We stayed here in our motorhome. It is well kept & maintained. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Community room, pool & hot tubs were awesome with a great view of mountain. Laundry & shower building was also very nice. The only issue was you have to BUY a card to do your laundry then load it with money to wash & dry. Auto deduction & payment from debit/credit card would be much nicer. No shade from the brutal heat & sun at rv sites. Easy to access.

Verde Ranch RV Resort truly stands out as one of the best RV parks we’ve had the pleasure of calling home during our travels. Nestled in the heart of Arizona’s Verde Valley, it served as the perfect basecamp for exploring the stunning red rocks of Sedona, the historic charm of Jerome, and the scenic beauty of the surrounding desert and river country. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, thoughtful layout, and upscale feel of the resort. The wide, level sites made setting up easy, and the full hookups with reliable utilities meant we could relax and enjoy our time without worry. The landscaping is both attractive and functional, providing a sense of space and calm throughout the park. The amenities here are top-notch. The clubhouse, pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and even the on-site dog park were all well-maintained and added comfort and convenience to our stay. We appreciated the paved roads and walking trails, perfect for evening strolls beneath a desert sky. The Wi-Fi was dependable too, which is a rare and welcome find at RV parks. But perhaps what we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite its proximity to I-17, the resort felt quiet and serene. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always a smile at the front desk and a wave from the grounds crew. If you're looking for a home base in central Arizona, whether to hike the red rocks, float the Verde River, or simply unwind in a beautiful setting, Verde Ranch RV Resort is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to fellow travelers seeking quality and comfort in the desert Southwest. Thomas Corrao Stray Compass Life #straycompasslife

We stayed in the RV park. It is all new and very nicely appointed. There are no trees of any size for shade and the wind whips through there even in late June. The distance to Sedona was unacceptable to us, we would not stay there again. The clubhouse is very nicely appointed and the pool and spa are great. It is very nice but in a bad location, right next to the Interstate with truck noise all night throughout the park. They need to buy an ice machine and bag their own ice. Apparently they had a service but they did not sell enough to keep the machine. There is only one way to get ice cold drinks, and that is with ice.

We’ve loved staying here! My husband and I have an RV and we rented a covered wagon for my mom and 2 nephews to stay in while we were here. They really loved it! It’s right on the river which was a lot of fun to explore. Jennifer was so fun to talk to and great with running the activities! She got the boys set up to do gemstone mining. Then we did the rock painting and water balloon/gun fight. We didn’t rent one but they offer golf cart rentals. Such a great idea if you don’t want to walk everywhere. They even have a dog wash station which we took advantage of. It was very alive with people for the July 4th holiday. They have a beautiful, big clubhouse that we set up in for board game night. Everything here is very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Google
Stayed in a deluxe cabin for four nights and it was perfect for family of four. Clean with plenty of linens for the kids beds. The campground has easy access on/off the highway and not a far drive from Jerome, Cottonwood, Sedona, Flagstaff. The clubhouse is really nice and was open even when we got back late for the kids to swim. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we added an extra night to our stay booked thru third party company.

Google
We had a fun stay in one of the covered wagons. The grandkids really enjoyed the experience. We enjoyed walking down on the river trail and skipping rocks on the river. We painted rocks, had a balloon fight, enjoyed the game room and the pool. Jennifer was very helpful with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed getting to know her. Would love to come stay again

Google
Full time traveler @whatrvdoing - this "resort" was such a blast. By far my dog's favorite campsite as he went for a walk 2x a day along the Verde river. When we were not out exploring Sedonas wonderful charm, we were on the grounds exercising in the gym, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our son loved the pool table and shuffleboard, too. The clubhouse was so nice and comforting that we had friends over one night. We sat and ate dinner and then played board games. Such a blast! Cannot wait to return!

Google
What a beautiful, very clean place. It has so much to offer, I'd just wished we had more time to enjoy it all. Although our stay was short I would definitely go back. The clubhouse has so much for the kids and the pool area has a splash pad, how fun. The whole park was very much. Check in was very easy since you do most on line. Enjoy! Thank Verde Ranch!

