Terrible customer service. I contacted them through the messenger on their website and email and got no response. I called and spoke with someone who told me to text them. I texted and got no replies until several days later. The person who answered my text said they would look into my questions and never responded after that. I sent follow up texts and emails and still did not receive any answers to my questions. I also called several times, spoke to an operator who transferred my calls, and could not get in touch with anyone. When I did get in touch, they said they would call me back in 5 minutes and never did. It's a real shame because they have nice products and I wanted to buy something on their website. In the end, they missed out on a business opportunity.
