"Apple-Picking Season Few things characterize autumn in North American more than apple picking, apple pies, and apple cider. If you feel like connecting with nature and experiencing a Canadian tradition, head to the western tip of the island and the Labonté Orchard for a wee session of apple picking. There is a small admission fee of $2, and you are free to stay on site for as long as you like. If you don't go for the apple picking, go for the heaven-sent desserts at the on-site café. The apple crumble will make you a believer."

• Apple Picking: I’ve been to apple orchards in St-Hilaire and Île-d’Orléans, but never knew this place existed until I moved to Vaudreuil. A few neighbors recommended it to me, and I’m so glad they did! The variety of apples is fantastic, and the best part? It’s ALL organic! There are even some varieties I didn’t know about. I’ve seen some comments about the prices being high, but honestly, I think it’s more than fair when you consider the work involved in organic farming on such a large scale. The orchard is incredibly well-maintained, and the taste of fresh, organic apples is a game-changer. After learning how supermarket apples can be picked up to a year in advance and treated with chemicals to extend shelf life, I’ll never buy those again! • Corn Maze: I had no idea they also have themed corn mazes! On weekends, they even have animators in costume who provide the storyline, which adds to the experience. I’ve always wanted to try one, and it was so much fun. It’s kid-friendly but still challenging enough for adults. My toddler and I had a blast navigating the maze. • Boutique, Staff, and Amenities: The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The on-site pastries, especially the apple muffins and apple crumbles, are delicious! There are plenty of picnic tables to relax at, and the kids’ playground and toys are perfect for keeping little ones entertained. They also have a small petting zoo with a variety of animals, but my favourites were the llama, donkey, and adorable goats. They also have a great variety of pumpkins and squashes, including some unique kinds I’ve never encountered before, which is pretty cool. They definitely offer an impressive selection of produce. It’s a perfect spot for a family outing or a fun day with friends! The boutique offers a wide selection of local products, from honey to maple syrup and organic garlic that’s absolutely divine. Overall: Everything about this place is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Google
Vaiour types of apple. Regular ones at about $22 per bag. The specialty apples are a little pricey. A small material bag is $39. They have two types of apples that they grow only there! The Rosinette and Poune. The Rosinette were delicious! The staff are friendly and there is a good variety of animals to pet. I recommend bringing your own chopped carrots as it costs $0.25 for 4 pieces of corn from the machine. The shop was great! Pies, ciders, sauces, and so much more! Nice farm! 5.50$ to get in, kids under 3 are free. Bring mosquito spray, they were hungry!

I loved it because of the people I was with, and the corn mazes and sunflower maze were so much fun again because of the people. But it was sooooo muddy, and there were so many puddles. The pumpkin picking was so much fun, as well as the apple picking. I had so much fun feeding the goats. The shop can be very pricey or affordable depending on the items you choose. The pumpkins are ¢75/lb when you pick them yourself. I believe the ones the shop picks are pricey, but they pick the most beautiful ones

Yu'd have to be blind not to see how much has been done on this place! There is everything for a family vacation: kids playground, a store with souvenirs and apple products, many places for photos outside, labyrinth and small zoo. It’s very nice that the employees decorate their clothes with an autumn theme, hats, suits - all this creates a good mood for visitors. A large well-kept garden, you can pick apples yourself and eat so many apples that you can eat. We’ll come back 💯

Absolutely love this orchid, been going since I was a child and it’s lovely to see all the changes with the same nostalgic mini shop, recipes, mini zoo, playgrounds, and of course the apples!!! I am a little saddened by the rising prices for activity, apple picking, and mini shop, but with rising economy and them going 100% organic it’s understandable, so it’s not a big deal, just gotta save up more, but it’s worth every penny everytime I go! ☺️ Will always go to Vergé Labonté!! Staff is always amazing when I go and their muffins always taste so amazing!!!

Google
Really cool apple picking place! There’s many variety of apples (best ones are Honey Crisp tho). There’s also a corn maze with an activity for kids but for me and my friends it was a nice location to take pictures :) Staff is friendly and its a good way to support local products as well

Fun for the whole family. Come for the apples, stay for the maze (and not because you got lost) Here you will find a petting zoo, a corn maze and all the apples you can eat. There is something to do for each member of your family.

Yelp
The place is cool. Before booking I wanted to go with my kids to the investigation game in the woods. My two kids are younger than 12. The tickets online are for 13. and older. I had to pay full price for all. Also, I tried calling to ask few things, they simply directed me to the website. When there, we played the game on our own, no one was there to help or guide. Waste of time and money. A simple hike would have been 10 times better.