Yelp
Great atmosphere for kids to run around in a safe environment. Nice clubhouse and pool as well.

Yelp
A great location. But the rules made it an unpleasant experience. We were traveling with our RV group of friends and one of them could not make reservations because their rig was "too old". It is over 25 years old but it is in great shape has been refurbished on the interior. This is the first campground that has not allowed them to join us. Prior to arrival he had sent photos of his rig and was denied. While we were there we drove around and saw at least a dozen rigs that were in terrible shape, torn awnings, faded paint or decals pealing off, and sites with 2-3 vehicles parked in them. It's unfortunate that the rules apply to some and not all. We did enjoy our stays and actually added dates to our reservation. But not having our RV group there as a whole was a big negative for all of us.

Yelp
Great staff very accommodating! Wish there was more grass and trees, but it is in Arizona. Nice new and very well kept up pool and facilities.

Yelp
We absolutely loved our stay at Verde Ranch RV Resort. The resort is very new, clean, and well laid out. All of the RV sites and the streets are very large and easy to pull into. This resort has a great clubhouse, a pool with two hot tubs, laundry facilities, bath houses, a dog park and several places for your pet to go potty at throughout the resort. We love that the resort is so dog friendly. We were there over a weekend that the resort was celebrating Halloween, and we loved the amount of activities they planned for the kids. The staff put a ton of effort into the haunted river trail which our kids loved! They also did a hayrack ride, a glow party, marshmallow roasting, tie dye t-shirts and trick or treating. This resort is in a good location for visiting Cottonwood, Prescott, and Sedona. It's also only 10 minutes to Montezuma Castle National Monument which was an amazing sight to see. We loved our stay so much and we cannot wait to come back to Verde Ranch RV Resort!

Yelp
Such a beautiful place with a great location. The cabin we stayed in was cute and cozy but we came during the summer so the upstairs was a little too hott for my kids to sleep in. Overall a great place!
google avatar

Cindy K.

Yelp
Very nice place. We were there for just one night but would stay there again. The only suggestion I have is have a fenced dog area where they could be off leash for a bit.

Yelp
We are full time Rvers and this park was our 1st park with a stay longer than a day on our maiden voyage out of SoCal. This park will forever have that in our memory banks. We arrived on November 22nd and stayed for 10 days before heading back into the California desert. Here is what we loved: ----------------------------------- Easy reservation and check in process. Email confirmation for booking and any changes. The entry to the park was a pretty wide driveway The park was relatively easy to navigate We were in a 'west coast' ample site. Long enough for us to put our back patio down. Wide enough for the side patio. Onsite services.. the best and least expensive rig wash we'd gotten quotes for. Great laundry facility with 'Pay Range'. No need to schlep quarters. Pickle ball courts River and path to walk along Doggie areas with bags and cans Close to Sedona, Jerome and National Monuments Pull through. Good, well functioning hookups. Nice central facilities, like community room (even though it was closed, it looked nice) Near grocery stories and restaurants Newer cabins for non Rvers. Here is what didn't work for us: ----------------------------------------------- The COVID protocol here? The woman that checked me in was super nice and was not wearing a mask. Very loose COVID-19 protocol. Someone from the staff caught Covid and so they had to shut a bunch of stuff down. Mail service, etc. Not a lot of trash cans around. It was a good hike to get to the covered dumpster cans from where we were. No instantcart at the time. They communication around the COVID-19 shutdown of services was not consistent. Weird round about right at the entrance. For a 44' rig, that was something to note. There are no trees in the park itself. Would be rough in the summer. This would be our 3rd RV park from our maiden voyage as full timers. We'd generally give this a two thumbs and a paw up! This is a relatively new park, so by the time we roll through there again, they might have worked out some of these issues. Thanks for a nice stay! #milehighbeach (you can follow us on YouTube and IG) 2021 Grand Design 399TH See ya on the road!

