Second time we have stayed at this place, still have to pick up the keys from a completely different location. Staff also seem genuinely surprised that a) you actually turned up on the date you booked (they didn’t have gate clicker available when we got there, even though we had added a car park to our booking) b) might be tired or in a hurry to access our room and c) haven’t serviced the various lift buttons of parking signage in over a year (it was the same as last year when we came, only now the main lift call button is very very broken).
So yeah, mediocre service at best.
The room, however, was great and has many of the standard options listed for such an apartment.
Oh, and ask for a second key if you even think you MIGHT need it, otherwise you’ll be taking a long walk back to the “office” to get one, or waiting 30 minutes while they find one and ferry it to you.
