When I first walked in to the shop I was very impressed with the look and feel. I was greeted by the owner Brandon who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of vaping and e juices. Brandon and Ryan assisted me with finding the right liquid for my taste and needs, and they were both very patient with my picky taste buds. Just based on their customer service I will continue to go to this store for all my vaping needs. But that's not where it stops, the store is self transports you to an different Era and really makes you feel comfortable. Their menu is very extensive, and they know about every juice they have. Also the menu is leather bound which adds a very nice touch. They built and designed every part of the decor and that really adds to the experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a place which makes you feel like a friend and not a dollar sign. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is fantastic. Excellent in stock selection of mods, juices and accessories. Knowledgeable staff is always friendly and willing to help---whether that includes education, finding devices that best fit your needs, or sampling juice varieties. The online juice bulk sellers have taken over a huge portion of the market space, especially after california's vapor related bans and legislation. Highly recommend supporting your local vape shop during these turbulent times, and make sure they can continue serving the community in the future. :)

Customer service is top notch! They listen to your needs and wants and help you decide which path is best for you instead of pressuring you to buying something! Their juices are amazing and exclusive! Been going here for so many years and the experience just keeps getting better and better!

MY go to vapor shop. The juices they carry are the best tasting I have found. All the guys are always kind to me and very professional, not to mention very honest. Not the same experience at other " spots". to each their own I guess... but this shop has my support! They don't act cheap (which was mentioned in an earlier comment). They always change my cotton to try stuff on my mod, let me know of sales and have given me freebies too! They go out of their way to help me. love them!

I am blown away by the level of customer service here at Venice Vapor Lab! A friend and I came in on our lunch break looking to pick up some new juices. We were helped by a guy named Lucas, he was really professional and recommended juices to us based off of what we liked. He offered to change my cotton and got me set up with my new juice before I left. Hands down the best service I ever received at a vape spot. Highly recommended!

Service was horrible. He told me a price on a mod, then when he rang it up it was more expensive and did not honor the price he had told me. Then sold me a box of coils that i only now know were the wrong coils for the mod he sold me. The guy acted cocky like he knew it all but obviously did not. Other than that the house juice i got there was great, but I won't be going back.

Currently only sells their own brand of juice and I personally think that's great and will be going back for a legit tasting very soon. *A lil expensive* and no "club" or some way to earn savings which is a bummer but staff is really nice and they have a decent selection of gear and a lot of their own brands of juices which I'm very excited to go back and try them all in a proper tasting! 👍🏼👍🏼

TLDR: Great service, perfect for beginners and people concerned with quality and healthy (as possible) juice. 100% would recommend to anyone that vapes. I have been using Vuse pods and was not only sick of the price of pods but also they are starting to hurt the roof of my mouth even though I switched to a new device. I had my fiancee look up a local vape shop as she's a great researcher on these things and once again, she didn't let me down! Ample parking, not hard to find if you're used to LA. We went in and no customers but by the time we left, 2 regulars were in there. I explained to Brandon that I was switching from views pod and didn't really know anything about vapes so I wanted to come in person for help on any extra pieces or anything I might need and also any recommendations. He recommended this Drop 2 which I will provide photos of. It did not look satisfactory to me, I kind of pushed back, because I was expecting to get one of those huge looking brick vapes with all the different coils and all of that. I was concerned of not getting enough nicotine and not a big enough hit, but he assured me that this would be great. even though I was using 5% nicotine with the views he said because they make their own juice and it is so pure of only nicotine vegetable oil and glycerin that I would get a much better hit off of this and maybe even more nicotine, which is not wrong, I do feel it. I am glad I finally gave in and listen to him as that is the reason I did go in the first place was for an experts recommendation. I thought that the shape might be kind of strange for me to get used to but it's definitely easier to hold than the views, it just fits in the hand so nicely and it can still be discreet but if people do see it, it looks cool at the same time. The top part comes off and that is where the juice goes in and then I think he said about once a month the tops have to be replaced and he gave us a top for free on the house, the whole thing was around 45 bucks including the juice which was crazy amazing pricing I did not expect it to be that low at all, I thought I would leave there spending at least 150 bucks, but it made me feel even better about them and they're honesty. Now I don't even want to go online to get parts, I want to go out of my way to go there in person and purchased their juice and their refills directly from them as it was such a pleasant and nice experience. He was also so patient with us and our questions, I really can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely a great place for people that don't know much about vapes and people that are concerned about what they are putting into their body because I know that has always been one of my biggest things is that I wonder where the different juice has come from and how dangerous they are But knowing that they make theirs, put my mind at ease. Also, even though I have tobacco flavor on this one, and the views pod, my fiancé said that this one has a pleasant smell, and that the other one she did not like the smell of so I guess that's good as well if you have someone around you, that doesn't vape but you do. He also offered us half of the counter space upfront to fill it so we could get used to it with him right there which I'm glad I did that because I did not know what I was doing. Lol but it was super easy and I felt extremely confident leaving there that I knew everything I needed to. He had also basically explained to me that the device that I have is more like a 2024 device and those Ones that I had came in looking for are more like 2018 technology so that also put my mind at ease and that does make sense as well as this is definitely easier to deal with than one of those as I had one many years ago, but have no memory of how to put them back together and things anymore. So yes, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that vapes whether it is a beginner as I had mentioned because they are just so super friendly but also they have a great selection and their homemade juices so I feel that it is great for the connoisseur as well. They also have a decent amount of disposable Fun flavor ones up at the front if you just want to go in and check it out and get something small.

