Wonderful Holiday in Tuscany made extra special by staying at this Excellent Hotel we were upgraded to junior suite which was a lovely surprise room was spacious and spotlessly clean lovely view from big balcony all the staff we spoke to were friendly and extremely helpful pool area bar grounds and gym were all good. lovely rooftop bar/resturant great food amazing view. added bonus was bikes which you can use to ride along the seafront had issue with one bike but was swiftly dealt with would definitely love to return to this wonderful hotel

We were looking for an apartment hotel so we could stay together as we traveled with young children and this didn’t disappoint! The apartment was fab! We had 2 bedroom with fold down bed in living room also and the vista was gorgeous, room 222, 2nd floor, corner overlooking the gardens, pool, we have sea view and mountains to the other side- bliss! |Huge corner balcony. |Kitchen, washing machine, proper size fridge freezer. ||Staff were lovely and welcoming! Buffet breakfast was amazing- so much choice and all delicious! Fresh smoothies made in front of you, omelettes cooked your way, fresh coffee, lots of fruits, cheese, pastries, cakes. All gorgeous! ||The only areas for improvement are the spa area is in need of a refresh as looking tired but the indoor pool was lovely. |The bathroom was fine but the floor tiles needed a little maintaining.|Floor in kitchen needs changing as some of the wood is swollen and uneven. ||Location is good for buses to Viareggio and Viareggio train station but there wasn’t much to do within walking distance but think that’s because we stayed at end of a October so maybe more would be open in high season. ||Bikes to borrow free! Very tiny play park for very young kids. Short walk (10mins ) to Esselunga for supply’s. Outdoor pool was shut apart from our first day but again, this was due to end season as it’s not heated. ||Microwave in kitchen would be a big improvement! ||Roof top restaurant looked nice but touch expensive and very little choice for kids so we didn’t try this. ||Overall, lots of special memories made - We hope to return again!

We had fabulous stay in tranquil surroundings after being in Florence for a few days . The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful with stunning views from the back of the hotel and the rooftop restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop restaurant whilst enjoying friendly , attentive service and excellent food there.| On arrival our room was upgraded and we found the hotel reception staff to be helpful and wanting to ensure that we had the best possible stay. We would like to make give a special thank you to Federica for going over and above to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible . We had a wonderful time.

We were satisfied, the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is pleasant. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was plentiful, although it was the same every day. There is a large free parking lot at the hotel. You can borrow a bike for free at the hotel and use it to get closer to the tourist center (it's a few hundred meters to the start, but it's definitely a few kilometers long). The hotel doesn't have its own beach, but it offers a 10% discount at some beaches in the area. We used Patrizia Beach right across from the hotel.

This was our first trip to Tuscany, and we wanted to relax at the beach after dealing with the heat and crowds of Florence. I had never heard of this brand but I stumbled across it on Google maps. Lido di Camaiore seemed like a good middle ground between overpriced Forte dei Marmi and older, less luxurious Viareggio.||Versilia met our needs of a 2 bedroom family suite, nice pool, close to beach, and more modern building. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. Nice balcony to relax. Nice kitchen where we could snack and keep food and drinks cold in the fridge. ||The staff were wonderful - very warm, professional, and attentive. It was easy to keep in touch with email and WhatsApp. Benedetta, Marta, Matteo, and others helped us with our questions and setting up transport to Pisa tower and airport. The restaurant staff remembers your preferences and delivered great service. My family all thought the included breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop dinner restaurant had nice sunset views and the food was good, though more expensive than Florence. ||The beach is so nice, with soft warm sand like the tropics. The water in June felt like bathtub warm, and it is shallow for a while so even small kids can splash around safely. The beach had a very nice vibe too, with everyone in good spirits, well mannered, and relaxed. You can get 10% hotel discount for umbrellas or cabanas at some nearby bagnos. It was easy to go back and forth from beach to cafe to pool to hotel room and back. ||The wellness center and indoor pool were nice when it was too hot outside. You can borrow bicycles to go around, and I went to the supermarket 1 km away. The rooms had umbrellas for the rain and it also helped when the sun was so strong. The outdoor pool was big and heated too. The grounds are pretty and feel very resort like. I was basically pleased with everything!||We would like to return and stay longer, to see La Spezia and Lucca too. Grazie for a perfect vacation, UNA Esperienze!

This was our first time in Italy. Booked frlew hours before arrival 🙈. We are amazed. I believe this hotel truly sets the standard for what a four-star hotel should be. I would like to give a special thank you to Muhammad for his incredible energy and genuine desire to make a difference here. We're here for eight nights. Our first day started off wonderfully with a lovely dip in the beautiful pool, a delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and a beautiful sunset. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at both the restaurant and the hotel itself are friendly, helpful, and very professional. This ambiance is highly recommended!

We had a two weeks journey across Italy and we stayed here for 3 nights. Clean and modern rooms, nice garden and pool, delicious breakfast and quick and friendly service. I would say it’s more 5 than 4 stars hotel, and we’ve been to many luxury places! Just in front of the see and the cuisine is perfect. Highly recommended!

We stayed a night at this hotel while making our way from Tuscany up to Cinque Terre and found it to be a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The hotel lobby is spacious and modern. Check-in was quick, and we found our room to be larger than usual per Italian standards. The bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed. We only got a little pool time due to rainy weather, but it is a beautiful pool. The poolside drink service did not work well, and we had to go to the bar to order. Drinks were good, but not any gluten-free lunch options. The gym and spa were both nice. We loved the heated lappool, sauna, and steam rooms. There were definitely signs of wear, though; needing maintenance and repair of the tile and calk. Good breakfast with gf options, including a nice little gf croissant they warmed up for me. Location was just across the road to the beach and boardwalk and an easy walking distance (10 mins or so) to the part of town with most of the restaurants and bars.
