As a charter broker we have booked multiple flights with VeriJet with no issues and good service. However, over 2 months ago they cancelled one of our flights due to poor weather and never paid the refund. We have chased weekly for the refund since then with no success, so it feels as though they will never process this payment. Moral of the story is, make payment on a credit card so the card company can claim back the funds. Don't trust VeriJet to process refunds as it simply won't happen. We are now almost $7k out of pocket.

**SCAM ALERT** Verijet cancelled our flight the night before the scheduled departure. Now after 100+ days they have not refunded the $10k+ that we paid for the flight. They say the they will issue the refund, but it never happens. This company is unethical and will steal your money.