Confused as to how this place has any positive reviews, or claims to abide by any sort of covid policies. I approached the store and asked the one person, let's call him "broom boy" for now, anyway, I put on my second mask and broom boy saunters over to his register, displaying his clear lack of desire for helping a customer and simultaneous separation anxiety from his beloved broom by standing there, maskless, in the empty store. I asked broom boy, "I'm not gonna have to ask, am I?" What ensued was broom boy pretending to not know about covid, or masks. I left. And he told me not to come back, which I think was a bit presumptive. I did return, however, to take a picture of broom boy, for this review, so that you could too marvel at the story of a boy and his beloved broom. tl,dr; this place doesn't do masks or social distancing or even courtesy.

These guys go above and beyond with customer service. Great in house juices. Brandon, the owner, helped me out multiple times with my device so did Devion. Jessie let me work in the super chill lounge for a few hours when my building lost power. A+ Large selection Good prices

"Broom Boy" is an absolute legend in the vape space. His juices are the only reason I stay away from cigarettes. Keep up the good work! I was in the area and ran out of juice and I came out and pulled out the handy dandy yelp which led me here. The place is nice inside with a nice chill atmosphere. The guy who helped me which I forgot his name but he had glasses, a beard and gauges, welcomed me and was pretty helpful. The shop does make its own flavors and allot too. What I like about this shop is the variety and the option to try the juice before purchase which I notice allot of shops stop doing. Though I paid 17.00 for a 30ml when I'm used to getting candy kings 90ml for that size, I had to get it (watermelon infusion). It was worth it and in my opinion a good all day vape. Great dude, cool venue, I may not return due to the distance BUT luckily they do offer shipping. Definitely a place to check out!

I have called this store numerous times for my Lost Vape Lyra vape coils. Every time I call for them they say they are out of stock and they are ordering more. When I call back they still don't have it. Last week on Friday I gave my cell phone number to the employee to give to the owner or manager to call me back informing me of when they would have them...they said they will be sure to call me back during the weekend to let me know. Nobody called me and it's Thursday. Not a professional establishment.

It's tough to see, tucked away with very little signage. Definitely worth the effort. The guy that was working was so helpful and nice. Really happy to have found this place!

Possibly the worst Vape shop I've ever been to. It started with him blaming his said partner for not having the proper stock. Then he tried to tell me I shouldn't be the Vape brand I wanted because he was trying to up sell me. Then when I purchased the vape I did want he didn't have Replacment pods. When I walked out the person I was with said it seemed like we were bothering him and I just thought no he's probably just miserable with his job. If he is a partner I feel bad for the other partner or partners because he just ruined at least 4-700 a month in buisness for that company. First rule of buisness is your customers are your income source so be nice to them even if your having a bad day. Second rule of buisness don't be so obvious that you don't want to be there because you make people not want to come back. I personally will never go in there again and I will never refer anyone to them for that matter. Also check after buying the vape I did. I found out they charged me 20 dollars more than the vape cost anywhere else. The place is a joke and I feel bad for the real owner or partner.