Yelp
This RV Resort was halfway descent. During our stay it was 100+ degrees everyday during the day. We had monsoon rains with thunderstorms and lighting. One downfall is there is limited amounts of shade in this park. Don't get me wrong, it is a modern RV resort. Nice wash houses and club house. The day before our check out, we had a power outage that was to last for 3 hrs. Well we could just sit in our travel trailer for 3 hrs in 111 degree heat with no power or a/c. The location has solar panels, but I'm assuming they don't have a battery backup system to power the park off grid. May be something they might want to look into. So we packed up and headed back to California.. We may decide to come back here during a different time if the year when the weather is more conducive to being able to get around. Would have given them more stars if it wasn't for the power outage...

Yelp
Yes! Stay here. We have stayed at many RV parks, and this one is definitely one of the nicer ones with a ton of amenities. They have an activities calendar for families with kids, pool, jacuzzi, gym, Pickleball, pool table and more! Close to freeway and affordable. Everyone is friendly and the bathroom are clean.

Yelp
It's a beautiful rv resort. Stayed there for nearly 5 months. Showed up a few days prior to moving up to the area and they had plenty of availability. I gave myself a tour of the property and the amenities were fantastic. The price is more than most areas. And although I wish it was a bit cheaper. With all the staff and amenities I understand why it is so. I'm not sure what daily or weekly prices are but they have 4 different prices for sites for monthly rentals ranging from $740, $870, $950, and I think $1100. Also there is a $75 flat rate electric fee. And free wifi that works pretty well most of the time. Two bathhouses/laundry rooms. The shower/bathrooms are private. There are 8 or so washers and the same amount of dryers. They open at 8am and close at 10pm. The recreation center is very large and spacious. It has a full sized kitchen. Tables and chairs and couches. A side room that can be rented out for private events. Shuffleboard and pool table. The gated heated pool and two hot tubs are open year round. They also host movie night as well on a projector for everyone in the pool area. There is also a work out room with treadmills and bicycles. As well as more bathrooms. The grounds are kept in great condition. If anything breaks or needs repair simply speak to the front desk and it will be fixed the same day or close to it. All the staff on property are friendly and wholesome. Some of them even live on property. So imo I'd give it a 4* rating on price. But everyone else is 5*. And I have a hospitality background and the staff are amazing. Shoutout to Wayde for being the happiest person and always a pleasure to speak with.

Yelp
Pristine, fun, and many photo opps! I would stay here again because everything was fine with excellence. Clubhouse is gorgeous and fancy. Pools were clean. Bathrooms were sparkling. SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE!

Yelp
If your visiting Sedona or in the area. This is one of my favorite resorts! The management & staff or wonderful!! The resort amenities are amazing.

Yelp
We stayed here in our rv for a few nights on our way to the Grand Canyon. It was conveniently located for us so that was a plus. Staff was super helpful and willing to accommodate. Their showers, restrooms and laundry facilities were all clean and top notch. The only downside was the lack of shade trees. All that being said I would give 4 stars but the pool, jacuzzis and clubhouse were so nice that I had to bump my review up to 5 stars. I would recommend staying here.
google avatar

Cindy E.

Yelp
Great place to stay over Labor Day weekend. Place is kept super clean and staff is very friendly. Nice pool and amenities. Be prepared for the bugs and mosquitoes if your site is next to the river, won't do that again.
google avatar

Heather D.

Yelp
Great customer service! Both the reservation rep, LaViee, and Colleen at the front desk were both so welcoming courteous and LaViee had lots of ideas for things to do around the area. I would highly recommend this RV park her cleanliness convenience, and location.

Yelp
I have to say, I have never had the pleasure of staying there. We were on our way and our RV broke down. Plans 100% rerouted. We sent an email and left a voicemail. I called again when they were open and Sue answered. She was very pleasant and we figured we were going to eat the cost of one night due to late notice of cancellation. Sue took 100% care of us. We will be re-booking a trip there very soon....as soon as we get our RV back.

