My husband and I visited today and received excellent customer service from Soroush S. He was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to help us find the right shoes and kindly honoured a promotional deal we had inquired about two weeks ago, even though it had already ended. We truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. We will definitely be returning. Give this man a raise! ✨

Be careful about returns at Vessi. I purchased a pair of Vessi shoes around Christmas and only tried them on indoors a few times because they didn’t fit properly. When I returned to the store to make a return, I was told the shoes were “not in acceptable condition” and my return was refused. After the staff pointed it out, I could clearly see that the white mid-sole foam was already chipped and deteriorating — something I didn’t notice at the time of purchase but which is visible in photos. This kind of damage is not caused by light indoor try-on and indicates the shoes were defective or not new when sold. It’s very frustrating to be sold a pair in that condition and then be denied a return because of that same defect. Customers should be aware to inspect items very carefully before leaving the store.

Shoutout to Nathan at this Vessi store! I recently purchased some Vessi Tidal Sneakers online and they were too small. I went to the Vessi Metrotown store to initiate the exchange process and Nathan helped me by answering all my questions. He was very respectful and quick. Unfortunately this store didn’t carry my needed size but Nathan helped me put a pair on hold at the Vessi store in Richmond. I finally got my shoes the other day and they fit perfectly!

I had such a great experience buying new shoes at Vessi Metrotown! Normally, I’m an Adidas fan and wasn’t planning on making a purchase. I just stopped by out of curiosity at Vessi Store. But Shaula and Mai gave me such a warm welcome and introduced me to the new Stormburst Forest White shoes. They really knew their stuff and made me want to buy one. I was enjoying the whole experience. Their professionalism and friendliness completely won me over, and I walked out with a new pair! Huge thanks to Shaula and Mai. You two are the best!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Vessi Metrotown . I waited in line for 1.5 hours to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband, and only after leaving the store I realized I needed to exchange them for a different size I went back almost immediately—literally within 2 minutes—to request a simple size exchange. However, the manager told me I would need to stand in the entire line again. I explained that I had already waited 1.5 hours, but she insisted she “doesn’t have to do anything” and said I must either line up again or come back the next day. Because of the Black Friday sale everyone in the store were busy but really helpful and kind , but the manager’s response was extremely disappointing. A basic exchange should not require a customer to repeat such a long wait, especially when the mistake was discovered right away. I would completely understand if I had returned hours later, but this was within minutes. Because of this, my husband had to travel all the way from Coquitlam back to Metrotown for something that could have been resolved quickly on the same visit. Even if I had stood in line again, the store would have closed before my turn. As a long-time Vessi fan, this was a really upsetting and sad experience. I truly hope this situation can be addressed so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

Never thought that I would actually visit the Vessi store. Some of the staff were pretty nice and they were generally very informative. I handed a pair of shoes back to someone and they didn’t say anything which they could’ve been a bit nicer when receiving them. This was actually a pop-up store that we went to because they’re doing renovations on the other one so it’s just around the corner and it’s a bit smaller so it was super busy but they have little buckets with water in them so you can actually test out the waterproof of the shoes. I was happy to hear that we could use the online 15% discount that basically anyone can get from visiting their website and putting in their own details in the actual in person stores as well as online. As a lot of other stores only allowed that deal digitally, I was happy to hear that this store would allow that.

Hi, I bought my Vessi's in July for a trip. I was going to test out their claim to be waterproof in a country that has a reputation of being as rainy/ or more so than Vancouver. They were they only pair of shoes I brought with me to Ireland so everything was riding on them. They kept my feet dry and comfortable. I was looking for shoes that wouldn't slip on cobblestones, and wet grass. My Vessi's served me well!!

I went to this location as I was in the area. My daughter had received a gift certificate and now that she’s grown, we were unsure of her size and her style has changed. She definitely needed to try it on. After we looked around for style, we chose the Weekender and asked for two sizes to compare. The sales associate just left the shoes and disappeared. When we had other questions, it took us awhile to get someone to answer our questions and the store was not that busy. I asked another associate about the difference in sizes of the socks and she seemed unsure of her answers. So I had to ask another associate, who was able to explain the difference clearly. The lady that helped us at cash seemed to be properly trained and knew what she was doing. She even told us about the difference colours available if we didn’t see it on the wall. She also explained how a gift certificate works in case we need to return or exchange. I’ve had a VESSI shoes for 2-3 years and so is my daughter , the shoes is great and very useful. If you’re unfamiliar with the shoes maybe it’s best to do your research online before visiting a store. The store customer service is not as impressive. I felt kinda lost and I saw other customers who also looked like no one was attending them. My overall impression is if you’ve had VESSI before, you wanna get another style and know your size, you don’t really need to go to the store. It’s best to order online and save time.