I have been a customer of VVL since I moved to the area. I won't go anywhere else. Great range of liquids and accessories. Very helpful staff too, they look after you.

I hope who ever owns this place knows what an asset Jesse is. From the second I called earlier on today I knew this place was unique. I walked in and Jessie (who answered the phone earlier) was incredibly friendly, doesn't pressure to sell anything, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He makes me realize how much work I need to do myself as far as my own customer service skills at work (automotive repair sales) Side note: I've been to many vape shops where people are just kind of ehhh what you want? Really good place to get quality fluid of various kinds. There's parking usually too. Been going to them for months and haven't had any complaints. It's pricier than some places but for the liquid it's personally worth the peace of mind

This place is sick. Venice local just checking in and saying that I went in and poked around. Left with a new vap and some juices. I bought this all about a month ago. So u may ask y is this guy wrighting 5 weeks later well because of this spot I quit smoking two packs a day of cams filter less. I f**k**g love this spot I'm now smoking 18 MGS of nicotine so a Lil less then the 24 I started with. Go talk to Nicky boy and let him brake it down and walk u throught it! Now if u are a avid vaper then go get some of the best juice iv found on the West side. Iv found some good shit at other spots but they are super good with having the same shit that u want and the new shit u want to try. So to wrap it all up go check it out and se if u like it if not u can allways get some boxs or tape or moving blankets from next door. OR even better if u are no stoked on the place go to the "massage parlor" and get a "rub and tug" Any ways they don't care if I'm just going to kick it and not buy anything and smoke my own juices or go in and try something new Half the time I go there it's just to kick it and vape aka hide from the old lady

In my opinion, by far the best vape shop on the Westside. In terms of the staff, there is zero pretentiousness here. The staff is helpful and extremely beginner-level friendly. While other shops are too busy bullshitting with their friends instead of helping you, trying to be the 'cool vape guy' or talking down to you like you're an idiot (Fix and Vapor Delight, I'm looking at you), VVL is super friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. You feel like you're a regular, even if you're not. They have an amazing selection of premium e-liquids, without the whole 'we're not gonna let you know how old our juice is, by dispensing it into a generic bottle' crap that Vapor Delight offers. In regard to the space, It's a super cool hole-in-the wall environment with a 1920s speakeasy vibe. It's a comfortable place and is easy to hang out in. Highly recommended. If you going to support a local shop, this is the one that should get your money.

Best vape shop in LA. Every mod you could imagine. Box mods, pod mods, and disposables. The selection is unbeatable. Plus, the guys that work here know their shit. Questions about juice, tanks, ohms, etc. they got you covered. Jay is friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help you find what you need. Brandon is the owner and he has been in business here for years. Looking for that elusive coil that nobody seems to carry? Ask him and he will either have it or order it for you. Additionally, Brandon makes his own line of vape juice in both nic salts and regular. Tons to choose from like Bourbon barrel vanilla (Black Cask), Chocolate Milk (Opaque), Honeydew Ice Cream, and Strawberry Nutella Crepe just to name a few. They probably have 30-40 more flavors of freshly made juice they can tell you about. Fruity, desserty, tobacco, whatever. They have it all. This is a real review from a loyal customer who stumbled upon this little shop 2 years ago and have been coming back ever since. The inside of the store is so comfortable, with leather sofas and display cases for the mods that make you feel comfortable just chilling and browsing. If you like vaping and want to find a go to shop where your business is valued, try these guys out. Right across from the Costco .

This is the best vape shop I've ever been in. A lot of vape bros are really pretentious and difficult to work with, but not here. They're so friendly and helpful. I went in after I lost my vape and they helped me find the perfect replacement. I appreciated how they actually took the time to figure out what I needed, rather than selling me the first thing they thought I'd like. Excellent selection. Prices are fair. Parking is easy. What more could you ask for?

Once again........ Didn't have what I needed. Atomizers of all shapes n sizes is a must. Again, this is your business. Have everything in store and ready to go. No one likes to hear that they have to come back over n over again. Online vape stores are certainly looking better n better now.