Greg V.

Yelp
The recent downgrade of the free cable provider has been a huge disappointment. Previously you had a choice of around 50+ channels, now you around 15 channels. You lost ALL the sports channels like ESPN, TBS, and TNT. With March Madness just around the corner, it will be very disappointing not to be able to watch sports at your RV or at the Clubhouse. Now over half of the channels are kids channels. For the most part the resort continues to all the little things very well, but somethings just falls short on things like this recent Cable Provider change and the poor WiFi options.
google avatar

Kyna H.

Yelp
Better than Airbnb or hotel, especially if you have kids! The amenities are the best. A pool and small splash pad, playground, river path, and fun weekly activities. The clubhouse is VERY spacious, updated, and has everything you can think of/need; kitchen/dining area, multiple tv and seating, reading nook, billiards, a gym, and shuffleboard. The community is so friendly and great. We stayed in a glamping tent one night and a cabin the next. Both were very clean and fun! We did have a small incident, but staff was quickly and generously able to fix. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This was such a beautiful place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The WiFi was down when we were here but they made up for it and felt like they addressed the situation very kindly. The facilities were clean and modern. We really enjoyed the pool and spa with our kids. They made us feel very safe even with COVID. They keep the park very clean and neat. The walking trail was nice. The club house was relaxing. I am Looking forward to coming back and staying longer.

Yelp
2 and half hours from Grand Canyon - 30 min from Sedona - 1 hour from flagstaff - 2 hours from Prescott. A central city to many adventures. We stayed at the resort at one of there suites, it had all the amenities that you may need including full kitchen, pool laundry etc. great spot

Yelp
This is a well-maintained, friendly RV resort that also has cabin rentals. My parents spent 2 weeks in their RV, and they had a fabulous time. The price was right, and they were able to use the wifi and cable television. I also rented a cabin for three nights while they were there, and I was very impressed with the cabin facilities. The shower was top notch and felt like I was in a hotel. I have stayed in cabins in other RV parks, and this was just a step above. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, and there was also a gas grill and patio table for outside cooking. They take COVID-19 very seriously here, too. The cabins are not rented for three days in between guests, and they are fully sanitized prior to rental. The pots, pans, and small appliances are individually bagged to ensure no tampering, and even my key was sanitized before it was delivered. They did have restrictions on common areas, and some things, such as the clubhouse, was closed, but everything that was open was sparkling clean and fresh. They kept plenty of spaces between RVs to ensure everyone was able to be outside and maintain social distance. The location is very good, too, with many places for day trips, such as Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood, Prescott, and Flagstaff. The proximity to I-17 makes it a good stopping point for overnight travelers, too. I would definitely recommend this park to RVers and cabin renters alike.

Yelp
Cute and clean RV park. We stayed in a cottage. We also had rented a golf cart but they had burned down so that was a bummer. Really cute cottage and again, clean! Came stocked with cooking utensils and bathroom supplies. The only downfalls we're the extremely squeaky bed! It was miserable. You move a finger and it squeaks so loud. The second night we took the mattress off the frame and put it on the living room floor. The other issue was how bright the cottage was. It would be nice to have blackout curtains. Even in the middle of the night, because of the street lights, I could see everything in the room. We would stay again though!

Kaci V.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our stay at Verde Ranch RV Resort! We stayed in the premium tiny cabin! It had everything we needed to stay comfortably for 3 nights! The facilities were top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed the Pool, playground, and pickle ball courts! Can't say enough good things!

Yelp
Such a great place for families!! The heated pool and jacuzzis were great. Tons of room to ride bikes and take walks. Great for the dog too. Super friendly and safe. We loved it!!

