Nice little store. Employees were nice and helpful, except 1 guy. I wish they were not sold out of some of the matching items. Great prices. Clean store. Plenty of customers made it hard to get around some.

The Iguana and I are here keeping an eye on our girls while the shop. Very organized for Black Friday. There is a line at the door to keep the store navigable. Here comes my daughter with a new lunch bag. Hmmmmm Dad!!! It matches my backpack!!!! The iguana needs a cup of coffee. Update: my daughter just bought out the store 🤪

My wife and daughters love Vera Bradley store. The girls like getting their school backpack from here. My wife likes their wallets and sunglass cases. We recently picked up a carry-on suitcase for our daught for traveling.

I went in looking for a bag to use as a diaper bag, ended up buying a tote for my stroller instead. I must say I love this store. They're always clean and organized. Staff is always very helpful, and kind. They also have great sales!

I went shopping at Grapevine Mills location and Cameron was the best. He took his time with me giving me information on products, was patient, cheerful. He was attentive with every customer that came in. Vera, you have another fan.

Staff is always present with smiles and a friendly demeanor. The quality of the product is attractive and the variety of options is desirable. The beautiful fabric options with the selection items from keychains to toiletry bags, to lunch bags, to travel bags, blankets and limited office supplies, and much more. What's great about this location is that it is an outlet. How much better can it get!

Just went in to exchange a bag for a different color and the one I saw, the thread was unraveling. So sad!! But the sales associate, Tina was so kind and brought out another one made sure there was no unraveling thread on the bag for me and brought out two just incase I'd be unsatisfied. That is extra service and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!

Well when I brag about deals ... or make the comment try to never pay full price for name brand stuff ... I usually bring up the previous stop I had at this V.B. & now this most recent one. I can possibly take a stab that this is the outlet as this was an outlet store at one point. Well both times I've gotten wallets that retail $49 before tax for $17 and some change after tax. I've only been to the southlake one a couple times and it was years ago ... and I never bought anything over at that location as it was always full price or there wasn't any obvious posted deals as it was at this location. When I was here most of the styles were 50% off and the store as a whole was running the 50% off with 30% off. There are a few styles that have signs that discounts don't apply but a good 90% of the store allows it. So possibly the newer styles are what fall into it. Well my first wallet from here lasted me a good two years before one of my kids tore a hole in the bottom of my coin purse

The store itself gets a 5 star rating from me, and I'll likely update it later to that...but as I couldn't talk to a manager today...I thought I'd post that the staff working tonight (Monday, May 17, 2021) wasn't helpful, wasn't the kind and engaging type I'm used to, and did nothing more than scan our items. I love shopping in this store and since I moved away last month, made a special effort during my 4 day weekend to visit this location before I fly back out tomorrow. I personally bought nothing because of how they acted. I was put off from the get go. Luckily, this weekend was about our graduates, so we still spoiled them and let them get what they wanted, but I was NOT going to buy anything from tonight's employees. Now, that said, I recognize that finding good employees is insanely difficult right now given the state of things. I also have seen this location manage to find GEMS out there...sweet and helpful young people eager to engage. Hopefully, this was an off evening for these ladies.

This store is THE BEST! There's a huge selection of bags, purses, accessories, etc. and the prices are amazing. We went here over the holidays and my daughter was able to purchase FIVE gorgeous products for less than the price of one retail item. They have frequent sales, plus they also offer a military discount. I make a point of stopping in every time I'm in the Grapevine Mills Mall and always come away with a fantastic bargain. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. An all-around great experience.

The employees at this location are kind and helpful. My sister and I are mall walkers; we decided to pop in on a whim last week. We are so very glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very kind girl. She informed us of the sale they were having, provided us with a printout of a table showing the final price after the discount and helped us locate the style we were seeking. She also checked us out at the register, signing us up for notifications/coupons, etc. She thanked us for our business and told us to have a great day, and I believe she was sincere. Maybe be that doesn't sound like a big deal, but I'd gone in to the Southlake store at Christmas to purchase a gift for my sister and was treated very poorly. THIS location turned THAT experience around completely. I am grateful for her kindness and will definitely shop here again.

This Vera Bradley store is a factory store so more affordable than the actual store. Same products, colors and styles are behind a season, but still Vera Bradley items. Associates are friendly, and helpful

Great selection. Match everything!!! They also have in-house machinery for monogramming. They have great sales. They had patterns from two seasons ago and brand new designs. Friendly staff and clean floor layout for shopping.