Five stars for Ryan, who is incredibly helpful and friendly- even when dealing with an amateur. It seems like so many of these vape spots are staffed by elitist 23 year olds leaning over the counter talking to their friends in a cloud of mist, not bothering to look up when you walk in the door. Ryan was attentive and professional, taking the time to find what I was looking for and making sure it was the right fit. Appreciate the customer service- thanks, Ryan!

I went in about 2 weeks ago to buy my first vape. I had no idea what I was doing. The owner Nick walked me through the basics and helped me pick out the perfect vape and juice. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me and all my questions. Fast forward a couple of weeks. I was having trouble taking my device apart to change the coil. I went back in and the manager Brandon helped me out. He was a lifesaver. Another customer walked in, and Brandon was excellent at multitasking, paying attention to both me (as he let me try different juice flavors) and helping the other customer. Fast forward again! To 3 days later. My vape was acting funny. It shouldn't have been because there was a brand new coil in it. I brought it back in and Phil solved the mystery! He was patient and dedicated his full attention to figuring out the problem. He was very friendly and kind and cute (shameless flirtation here). He's an excellent addition to the store! I will definitely be a regular to get all my vape needs here and I HIGHLY recommend The Venice Vapor Lab to everyone!

This place is all around great. Customer service and juice was top notch. Every time I go there's someone new helping out at the front but each time it's the same great customer service. it's inconvenient to get to though. Honestly passed it a few times before realizing it's tucked in the corner of a parking lot across from Costco.

This is a great place... if your White or African-American. I've been to this place a couple of times and every time I've gone I have expected to have a better experience than the previous one, which is NOT the case. It's funny, these guys act like they have never seen a Hispanic person in their life. The drill every time I have gone: Walk up to the door, see everyone having a great time, open the door, everyone get's quiet. Counter clears out, vape-tender looks at me like if I have no clue what I'm talking about. The only reason I have kept going is because of their e-juice selection, which is not bad, hence the 2 stars. I've sent a couple of my friends down there thinking maybe it's just me, but they have told me the exact same thing has happened to them. It's a shame. If the atmosphere wasn't the way it was, they could have gotten additional clientele as my buddies and I love to Vape and hang out in Vape spots.

We went last Saturday and tried this place out. The guy was nice but not as knowledgeable as we would've liked. There wasn't a good stock of mods available and when it got busy he seemed stressed. They do have a good selection of juice flavors but were out of most of the ones I wanted. I'd go back and try again because I see this place got a lot of good reviews.

Customer service is absolutely great here! I've come in multiple times with a mechanical crisis and left with it fixed, at no charge, every time. I omit one star because they tend to be out of my favorite juices quite frequently, so I suggest calling ahead to check what you want is in stock before making the trip. But they set aside bottles for me when I ask and have them ready when I walk in the door, which is always much appreciated.

I was in venice on vacation and I dropped my vape shattering the glass. I went into this awesome little shop and the guy behind the counter was quick to help. He cleaned out all the glass, changed my coil and reccomended some awesome flavors. I bought 4! I was very impressed, we dont have anything like it in Phoenix. I will definitely be ordering more from them!

Took a chance on this spot on a whim! Landed at LAX and needed to refuel and man are we glad we found this awesome spot! Amazing selections and wonderful customer service. Great place to try new things and relax. Best atmosphere around. We'll be purchasing online and hopefully visiting again soon!

This place is totally adorable. In a good way. I stumbled upon the the Venice Vapor lab on Yelp when I was looking for the the closest place to my place to pick up some supplies for building my mod. Venice Vapor Lab is one of a handful of vape shops on the west end that offers a typical array of ecigs, accessories and juices. In terms of units, I didn't look too thoroughly but it appeared that there was actually a lot of reasonably priced mods ( some clones) and the typical selection of egos and starters. I am not The selection of juices wasn't as good as some other shops I've been to What sets Venice Vapor Lab apart form the other shops on the west side is the service. I recieved top notch service from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Given that I only bought wire, I wasn't exactly big purchaser but this didn't change a thing. JT helped me with a new build for RBA and spent quite a bit of time explaining how he did the build and suggesting new tips. Unlike a lot of the stores I've come into, I got the build for free and it was done amazingly well and I love it. The other employee in the store also seemed to be very friendly from my observations of his interactions with other inquisitive customers. Also, the atmosphere is great. The store is wonderfully decorated and so far the coolest shop I've been into. The store appears to be in it's infancy and has some room to grow with their juice selections but I have high hopes for this place.