Yelp
Safari Tent: This was our first time here, my husband and I wanted a short getaway just the two of us, so we rented the safari tent. We were very impressed with the whole thing. The check in was very easy and the lady who checked us in was very nice. The tent is very nicely sealed from the outside elements. It's very clean and roomy, and you have your own bathroom with soaking tub. We came in February and were considered it would be cold. But they have 3 nice size heaters plus a space heater you can turn on. I brought my own just in case but didn't have to use it. We appreciated all the outlets they have in every corner. The tent came with your essentials like shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc. They also provide you with towels. But don't forget your pool towels! The bed is a bit to hard a mattress topper would be nice, but they have great quality sheets! Keep in mind that it is a tent so bring your earplugs and eye covers. The club house is very nice, love the heated pool and two hot tubs. Can't wait to bring our kiddos so they can play at the playground, and explore Out of Africa Wildlife Park near by. We also liked how close everything is around. We went out to eat every time. If you want to eat here you'll need to bring a cooktop stove and all your food. We took a hike near by which was beautiful, and went out to dinner at the near by Casino! Here are a few things that would make the experience better: We came to go "camping" and where surprised to see that there were no fire pits. We where disappointed since we wanted to sit by the fire. Also there isn't much privacy, and not a lot of trees. Planting some trees between sites would make all the difference. I would think it would be way to hot to be here during the summer. There is very little shade. The coffee machine cord is too short to reach the plug, we had to move it to the floor which then we realized that the outlet wasn't working. The coffee machine tripped the circuitboard. My husband went outback and fixed it so it wasn't a big issue. Remember to bring water. They did have three water bottles in the fridge for us to use. A small table next to the fridge would be nice though. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back again with the whole family and explore the area even more.

Yelp
Super nice place! Loving our campsite here. Very nice and professional. Amenities are truly outstanding.

Yelp
This is a very well maintained camp site. The showers and bathrooms are very clean. They have a little shop which was great ... I would stay here again as a way point. Not much to do except hike and see a river. The best part is, the WiFi here is pretty good. 15mb download speed throughout the park. Not fast enough to game but plenty fast to stream movies and do social media. Downside: we use T-Mobile and we only got 1 to 2 bars at any time on our cell phones. They don't have a military or veterans discount :( disappointing.

Emma V.

Yelp
This was the second time we camp in this resort . We really love the place it's clean and well maintained. This recent stay is more special we had an emergency and the help that was extended to us by them was so amazing from accommodations to rides especially we were away from home. Tannabeth the MAnager was very kind and very helpful, Buddha the maintenance guy was very kind too. thank you we will see you again soon

Angelina T.

Yelp
Nice park..but for as much as you pay to be in a small town (to be in the city, Phoenix was cheaper and electric was INCLUDED) you should be able to take a long hot shower without pushing the faucet every 30 seconds for the water to stay on, the showers are also small with very slippery floors, they also always smell like mildew If y'all have solar panels why is electric an extra cost?! $780 flat at my last park in Phoenix with electric... Seems like this park has high rent for the LOOKS.

Amy W.

Yelp
My family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom cabin and it was wonderful! Two bedrooms with full beds and then a loft with a full bed as well. The couch also pulled out into a bed. Full size refrigerator, two burner stove top (not oven) 3 AC units that worked amazingly, full bathroom with a shower, and 2 TV's. We also had a picnic table and BBQ out back. The pool is awesome and we had a blast playing games up at the clubhouse. We had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.
google avatar

Beth B.

Yelp
This is a fairly new facility and is very well taken care of. The ladies at the front check-in counter were so friendly and helpful. They even had a doggy bag for our dogs that had treats, a ball and other goodies. We had space 387 right next to two of the nicest dog parks I've seen in an RV park. If I could change one thing, it would be to have more mature trees for additional shade. but that will come in time. Thank you!

Phyllis D.

