Verana Boutique Hotel & Spa

Verana is a most magical and beautiful place if you seek for a special and unique adventure. The The hospitality—especially the food and drinks—was truly exceptional. I spent four nights at Casa Grande, enjoying the most splendid ocean views and breathtaking sunrises. I enjoyed deep tissue massage and rejuvenating facial at the spa and they were wonderful. Paula did excellent work helping me every morning with stretches during yoga class while enjoying ocean sound and view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, as we were celebrating a birthday and our entire group was staying at the resort. We enjoyed unforgettable picnics, pool parties, and dinner gatherings. I very much look forward to returning and seeing Margarito and the other donkeys who help carry luggage up the 350-foot climb to my room—an experience as unique as it was charming.

Amazing, stunning oasis! The men and women who work there are all amazing and so lovely. The rooms and views were breathtaking! The massages were incredible. 5 stars all round. Highly recommend this place!

Verana is a special place! A perfect place to go and relax as well as enjoy some adventure (if needed). The property is exceptional, the different houses are all so unique, well done, and private. The pictures from the website don't do it justice. The food and service is top notch. Coffee and pastries let in the patio for when you wake up. We did the meal plan and everything was delicious. Walking into town is a nice little adventure, but we were always excited to get back to the paradise of Verana. The bar and drinks were also spot on. Tequila tasting was a fun treat. We also did the cooking class for mole which was another great activity. The spa is in another beautiful setting anda great way to relax, I would recommend. Hoping to be back!

So incredibly amazing! The views are exceptional! The facilities are beautiful! And the staff were absolutely outstanding! Truly as gracious and accommodating as can be. The only fair warning is that is indeed in a remote location. The boat ride from Tomatlan can be choppy and the trail leading up to the hotel is steep. Maybe not ideal for a tender or temperamental traveler, but the tops for anyone else for sure.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been and I think about it all the time. My husband and I went there two years ago for our honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect, the facilities, the staff, the food, the service and of course the location. Thank you, we will be back!
