I had an issue with my son's Gizmo Gadget band. After searching on the Verizon website, Amazon and LG to find a replacement band, I figured go to the store where I bought the device 7 months ago, I went to the store and was told that they did not have replacement bands and that I should contact customer service. I was then told that that device model had been discontinued and that I could activate my warranty and I could probably get a new device. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get a replacement band. To verify the conversation that I had with the original representative, they called the store. The saleswoman said they never told me the band was discontinued. She then said that they never carried the bands in the store which is why they told me to contact customer service. She stated she was "confused by why we were calling their store. " When I explained to her my frustration by the length of the call with customer service and that I contacted them and repeated what I was told in the store, per the salesman's advice. I asked to speak to the manager, Jesus , but he was not in the store. I asked to speak to the original salesman who I spoke with, but he was out of the store and would be for awhile. When I again pressed her about our conversation, She denied the conversation happened. When I called her out for misrepresenting our encounter and for lying, she hung up the phone.
Will never do business there again.