Yelp
We loved staying here. We rented a cottage for four nights and everything was wonderful. The cottages are really cute, they have everything you need and very comfortable. The staff and people who stay here are extremely friendly, expect everyone you see to wave and smile. I was worried about highway noise, but the cottage was extremely quiet and even outside, you don't hear I-17 at all. The resort is EXTREMELY clean, clubhouse is very nice and they have posted activities going on - food trucks, tie dyeing, potluck, etc. The staff tries to have stuff for all ages to enjoy. Only thing I would ask is to have a TV in the bedroom of the deluxe cottages. The hookup is there, but there's no TV. Also, while a coffee pot is provided, bring your own round filters unless you want to use the hotel-like coffee packs that are included. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Camp Verde, at cottage at Verde Ranch is the same price and so much better. If you're looking to bring your camper, they have lots of really nice pull thru spots, full hookup and don't be shy about bringing your big rig! You will see tons of huge motorhomes, 5th wheels, and other really big campers - the spaces are plenty big enough. It is not shady - you're in the high desert, we don't have big trees but it's a very pretty and scenic place and a close drive to Jerome, Sedona, Cottonwood and other places. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Scott B.

Yelp
We have been here at Verde Ranch since November 1st and are here for 5 months. It has been a great stay and we plan to come back again in the future. The proximity to Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona is great. There are also lots of conveniences in Camp Verde. The resort is clean and new and very well kept. The sites are a good site and utilities all work well. The Wi-Fi is. It so good but We use Starlink so it wasn't an issue. The staff here are amazing. Sue, Nicole, Jasmine and Greg have all been super helpful and accommodating. The pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse are very nice. The occasional food truck is nice to grab a bite from when your in the mood. The price is reasonable for what you get. We are hoping to come back next year as long as the rates remain consistent and fuel prices don't prevent us from traveling this far.
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
All we can say is outstanding. From staff upon check in to the day we left. The resort was clean and quiet. Outstanding once again...
google avatar

Brittnee R.

Yelp
As we were pulling up to our 1 month stay here, I told my husband to keep driving and find us another place. The resort down the road was not nearly as nice so we turned back around and gave Verde Ranch a shot- so glad we did. The newness of this place is amazing and makes you forget you're staying about 1 minute from a major interstate in a pretty questionable town. The clubhouse, pool, 2 jacuzzis, sport courts, splashpad, play area for kids... it feels a LOT like a nice resort. The girls in the store and maintenance are all so kind and extremely helpful. One major criticism, and it will keep us from returning, is there is no where for dogs to be off-leash. There are dogs in almost every camper and everyone complains about not having anywhere to let them play.

Yelp
Wow. What a great first stop on our trip. Only one night here. Wish we did more. Super clean very friendly. Lots to do close by. A little freeway noise but the site makes up for that.

Yelp
Surrounded by Beautiful Mountains this is a Beautiful RV Resort. Full Hookups, Electric, Water and Sewer with Cable also included at Very Reasonable Prices. The Laundry is Modern with plenty of Washers and Dryers that are new and you can operate off an App on your phone. Three or Four Food Trucks come in each week, and plenty of Activities such as 8 Ball Pool Tournaments, Karaoke, Pot Lucks, Pickle Ball, Horseshoes, Hay Rack Rides etc. with a Spacious Club House with a Game Room, and Pool Table, Business Room and Library, Beautiful Heated Large Swimming Pool with Two Large Hot Tubs. Just a few miles away in Camp Verde, Bashas Grocery Store, CVS and Walgreens, Post Office, Tractor Supply, fast Food Restaurants, $23 to fill up a 30 lb Propane Tank at Ace Hardware, and $3.29 gas at Circle K or Mavericks. I had a small water leak in our Airstream, they had a Professional RV Technician staying in the Park and John did a great job at fixing the leak, his number is 470-642-6151, I recommend him. Stayed the whole Month of November, Wife and I Loved it here !

Yelp
We absolutely love this park! They have wonderful amenities, a beautiful clubhouse with daily events, a great playground, dog park and so much more. Everyone we spoke to as far as staff was extremely kind and helpful, we extended our stay multiple times without hassle and never had to move. The grounds are well maintained and everyone was very friendly around the park. We will absolutely be back!

