Vestique

I don't really know where to start. So here we go. I purchased a light denim jeans skirt about a month ago and me being such a shopper for unique clothing items, I hadn't worn the skirt yet. Well I went to put on skirt one day last week and noticed something was off and I couldn't figure out what. I'm a girl for pockets, so I put my hands in the pockets on both sides and quickly noticed pocket was extremely low and the other one was perfect. I kept swirling in mirror to see how much off it would be to notice. Well, I wasn't completely happy but then thought oh wow this is a no return item ( final sale). Well I really liked the skirt because it was different and I didn't want to return it, I just wanted a resolution. I reached out to Vestique online and let me tell you the team went over and beyond to search for another one I my original size but couldn't, so I settled for a different size just so I would have the skirt. Not this is the kicker, I was willing to return the defective skirt and they so kindly told me to keep it , donate etc and they will be putting a new skirt on the mail to me. I was so not expecting this at all. I honestly thought I would be told that final sale is final sale. I am so grateful and excited to do business witb owners that care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they are happy. Please support small businesses. The store was great and the stylist were super sweet and helped me find the right thing I needed for a dinner & drinks with friends. My only issue is with the clothes & sizes they offer. I am 5’11” and have very much big hips, so what you would say “tall and curvy.” The tops were fine, but I did seem to struggle finding dresses and bottoms that fit. They only carry XS - L and most of the mini dresses, skirts, & shorts were either way too short for me or their larges fit more like mediums. They were able to help me find a pair of jeans which helped a ton get my outfit together. But I overall wish they were more inclusive to the tall & curvy girls as well as plus size women!!!

I just had the absolute best time shopping for my bachelorette party! I usually only wear athletic clothes, so I had a big mission: to build a whole new wardrobe. Cameron helped me out and completely overdelivered! She was super friendly, full of amazing fashion tips and ideas, and really listened to what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited. Thanks to her, I’m now so ready and pumped for my bachelorette weekend! Highly recommend working with Cameron — she’s a total gem!

I was introduced to Vestique last week and have visited 3 times since! I really love the clothing here. Great styles at an affordable price and they carry denim for my body type which is a win for me! ALL of the sales associates that helped me in Winston Salem were amazing and I was truly impressed to find the same caliber service in Charlotte. I am so sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name but I do remember Olivia in Winston and Sophia (or Sophie- forgive me <3) in Charlotte. Being a retail girlie for many years, I can appreciate great customer service. Kudos to the managers and owners. I will be back very soon! :)

I stopped in Vestique in Fort Mill because someone recommended it to me and I am so happy I did. This boutique did not disappoint. Alyssa was super helpful in picking out different dresses and accessories that I will be taking with me to France. I wanted a dress that wasn’t available in the store in my size. She ordered it for me in my size and it arrived super fast. This will be my go to boutique whenever I am looking for unique and fashionable.

Vestique is awesome, and has been my go-to since I found it a few years ago. Clothing is quality and lasts, and they have a great combination of trendy and capsule pieces. Staff are super sweet and helpful, and the store is always clean. Another pro for me - they are dog friendly, and my pup loves to shop!

Items are cheap quality. I recently bought a bag that looked great online. When I received it, it looked comically huge. They also only offer store credit so you are stuck having to buy something else that's not great quality when you return an item. I try my best to avoid shopping here, but every once in a while I'm tempted to get something and then realize why I don't shop here. Best to shop at their brick and mortar store so you know what you are getting.

I never usually leave reviews for businesses but Vestique deserves the 5 stars! I had ordered an outfit online and accidentally shipped it to my own address instead of my fiancée's (we currently live 2,000 miles apart and I am visiting him next week). Customer service was so helpful and made the changes first thing without having to wait days for an email response. I am so excited to receive my order and can't wait to wear the outfit on a date night! I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

The cutest boutique! I absolutely love all of their clothes. The staff here is amazing too. They are all so kind, friendly and welcoming. It's such a great atmosphere and allows you to shop and your own leisure without feeling rushed.

They have some cute stuff but I was disappointed with my experience purchasing a product online from Vestique. Several of the items I purchased were of low quality and their return policy makes returning items a hassel. $5 return fee. No exchanges. Return within 15 days policy. I'm not immediately a fan. I recommend sticking to their brick and mortar shops (to make sure you know what you are paying for) or avoiding them altogether.

