Verdant Hill Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The ambience was delightful, the staff treated us with genuine warmth, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A special mention to our Duty Manager, Mahes—he wasn’t just a manager, but truly felt like family. He became our constant support throughout the trip and if you know tamil there is more fun having conversation with him. The hotel also made everything easier by arranging cab services for city tours and shopping, adding to the overall comfort and experience.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights before travelling on to Indonesia. The hotel is nice and conveniently located close to bars and restaurants and the sprawling Jalan Altor market street.||The breakfast is rich in choices and the quality is more than ok. The pool area on the 6th floor is a nice refreshner after a day in the hot and hectic streets of Kuala Lumpur.||The rooms themselves are nice and well kept but don,t choose this hotel for the view. We stared directly into a neighboring unkept building.

This is hands down our favorite hotel in KL! We've stayed here over 10 times, and each visit only reaffirms that it's unbeatable when it comes to location, service, and value for money.||The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need — from essentials like toothpaste and a hairdryer to thoughtful extras like an iron and plenty of pillows for a comfortable stay.||One of the highlights is the beautiful pool on the 6th floor with a stunning view of the city — a perfect place to relax after a busy day.||Breakfast is another standout: it has a warm, vibrant atmosphere with strong Indian cuisine influences, but there’s also a great variety of European and Asian dishes to suit all tastes.||Everything here just works perfectly. We absolutely love this place — thank you for always making our stay so enjoyable!

Spacious rooms. Queen sized deluxe bed is not suitable for tall people. Carpets inside room are of average cleanliness. 95% of the breakfast buffet menu keeps repeating everyday making stay boring if you are planning for multiple night stay. Also there is no Veg and Non Veg markers for each food item kept in buffet. We had to check every item and confirm if it's veg or non veg from the restaurant staff. Also there is tourism tax & security deposit collected for every room booking out of which only security deposit is refundable on check out. Staffs were courteous and polite.

The Verdant was a comfortable and pleasant hotel to stay in, located in a convenient area with easy access to Grab taxis, making it simple to get around the city. The standout feature was definitely the water pressure, the shower and bidet had the best pressure we experienced during our travels and the bed was super comfortable. It made for a great refresh after long days out. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness. There was visible mould in the grout and silicone, which was a bit unpleasant to see. If this were addressed either through a deep clean or replacement, it would really elevate the overall experience to a 5-star level. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially with a bit of attention to detail in the bathroom.

The Deluxe Queen room I stayed in was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring both comfort and practicality. Another standout was the breakfast spread — a wide variety of options catering to both local and international tastes. Whether you prefer a light, healthy start or a hearty breakfast, there’s something for everyone. Overall, Verdant Hill Hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the best that Kuala Lumpur has to offer. I would definitely recommend it to friends and fellow travelers.

The hotel is situated near plenty of places to eat and bars. I would recommend getting the Grab app, we couldn’t believe how cheap it was to travel using these cars. The longest time we had to wait for a car was 5 minutes. ||We found the beds were quite firm but not uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning worked well in the rooms. Our room was at the side of the hotel which was very quiet, the road outside isn’t very busy with traffic.||All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. My cabin case was mislaid at the airport on arrival. I would like to say thank you so much to Izzul, he went to the airport on my behalf and collected my case. And also to the manager for allowing him to go. ||I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL.

The hotel was chosen based on its great location in the incredibly nice Bukit Bingtang area. Everything is close by. Food and pub streets, attractions, Pavillion shopping mall and within walking distance you can also find the Petronas and KL towers. The hotel is functional in every way. There is a very decent breakfast with a lot to offer and even something to eat. Small pool area and bar on the floors. The hotel's price level is reasonable and the importance of the location cannot be overemphasized, it is great. The area is quiet but close to everything. The room also had a good bed and shower. The fridge had enough power and so the accommodation was pleasant.
