Poor communication. I’ve e-mailed many times and have called to leave 3 messages with no one calling or e-mailing back. On the 3rd time the receptionist was rude and couldn’t be bothered with explaining or helping me. Just told me the same thing as last time “I’ll take your information and someone will get back with you”. Called one of the owners after no response from an e-mail back in June 2025 (it’s now January 2026), seemed busy and also couldn’t be bothered. She did make a lot of excuses. I just wanted to know if an item on their web site was in stock….thats it! I guess customer service and selling their product is just not a priority.

Googled "estate jewelry" and Verma popped up early, so we traipsed across town only to be curtly told through a locked door that they are "by appointment only." Perhaps Verma could so state on their website? So much for customer service.

Referred a friend for an engagement ring and it went very well. Beautiful collection and the owners put a lot of care into their business.

Terrible customer service that ignores potential new customers. I messaged them to ask if they offer a promo code to first-time customers, and they said yes. They asked which piece I was interested in, so I sent them the link to a pair of antique diamond earrings on their site. But they never responded. I messaged back to ask about the code again and they read my message, but never responded. I guess they don’t need the business.

I had an art nouveau ring I purchased from somewhere else. I was never happy with the low color of the OMC diamond. I sent it to VEJ and it came back with a beautiful white OMC. The setting was very intricate so other jewelers had turned down the job. VEJ is a great company to work with whatever your antique jewelry needs are!

Verma has a large selection of beautiful estate jewelry, and a great online presence where everything is fully described and professionally photographed. I also dropped off a ring for complementary resizing after purchasing online during the pandemic, and the service was friendly and professional. I can see myself purchasing more fine vintage jewelry in the future and will definitely make Verma my first stop when I do.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them through the messenger on their website and email and got no response. I called and spoke with someone who told me to text them. I texted and got no replies until several days later. The person who answered my text said they would look into my questions and never responded after that. I sent follow up texts and emails and still did not receive any answers to my questions. I also called several times, spoke to an operator who transferred my calls, and could not get in touch with anyone. When I did get in touch, they said they would call me back in 5 minutes and never did. It's a real shame because they have nice products and I wanted to buy something on their website. In the end, they missed out on a business opportunity.

They also provided excellent advice about what ring to choose (never pushy), and timely delivered the ring across country. They are sweet, humble, great people and business owners. Support local!

I purchased the most beautiful vintage ring as a Christmas present to myself. They were wonderful to work with and sized and shipped my ring in a very timely manner. I only wish I had more money to buy it all! They have such a beautiful selection.

Huge selection of some of the most beautiful vintage pieces available. Had been searching for a year for a diamond ring my husband wanted to get me for our 25th anniversary. I had to have vintage. The photos, descriptions and the videos really give you an intimate idea of what the piece will look like in person. Finally choosing a ring I had an unordinary amount of errors. I have been doing business with the Verma family for years, and there is no question around how helpful, humble, and great they are to work with. I recently stopped by with a issue I was having with one my watches, and they were quick to help me! Definitely recommend this spot.

Returned after a long time to get rid of a watch I no longer wear and was also able to pick up a new one at a great price. Staff is great and always responsive!!! Sometimes you lose track of time when you get to chatting away with the team over there. I really appreciate it and Will be back !!!!

I bought both our vintage engagement and a vintage wedding band through the Verma family's Etsy shop on different dates. Both items were in great shape and communication with the Verma family was really great. The ring came with a GIA certificate as well This will continue to be my first stop when looking for future jewelery purchases.
