Venu is, first of all, a coworking space, but with a cafe in front of it. You can opt for the monthly subscription and choose between 4/12/24/30 hours a month or book per hour directly on the spot.
They’ve got a nice and really stylish area, but the open space might not be convenient for jumping on the calls since you might distract others who are present there. Even if you’re sitting closer to the entrance, a coffee machine makes extra noise when someone is ordering drinks. This is just something to consider if calls are a big part of your work - there are options to book meeting rooms for €20 or €50 per hour as well.
As for the cafe, they have great seasonal special drinks and are always coming up with something new and exciting. As for the food, they only sell pastries or cookies - I’ve only tried two of the cookies and they were fine, but nothing extraordinary. It’d also be nice to add some savoury options as well to have something else but sweets, especially for those who are staying in the coworking the whole day.
It’s a shame they’re working up to 5 pm only, as sometimes you need that extra hour to get something done.