Yelp
Place is surprisingly small. Found it odd that their "train ride" didn't actually take you to apple picking (you just went in a circle). Instead, you walked 20 meters from the ticket pay entry area to an area w 4 or 5 rows of apple trees. Disappointing and it all ended much faster than expected. There's a play area and animal area outside of the apple picking. Both small. Some good for purchase (as one can imagine, pricey - $3 for small bag of stale popcorn - or mediocre - my young kids could compete on sandwich production quality). Don't think I'll return. (Remark: Weather was great the day I visited. There's also an ok kids park a few hundred meters away from the venue. Since we were done so fast, we went and spent some time there.)

Yelp
During apple-picking season, this place fills up fast, so get there early. There are two parking lots, one by the front entrance and one by the back. We were one of the first to arrive at the back lot, and by the time we got organized and got the gang out of the car, the small lot was half full! We were mostly there for the experience of letting our young kids pick apples, so we probably picked for a total of 20 minutes before our one bag was full. The Spartan and MacIntosh apples we picked were fresh, crispy, and juicy. I don't believe there is an entrance fee to enjoy the play area, rather, you just pay for what you pick (small or large bag). I found it reasonably priced, also because there were slides, swings, a hayride, and a petting zoo for my kids to enjoy after we finished apple picking. There are picnic tables available if you want to sit down and pack a lunch. They also sell some of the orchard's products including apple butter, cider, muffins, etc. It's not a bad place to bring your young kids for a bit of seasonal fun -- just make sure to come early and beat the crowds.

Yelp
We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon after 3pm. We did not know we were too late for the corn maze and that the place will close at 5pm, yet we were lucky enough to do the "medium" corn maze anyway (they made an exception for us). I did not apple picking, so I cannot comment on that. The good: Some of the staff very friendly. Place very festive at entrance area. Bathrooms clean and decorated. Lovely boutique. Everything bilingual. Waiting areas are are in the shade. Corn maze fun to do (you can separate in medium one and still not really lose your group). Apple muffins truly delicious. Apple juice very very sugary but all natural. Huge sitting area close to bistro. Big kids area and very busy. Tractor ride not bumpy. The bad: Some other staff not very friendly but feels like they are there for a pay check only. Apple crisp cooking instructions different from french to english (will have to call them to know what to do exactly). In corn maze, you had to find clues on images, but some of the clues were TRULY impossible to see (at some point we were three families on board number 4 to try to find it). Bistro's door was open even though no one was there and it was closed. No true explanations on how corn maze really works (we had to figure it out for ourselves). Parking is almost impossible. Limited choices in the boutique if you are looking for anything outside of apples and squashes. Even with the bad issues, I give this place a four stars as they made an exception for us with the corn maze, and the staff at that particular station was very friendly. Good place to go.

Yelp
"Pumpkin Picking" was a joke. $2.50 entrance then we have to walk all the way to a "pumpkin patch" because there's no tractor. When we get there, it's a small area the size of 1/3 of a football field and there's about 20 pumpkins scattered around as if they had been picked at another farm and scattered in that lot. Half of them were rotted or spoiled by other people. It was very disapointing yet the lovely lady at the desk gladly gave us a refund when we explained our situation. We did not try apple picking so do not use the 2 star rating as reference for that. If you do happen to pass by this farm: PICK UP A CASE OF APPLE MUFFINS THEY ARE THE BEST THINGS THAT EVER HAPPENED TO THIS PLANET. Perfect texture and taste and won't empty your wallet.

Yelp
This place s the victim of its own success. By 11, we felt the effect of the overcrowding. There were huge lineups to get tickets, followed by line ups for the tractor. The corn maze was definitely not worth the $12 we paid for as adults. The only part that I liked was that it led to a little path in the woods that was fun. Apple-picking? I've never been so stressed about apple-picking in my entire life. First of all, by noon, there were barely any decent apples left that were within arms reach. There are 5-10 people per tree. We were literally chasing down the few ladders that were available in order to pick the ones at the top of the trees. Once you got a ladder, you had to fight dearly to hang on to it. And because there are literally 5-10 people staring at you as you pick your apples, you feel so guilty that you try to pick them as fast as possible. Forget having your kids pick apples. First, they can't reach them, Second, once you've helped them off the ladder, someone else's kids is on it, and by then, you could forget picking anything until you find the next empty ladder. It was an awful experience, I will never go back on a weekend ever again.

Yelp
The farm is pretty and at first inviting. Then you pay to go in and pick and realize you are picking with hundreds of people on about 10-15 trees. Total ! The orchard is huge but they only let you pick from a dozen trees. Staff were pretty unfriendly and the picking experience is pretty lame. Has to be a better option for apple picking.
