Verdant Hill Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Service staffs were amazing right from the start when we arrived at the hotel. Our luggages were send up to our room door since we are juggling with a wheelchair bound parent. Housekeeping staffs are efficient as w7ell. Cons: no cityview from my room. Quite dissapointedthe room aircon was unadjustdable. It keeps lowering down to 17 degs. We had to switch it off a few times because the room was too cold.The breakfast could be better. Overall, family and I enjoyed the stay at verdant.

I had an excellent stay at Verdant Hill Hotel! From the start, the staff impressed me with their cooperation—they allowed us an early check-in, understanding how tired we were after our journey. The rooms were impeccably maintained throughout our stay, with timely cleaning that required no reminders. The highlight for me was the breakfast, offering an incredible variety of dishes to cater to the diverse tastes of tourists. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 26-minute walk from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, making it easy to explore the city. While I loved everything about the staff, rooms, and food, one downside was the limited provision of bottled water—just one bottle per person for the entire day. Given the tropical climate, this felt insufficient, especially since additional bottles came with extra charges. Overall, Verdant Hill offers great value for its service and amenities. Just a bit more generosity with water bottles would make the experience perfect.

Verdant hill is in a great location Not far from pub street and Jalan Alor food street. Breakfast has all you need ( great omelettes freshly made for you coffee not so good)We had a lunch by the pool which is lovely it was set menu for 24 MR which was well worth it and delicious. Friendly staff who kindly gave us umbrellas each night to use as you can guarantee it will rain at some point. Corridors smelt a bit like moth balls , rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed ( basic rooms)Overall I would stay again

Had 6 nights at the verdant hill hotel in total. |We had a lovely time, the room was a good size, comfortable and clean. |Safe, fridge, and kettle in the room. |Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. |Had dinner there one night, was very nice.|The pool is lovely.|cold, but after walking around in the heat it was a nice welcome. |Only thing I would recommend is maybe put steps in it, help people to get out of it, |Staff are lovely and friendly, |A big hello, and thank you to the reception staff, always had a smile and asked how we was and how our day was.|Thank you, Mahes for looking out for us.|Would definitely recommend the Verdant. |

The hotel location is the best, walking distance from the market and shopping places. plus in the vicinity of all the tourist attractions. rooms were spacious and well maintained. The restaurant had good variety of breakfast menu with indoor and pool side sitting area.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfaction.highly disappointed. Firstly, Their welcoming and hospitality knowledge is zero. I had booked a room with a big double bed guaranteed for my family, but upon arrival, we were given a room with 2 single beds. This was highly inconvenient and did not meet the booking agreement. It made our stay uncomfortable and disrupted our plans. Secondly, when I requested assistance to give water bottle, I was told that this service is only paid . Both of these issues significantly impacted our stay and raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Everyone here is after ONLY RINGITS!! They don't know the hospitality services!! They need money only! Rooms are small in size and smelly for their super dirty carpet. They taken from me 300 Ringgit deposit and travel and tourism tax 90 Ringgit, where's i booked other 3 hotel on same dates, those hotels didn't taken from me 1 Ringgit also. I have to tell them for my friend they gave me 2 Single Beds whereas I demanded and paid for double bed!! Stuff behavior super bad. They are not welcoming with guests. Breakfast i tasted is bad taste and less variety. But as you know they want only MONEY ! So they will upgrade but they will charge us!!! Beware of this Hotel!! Will Never Never Ever Recommend anyone for this hotel!!

A very good and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom. Nice King bed (King room). Every day cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The Duty Manager Mr.MAHES is very helpful and friendly. He makes you feel at home. Breakfast is good with life cooking all kind of eggs. You can even have your breakfast near the pool. The location is super; easy access to public transport and many things on walking distance, like Pavilion, KL Tower, etc.

We stayed at Verdant hill hotel for 2 nights and booked triple deluxe room. The room was on 17th floor and was very clean and spacious for us family of 4. The only issue with the room is that they have centralized AC and it becomes extremely cold as temperature is set at 22-23 degree. We had to keep AC off as our 8 month old got severe cold and it really was getting stuffy and suffocated in the room. The windows dont open to provide circulation. Also, the rooms are not sound proof and there is lot of echo. These were the only two issues we faced. Breakfast was good with decent options. Hotel reception staff is not friendly and lacks humbleness needed in hotel industry.