This RV Park has to be rated as one of the nicest parks! All the amenities are A+!! The entire staff seems to work hard and are very helpful! If your looking for a nice place to visit? Look no further Those who follow me on my social media, understand that I stay at a lot of different parks.

Yelp
Great place and location but I give it only 4 stars because the pool is not heated. They say the pool is set to 82 but its more like 62. Our family enjoys hanging out at pools so this was really disappointing. Also, they should hold parents accountable for their kids breaking things in the clubhouse like pool sticks etc. Other than that, workers are friendly and resort is really nice. We were here for a week.

Yelp
This is a lovely RV Resort. Clean, comfortable, & close to many outdoor activities including their in-house activities such as yoga classes that are held three times a week! As an avid yogi practitioner, I was impressed by the yoga instructor, & her levels of classes taught! I would stay here again - traveling / sitting is hard on your body and to have an RV resort that provides yoga is an A+!! Please continue to offer these classes. Thank you!

Yelp
One of the best rv parks we've ever been to. We loved how clean it was, well maintained and the resort like feel was very relaxing. We'll definitely be back, until then back to San Diego we go!

Yelp
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Hands down great park. You can not beat the views this park has to offer. They offer pretty much anything you can think of. Large pool with kid area, two hot tubs, two Laundromats, a huge clubhouse with a few different areas to watch TV and/or play board games. A huge main TV viewing area, full kitchen, fitness center. Cable TV hookup, WiFi internet, water, and electric all included. A little store with all types of things you might need. Looking at the calendar of events they pretty much have something going on every day. Seemed like a few things a day. From live bands, to a casino night, food trucks etc.. if you're looking for a place in the area. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Yelp
We stayed here for two months. We called ahead to ensure cell service was decent. We also read other reviews. But things did not turn out to be good at all. The cell service is the worst we have ever had. If you need to work from your trailer, good luck. It's not feasible to hold any video calls. Even after we invested in a antenna and booster for our cell service it's is still barely workable. We have always relied on our cellular plan for work and after 6 months this is the first place we have struggled with connection. We also tried the wireless internet as this is something that is advertised. We never expected this to be good and it isn't. But we did try to reach out for help and even several times with the internet provider. At times the internet isn't bad and can get up to 10 download. But not something I want to relay on for work. The laundry room requires an app to pay for the machines. This app has stole money from me several times. I have reached out to customer service and they just says they are right and am wrong. Even though I know how much money I had left on the app. What happen to coin machines? The lots are decent size but when they are full you will literally be backed into several different trailers. Their page long rules they send you before check in are not enforced as well. There are several nice amenities like the club house, pool, park and pickle ball courts. Easy access to Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff. We thought this would be our winter spot as we have family is AZ. But we will not be back.

Yelp
Very clean and safe. The further from the office you are parked. the more traffic noise from the freeway. Seems like a good place that's an hour or two from each big destination so... there are all the fast foods and about 3 miles away, a big grocery store, Bashas, that is like any large chain grocery store. The clubhouse and all facilities are super clean. Only one pool for kids and adults though and it's really not that big, so we did not go in with all the kids.... Nice, clean dog run areas that even have props for agility training. You can't tell who the long term peeps are because they're pretty strict about what can be set up at your site. So that's nice. Other than that, not much to do in Camp Verde itself.

Yelp
Don't bother if your rig is over 20 years old, they don't say that on the web page, or while booking on campspot though. They wasted two and a half hours asking one question at a time by email instead of just saying no after I first sent pics of the rig asking for an exception. Absolute waste of time. There are better parks in the area that aren't right up against the freeway.

Yelp
There was a bit of confusion with my reserved spot and it had the potential to put a damper on our stay at the resort. After checking in I called the office and spoke with Alyssa. She was very apologetic and worked quickly to find a solution. She was able to fix everything and really went above and beyond to make things right and even followed up a bit later to assure everything was going smooth. As a business owner myself I am all about customer service and Alyssa really displayed GREAT customer service and made sure our stay will be enjoyable.