I love this place and these guys. After going to many other vape shops I finally consider this one my home. There is no better customer service than these guys!! There selection of mods and devices are ALWAYS up to date and filled with the best and most illusive stuff. There juice selection is of the utmost amazing, high end, "boutique" level quality, no "bathroom tub juice" or "we mix our own colored cancer elixirs" only top tier joose. Sure something's may cost a dollar or two more but who cares when u are getting millions of dollars worth of respect and great attitudes as well as executive level knowledge and the best products vapers can buy. An overall great atmosphere and selection and L.A's #1 vape lounge and head quarters. I recommend this place to everyone from newbies to mech experts like myself....

These guys are great. They have a more than professional attitude and very educated about their product. I've been going to them, ever since I quit smoking cigarettes. They even fix and clean my vaporizer for free, ever time I come in. Their flavor are delicious, and always have multiple flavors. And they have parking. Definitely recommend them

I'm a changed person since moving to Venice, CA. Words like "awesome", "stoked", "dude", and "bummer" are now a part of my vernacular. I've also become more health conscious. Things that a proud New Yorker would never do like get a reiki bikini wax, spend $60 at a farmers market, or switch from cigarettes to e cigs are just a few examples of my granolaification. Now onto Venice Vapor Lab. The dudes were really friendly and didn't have any pushy sales tactics. I appreciated them answering my bazillion questions succinctly. I purchased a Kanger Tech EVOD tank. The stem is a Joytech Ego C Twist, which was recommended to me by a friend because it's got an adjustable voltage thingy (that's what controls the amount of vapor). I tried a bunch of different juices at the bar and ultimately purchased Blueprint Page 6 12mg - it tastes awesome not too fruity tuity. I'm looking forward to picking up some of their organic juice soon too. I recommend purchasing a lanyard as losing your vape is a total bummer. It might look silly to wear it around your neck at a dance party or function but it beats wasting money. The owners girlfriend will be making cute jewelry necklaces which I'm stoked to buy once they're in. So there you have it, while these vapor labs are a dime a dozen out here why fuck w/ the rest when you can have the best? Oh, and there's parking for those of you non cyclist types, far out man.

Stop by this place because I broke my vape glass that night. Needed a new vape and the guy at the counter was stiff like in a bad mood. I bought the Sourin drop but he didn't tell me it required a salted juice so my coil Burnt and I couldnt use my Sourin and had to wait to next day. I couldn't get the Sourin to work properly so I didn't bother coming back. He basically didn't say anything at all about anything. What an ass!

Went in not knowing a thing about vaping. Had a pen my buddy had bought for me and still needed the juice, a charger and the tip/coil/not sure what it's called. Anyway ... the guys there were very helpful and I was in and out in minutes. Solid experience and this will be my go-to for sure.

Great shop. In fact, the best I've been to based on the few spots I've visited in town. The setting is relaxed; the folks behind the bar are knowledgable and friendly; the vibe and ambience are chill -- no neon lights, loud music, etc. It actually reminds me more of a whiskey or cigar bar than anything. Whether you're just getting started, trying to quit smoking or a seasoned vape aficionado, check it out. Ask for Danny, he's been pretty patient with me (as have all of the folks who work there) as I continue to explore this new little hobby/habit of mine. Enjoy.

These guys are amazing and know their shit. They're very patient, and I love that because I'm really indecisive. They also never laughed or made fun of me for smoking 0 level vape! They treated me like any other client and helped me custom make my little piece. The lounge is cool, vibe is great, and the couch is comfy if you need to hang out and make a call. There's never any pressure to buy any of the samples that you can try, but I always walk out with something! Love this place and I'm forever a regular now. xoxo

I love the atmosphere of this place, dark and cool and comfortable, like an old school apothecary. Justin is always very nice and helpful, and doesn't get annoyed when I try like ten different flavors lol. They always have something I want, and the prices are reasonable.
