"Apple-Picking Season Few things characterize autumn in North American more than apple picking, apple pies, and apple cider. If you feel like connecting with nature and experiencing a Canadian tradition, head to the western tip of the island and the Labonté Orchard for a wee session of apple picking. There is a small admission fee of $2, and you are free to stay on site for as long as you like. If you don't go for the apple picking, go for the heaven-sent desserts at the on-site café. The apple crumble will make you a believer."

• Apple Picking: I’ve been to apple orchards in St-Hilaire and Île-d’Orléans, but never knew this place existed until I moved to Vaudreuil. A few neighbors recommended it to me, and I’m so glad they did! The variety of apples is fantastic, and the best part? It’s ALL organic! There are even some varieties I didn’t know about. I’ve seen some comments about the prices being high, but honestly, I think it’s more than fair when you consider the work involved in organic farming on such a large scale. The orchard is incredibly well-maintained, and the taste of fresh, organic apples is a game-changer. After learning how supermarket apples can be picked up to a year in advance and treated with chemicals to extend shelf life, I’ll never buy those again! • Corn Maze: I had no idea they also have themed corn mazes! On weekends, they even have animators in costume who provide the storyline, which adds to the experience. I’ve always wanted to try one, and it was so much fun. It’s kid-friendly but still challenging enough for adults. My toddler and I had a blast navigating the maze. • Boutique, Staff, and Amenities: The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The on-site pastries, especially the apple muffins and apple crumbles, are delicious! There are plenty of picnic tables to relax at, and the kids’ playground and toys are perfect for keeping little ones entertained. They also have a small petting zoo with a variety of animals, but my favourites were the llama, donkey, and adorable goats. They also have a great variety of pumpkins and squashes, including some unique kinds I’ve never encountered before, which is pretty cool. They definitely offer an impressive selection of produce. It’s a perfect spot for a family outing or a fun day with friends! The boutique offers a wide selection of local products, from honey to maple syrup and organic garlic that’s absolutely divine. Overall: Everything about this place is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Vaiour types of apple. Regular ones at about $22 per bag. The specialty apples are a little pricey. A small material bag is $39. They have two types of apples that they grow only there! The Rosinette and Poune. The Rosinette were delicious! The staff are friendly and there is a good variety of animals to pet. I recommend bringing your own chopped carrots as it costs $0.25 for 4 pieces of corn from the machine. The shop was great! Pies, ciders, sauces, and so much more! Nice farm! 5.50$ to get in, kids under 3 are free. Bring mosquito spray, they were hungry!

I loved it because of the people I was with, and the corn mazes and sunflower maze were so much fun again because of the people. But it was sooooo muddy, and there were so many puddles. The pumpkin picking was so much fun, as well as the apple picking. I had so much fun feeding the goats. The shop can be very pricey or affordable depending on the items you choose. The pumpkins are ¢75/lb when you pick them yourself. I believe the ones the shop picks are pricey, but they pick the most beautiful ones

Yu'd have to be blind not to see how much has been done on this place! There is everything for a family vacation: kids playground, a store with souvenirs and apple products, many places for photos outside, labyrinth and small zoo. It’s very nice that the employees decorate their clothes with an autumn theme, hats, suits - all this creates a good mood for visitors. A large well-kept garden, you can pick apples yourself and eat so many apples that you can eat. We’ll come back 💯

I went apple picking with my 22 month old and my partner. We arrived , 2 guides working strictly on parking duty guided us and we managed to get a spot inside. Entrance is about $5.50 per adult and under 3 years old it’s free. Then you pay per big or small bag. For regular apples it’s a certain price. For higher grade apples called « selection » you pay a different price. Depending on what you pay, you will pick in different sections. I decided to purchase 2 big bags. I make apple sauce for my little one. Total was about $85. We left the stroller and the baby’s bag in the designated area, but you do not have to. And upon our return after apple picking the stroller and the bag were still there. We went on the tractor, went down in a section for people who purchased the « selection » bags. I ate at least 3 apples on the spot to decide on the ones i liked best, lots of ladders, lots of apples on the trees, some apples low, some high. Lots of apples on the ground too but hey that’s what apple picking is about. We ran out of time but they also have a pumpkin patch. You pay per pumpkin from what i understood. Anyhow, after picking apples we hopped back on the tractor, went to the little farm they have in the front to see the chicken, bunnies, donkey, ducks and goats. Goat food can be purchased, it’s a handful for 30 cents. My toddler enjoyed running and watching the ducks. There’s also a little play area with 2 slides, climbing area, 1 small car and lots of tables and benches to have a picnic. We didn’t need to go to the bathroom so i cannot comment on that. After feeding the goats, we passed by the little boutique and purchased some apple muffins, apple cider, tarts and apple butter. Total was around $80.They also have ice cream, frozen soup. All in all, we were very happy about our first time there and will definitely go back! Btw all the apples are organic. Yeah sure the prices are high compared to simply buying apples at the grocery store and afterall we are doing the labour by picking the apples but it’s all about the experience. The farm also has it’s own costs about maintenance, employees, etc.

We had a corporate event here, and it went extremely smoothly. The staff were very helpful, and flexible with us and our group. We were given an area reserved just for our group, and we were offered to have the tractor come and pick up our group exclusively. The apples and pumpkins were amazing, and everything is 100% organic! Thanks for having us!

When apple picking for the first time, and I must say, at Verger Labonté the staffs are friendly ,amazing and easy to talk to, but the apple farm is remarkable with 35 different varieties. There's a mini pet farm and several play structures for different ages. Verger Labonté staff Works extremely hard to keep their surroundings clean and the farm is 100% organic. You must visit there!
