Turin, Italy Travel Guide

"For a hyperlocal experience, head to Vermuttino to try all things (and cocktails) vermouth in the city that created it," Shapiro suggests; at this small bar in the Quadrilatero Romano quarter, visitors can taste rare and hard-to-find vermouths like Canone Occidentale and La Vagabonda." - Laura Itzkowitz Laura Itzkowitz Laura Itzkowitz is a writer and editor based in Rome. What a fantastic place! Located in an old entrance to a palazzo the atmosphere is intimate, the selection of the typical Turin drink vermuth is mindblowing and the laid back jazz in the background takes you straight back to the watering holes of centuries past. Super kind staff as well.

Cute wee vermouth bar . Don’t expect a beer ! Wide selection of vermouths but not a wide choice of seating in this gorgeously tiny bar in an area with great weekend vibe .

Great vibes and stylish decor—perfect for a night out with friends. The cocktails were creative and beautifully presented; the Gibson & Vodka Sour were a standout. Reasonable prices! Bartenders clearly know their craft! 🔝

I love Vermouth! As a consequence I always seek places that offer a decent range and that are able to serve and give value to this incredible products. It s a hard search as very often places don’t offer much or don’t even know how to handle the product. Vermuttino was a dream come true!! It is by far the best Vermouth Bar I have ever visited. They have an extensive choice of vermouths that they serve by the glass (I am guessing over 50!!) On top of that service is attentive and professional and the staff really know what they are talking about when it comes to vermouth. Food is great as well, well curated and really a great pairing to vermouth. Prices are fair and you can also buy bottles of vermouth to take away. Would have spend here every single minute I had in Turin… Absolutely spectacular!!

The most amazing Torino bar experience you can think of. An incredibly cute, intimate bar with a great selection of local vermouth and a brilliant selection of recommended cocktails. Very helpful team, willing to talk you through all vermouth and tell you a bit about their history and how/why they are so popular in the region. Absolute gem. Vermuttino is their new name - introduced three weeks ago - of the place you can see on the map next doors.

Amazing place! Super friendly environme t, family-like atmosphere. Vermouth was only 5 euros and I got free apetizers even though it was not even the regular aperitivo time! Food place for solo travellers.

It was the best bar I visited in Turin with such attentive and friendly staff. Cocktails were very solid and they have a good line of vermouth to try.

Fantastic little spot, gorgeous inside and so many different vermouths. The bartender was knowledgeable and helped me pick some local vermouth I had not tried before. Chill vibe.