I appreciate this store's efficient customer service. My experience at this Vessi store started with a lineup outside as it was very busy during the weekend. And I was pleasantly surprised that all their staff remained helpful from lineup to paying at the cashier. On average, each customer is likely trying on at least 2 to 3 different shoe models and/or sizes, and the Vessi staff managed to service everyone quickly, bringing out one or more shoe boxes at once, while maintaining a courteous manner. Prior to Vessi, I was shopping at a different shoe store in Metrotown with no lineup; yet it is very noticeable how that store didn't match Vessi in staff's service quality. It's nice that Vessi has a physical store to try on their different style and see how the shoe fits. For me, in store shoe shopping beats online shopping with instant satisfaction and a certainty that the shoe fits perfectly well.

Don't buy from this company. I placed an order on 12/4/24 and still haven't heard back from the company. Is this company still in business?? They took my money and disappeared. Save your time and money and buy your shoes somewhere else. Tell all of your friends and family so that they don't make the same mistake I made.

Always wished Vessi would open a physical store since I bought my first pair of Weekends a year and a half ago and my wish came true on November 10th, 2022! Conveniently located in the Upper Level of Metropolis at Metrotown Mall. The store has a refreshing contemporary look with a functional layout of shoes and accessories displayed throughout the store's walls. Visited the store for the first time as I had to return a Stormburst (size 10) that I bought from Vessi's online store. All my Vessi's were a size 10, but the Stormburst fits a little bigger, hence the importance of a physical store where customers can try on their array of styles and sizes to make sure they are perfect before making your purchase. I have to say I'm Vessi fan for life as I consider all my Vessi's the most comfortable and absolutely waterproof. The store was quite busy, but 3 staff members were still patient and super helpful to answer all of my questions, and made my return seamless. Pro tip *online and store purchases can be returned at the store, but store purchases must be returned at the store.*

Lined up for about an hour and a half on opening day, to get into the new Vessi shoe store in Metrotown. Vessi shoes for anyone who hasn't heard of them are the " world's first waterproof shoe." Also, not that it was any kind of criteria for me in deciding whether to purchase their shoes, but for anyone to whom it might matter, Vessi shoes are 100% Vegan. Having waited over and hour and a half I simply couldn't walk away empty handed; so I bought a pair of Women's Weekend Chelsea shoes. Thankfully they were having a bit of an early Black Friday sale. The shoes still cost me a pretty penny, but some discount is better than no discount; truthfully speaking, I have spent more money in the past on much less practical footwear. I love my new Vessi shoes and know that I will get plenty of use out of them. They have come in handy already for foodie adventures and more. So much lighter on my feet than the heavy, clunky rain boots I used to wear. Worth every penny!  The sales lady who attended to me was very helpful. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and made several trips to the back of the store to fetch different sizes and styles for me to try on. This is purely a window shopper review so I won't speak for the actual service as I didn't require shoes. It's a nice clean store and replaced the Spring location on the upper level of Metrotown. There are a lot of interesting waterproof items (shoes and socks, etc) but I will say the price is on the higher side. Of course, there are great benefits to having a fashion friendly water proof shoe but it is quite the investment. Worth it for raincouver and one day I'd like to own a pair but I don't find their shoes too supportive at the moment.

It's a nice store location but if you are actually looking for shoes, they are quite unhelpful. Visited the Metrotown store location. Was looking for a specific shoe that recently is no longer on their website. Unfortunately the store has very limited inventory and is pretty much the same as the website. The store was busy and it was hard to find a staff member for support. When I did flag one down, she was unaware of the shoe I was talking about and did not know if they would be getting anymore or if they stopped making it. They also do not take any phone calls. It is hard to buy vessi shoes with such limited service.

I purchased gloves for my son for Christmas and he said they were terrible quality. If you get them wet your hands will freeze and they do not keep you warm at all! I would expect much better quality for almost $60 USD.

I purchased my first pair of Vessi Classic shoes online 3 years ago and have nothing but great things to say about them. I pair them with wool socks in the fall/winter/spring & with cotton socks in the summer & I always have dry & comfy feet! Even when the rest of me is soaking wet from the rain or from being on the water. Amazing! Fast forward to this year & I am travelling to New Zealand & was looking for a shoe to "do it all" so that I can minimize my luggage. Not going to lie, I also really like the new styles that Vessi has added to their line. So I went to the Metrotown store & purchased a limited edition Weekend sneaker. The store has a great aesthetic & the sales people were friendly & helpful & knew their shoes. I also purchased their waterproof knit (!) gloves & am looking forward to trying those out. In-store their cotton ankle socks come in two designs: the wave pattern (also available online) & the Vancouver skyline, which is a nice nod to us locals. Highly recommend both the store & the product!
