I just experienced excellent customer service. I needed a connector device (to my car) for my iPhone. The representative came out and looked at my car’s outlet. He then gave me exactly what I needed. That level of customer service is very rare nowadays!!

I upgraded me and my wife’s phones and the store employee added 2 extra lines (2 extra plans) without telling us to our bill. Customer service is trying to give me the run around and not refund us for it.

Hands down, the friendliest Verizon store that I have ever done business with! Steven and Alex both helped us switch back to Verizon. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question that we had. Alex went above and beyond by staying well past their closing time to make sure that we left with our new phones working. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need anything at all!

I upgraded my wife's phone and i found that they also added a 19 dollar a month insurance plan to my 2 year old phone without telling me. Deception is not an honorable sales technique.

My family and I were having lots of different issues with our phones, we had Steve help us and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with each individual problem no matter how difficult! We felt very taken care of! If you go in ask for Steve! He is the best!

Go any where else but this store in Longmeadow. They won't even look at your phone until you pay them $45, which is ridiculous. They were downright mean. Only advice they gave was to call the corporate number, we did and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes, I'm so glad I didn't pay $45, I'll never step in that store again!

Well, they never called back. In 7 weeks I've called multiple times and can't get service. They were great in the beginning (5 or 6 years ago?) but have gone downhill. Bottom of the barrel now. The manager Alex is snarky and cannot solve a problem. The associates tell you different things around the same issue depending on who you talk to. In order to discuss plans or upgrades or anything, you make an appointment, which is totally fine except some associates say a phone appointment is ok and yet another young woman refused and said it didn't matter that I work two jobs and I need to do it over the phone. I need information to make a decision and that does not need to be done in person. They sold a product ( screen protector) with a warranty and claim that they cannot get me a replacement ( I've been trying since before Christmas). I spoke with Alex and asked for the owners name. She claimed she cannot give it to me. What? I asked for a first name and she refused. He has not called. And this is for a BUSINESS account with multiple lines. I am looking into moving carriers as it appears that the lack of customer service and quality product have finally hit an all time low.

This place is amazing. The manager Jesus was so patient helping my 70+ father move from Straighttalk to Verizon with my old AT&T phone that needed to be unlocked. #supercomplicated His new employee Alex was so smart and knew everything about how to transition from other carriers to Verizon. Buying the phone is easy, it's the other stuff that makes it complicated. No lines or (800) numbers needed. Head over to Verizon in the Longmeadow shops. You will be so happy. Jesus and Alex are super professional and really good people. Send your parents here and get them to ditch their old flip phones. Thanks again, my father is loving his new I-phone. He just sent me his first ever text:)

We have had several problems with this Verizon store, mostly related to overcharging. Each member of our family has purchased a phone here. In two cases, we were sold glass screen protectors for an exorbitant price, several times the amount charged by other retailers, but told we'd receive free replacements for the life of the phone at any Verizon store location if we paid the inflated price. When we came in to get the replacements, the same salesman told us there was now a $5 charge per new screen cover. Other locations said they'd never heard of this screen cover replacement deal. One of my phones turned out to be defective, and I returned it on the same day. The manager tried to replace it with a cheaper model, then threatened I'd be stuck paying for the defective phone if I didn't accept the cheaper model as a substitute. I won't be using this location again.

Last week my iPhone started having a blue screen and on Tuesday it went black. I went to this store today to see how they could help me get it working. They claimed it had a broken screen and couldn't be fixed and all my info was lost Then I got a sales pitch on a new phone which would have cost $45/month. I said I'd have to talk to my wife Thank goodness I left and went to an appointment at the Apple store at the Holyoke Mall where they restored my phone at no charge

Negative customer service. Only one employee with negative personality. He was working with three people who had appointments. All we needed was a wall charger. NO acknowledgement when we got to the door. After 15 minutes my husband stuck his head in and was told to "stand outside please." No further engagement as my husband continued to stand outside for 40 minutes. We left. Understaffed. Under schooled in courtesy and common sense.

I had an issue with my son's Gizmo Gadget band. After searching on the Verizon website, Amazon and LG to find a replacement band, I figured go to the store where I bought the device 7 months ago, I went to the store and was told that they did not have replacement bands and that I should contact customer service. I was then told that that device model had been discontinued and that I could activate my warranty and I could probably get a new device. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get a replacement band. To verify the conversation that I had with the original representative, they called the store. The saleswoman said they never told me the band was discontinued. She then said that they never carried the bands in the store which is why they told me to contact customer service. She stated she was "confused by why we were calling their store. " When I explained to her my frustration by the length of the call with customer service and that I contacted them and repeated what I was told in the store, per the salesman's advice. I asked to speak to the manager, Jesus , but he was not in the store. I asked to speak to the original salesman who I spoke with, but he was out of the store and would be for awhile. When I again pressed her about our conversation, She denied the conversation happened. When I called her out for misrepresenting our encounter and for lying, she hung up the phone. Will never do business there again.

Super nice and helpful. Better customer service than most other verizon stores. I wouldn't buy a phone anywhere else, they go above and beyond and make sure your phone is 100% set up before you leave.

Complete waste of time... couldn't activate my phone when the main Verizon website/could... had no idea of actual cost of the rate plans when adding another line... and when I went back to see if I could get a SIM card, they said they didn't have any new ones...which I assume they said because they lost out on whatever credit they would receive since I didn't activate a new line through them. didn't know much of the details about the plans... better off dealing with the main Verizon website/number than this reseller...

Worst customer service ever. If you buy a phone here get ready to be taken for a ride! After buying her phone my elderly mother had to go back over 7 times to fix her bill after they over charged me. they first refused to give her the advertised trade in value of her old phone and accused her that she never gave them the phone in the first place! She had to fight and fight and as it turns out, one their employees misplaced the phone she gave them! Since finding the phone she's had to continue to fight to get the discounts and trade ins taken off her bill. Don't go here unless you just want to buy a case and leave.

They should take down the Verizon sign every time I go in to ask about by Verizon plan they said they can't do that ( that seem to be the store Moto (we can't-do that you need to go to the Verizon store ) the funny thing is that what the sign over door said ? The only thing they do is sell stuff /I can by a charge at cvs next door I don't even bother going in I just go to the Verizon store in Enfield , they should be full service Verizon or close up and open something usefully in that spot

My mom broke her phone and bought a new verizon phone at the Verizon store on Boston Road in Springfield and they would not help her activate it or help retrieve her contacts. She is 80 years old and did not know how to do it. I live out of state and called this store and they offered to help her and they didl. She has all her contacts and a working phone. Thank you to the manager "Jesus"! Please give you business to this store they have excellent customer service!

Just awful experience. I have been waiting for them to mail me a refund (could not refund my credit card, probably a lie) since Jan. It's July. Every time I call they act surprised and tell me it's on the way. This is an honest town with honest people. Take your NJ values and get out of town!! Stay away, go to a real Verizon store.
