining the size, topping, and flavor options. I ended up getting a medium with dark chocolate inside the cup along with 3 flavors - mango, dark chocolate, and strawberry 🤩 it was sooooooo good. You can't go wrong with anything here! Glad I got to take this onto my train ride to Cinque Terre. Thank you for the delicious-ness!

Pistacchi, nougat e tiramisu very delightful combo. Lisa and the new training staff were very kind and helpful. They told their products are also all halal so the Muslim community and customers don’t worry about . Recommend it !

An excellent place to stop by and grab some gelato and chocolates, while waiting for your train. Loved the gelato that we had here and I was served by Michael Angelo. He was a very cheerful and helpful young gentleman. When I had mentioned that I was travelling to naples, he was kind to give me some suggestions on things to do while there. I went in for some gelato, and returned back with gelato, a lot of chocolates and some great suggestions. Couldn't have asked for more.

Emanuela from Florence metro station branch was really sweet, kind and generous. She gave us a warm welcome to Florence and recommended to us the tastiest and bestselling chocolate! Her recommendations did not disappoint :) I would definitely recommend visiting this shop, overall very lovely experience! ☺️

Worth the line and no seats. The best affogato in town.

I visited the Venchi outlet located inside the Florence train station a few times on my visit to Florence and it was excellent. I had their hot chocolate as well as a gelato and it was excellent. The staff too was very good here.

They have the best gelatos in my opinion, i always get the hazelnut and the milk ones.