Normally when I shop here I am always greeted with a smile and super helpful, caring employees. I took my little sister here while visiting on vacation and didn't even get a hello when we walked in. With three people working at one time NOT one person offered any sort of help. No one offered us a changing room when our arms were full, offered us any sizes, checked on us while changing. I always rave about this store because they have such cute clothes and the women that work here always made me feel welcome and good in their clothes. I don't think I'll be back any time soon and don't plan on raving about this store any longer to any visitors near and far.

I always find unique pieces here that have an interesting combination of comfort, trend and chic. Not sure how to identify the style (kind of boho chic) which is exactly what I love about it. Also appreciate the girls who work there. Always friendly and helpful. If I had any cons would be a little bit pricey for quality of most items but I'm willing to pay more to support a small local business.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have been very impressed with the items purchased and customer service at Vestique! Every item I keep I absolutely love, items are true to size descriptions and made well. One time I had my items sent to an old address and customer service contacted USPS, submitted a request for a refund for me, AND sent me then jeans even though they were sold out online. Any other time I've needed to contact customer service they've been extremely responsive and quick to help out. Highly recommend and will limit my online shopping to this store! :)

The staff is always great here!!! The clothes are just okay. I really want to buy more from here but, the clothes just fit funny or they do not fit right at all. Price is good to for what you get.

This is my very first Yelp review, and extremely well deserved. I found Vestique's Instagram and have been following them now for a few months but hadn't gone through with a purchase. They recently released a super cute collection of spring/summer clothes that sold out within hours and living in Dallas, I wasnt able to stop in the store. They had a top I wanted SO bad, but it sold out as well, so I left my email to notify me if one became available online. Here I am... Monday morning at work after a long weekend and I receive an email from a store associate telling me they had one top left in the store and that they would ship it to me for FREE! I asked if I could call to give my payment info on my lunch hour and she said they would hold it, no problem. To me, this is customer service at it's finest and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you, Brooke for reaching out to me! SO excited to wear my new top this weekend at one of my best girl friend's birthday/wine tour extravaganza!

I needed to do an online exchange and the girls were so helpful!! They responded quickly and answered all my questions. They also update you on back-in stock styles if you join the waitlist! I LOVE Vestique and will continue to shop there. They have the cutest things!!

Although I left with two dresses in hand, Vestique could step up their game, and hopefully they will. They do have a great selection of pieces, lots of colors, but cotton is almost nonexistent. A lot of polyester blends keep the price points low (most dresses from $40 to $65) - and I guess the vast amount of cut-outs and backless options make up for the less than breathable fabrics in the summer heat. The customer service was awful. There were only two other customers in the store but one woman didn't get up from behind the counter the whole time I was in there (later learning she was posting on facebook), and another was milling around, but after a "hello" and one put a few of my dresses in a dressing room, I didn't hear a thing. I was trying on a ridiculous amount of dresses for over ten minutes, and not one person checked on me, not even a general "everyone doing okay?" towards the dressing rooms was asked. I didn't get another word from anyone unless I asked a question or I had my credit card out. I expect that at walmart, not at a new boutique in town. Affordable, cute accessories to go with your outfits, lots to look at, I'm sure I'll be back before the summer's over... I just hope the service improves.

Had an average experience shopping here today, they did have a great selection of clothes on sale so I walked away with a dress for a wedding. An employee was talking to a friend of hers about relationship drama so intently that I had no idea she even worked there until her friend left the store and she asked if I needed help. Overall they have a good selection of well priced clothes and a good amount of items on sale but their clothing items do run on the small side and limited sizes. I would come back if ever in the area again.

Words can't explain how much I love Vestique! Their customer service is great, their shipping is fast, and their quality of clothes is awesome. Love this store more than any other boutique!

My favorite place to shop in Charlotte. They always have new items every week and the employees make you feel so welcome. If you need an outfit for any occasion they have you covered.

I live in Dallas so I haven't been to their physical store but I follow them on Instagram & always check online when they have new items. I've ordered from them like 3 or 4 times in the last few months & every order was perfect. The clothes are so cute & fit exactly as expected. Shipping is super fast so I always get my orders before I'm even expecting them. I really love the unique style of clothes they offer & will definitely continue to shop online with them.

Came in to get my girlfriend clothes, Austin at the front had a great smile and amazing attitude, helped me out pick out some awesome stuff that girlfriend loved. If you go ask for Austin!!

Really cute, on trend boutique in Dilworth. The selection caters to most ages both a mom and teenage daughter could shop together. Really cute and unique accessories. Decent quality for the midline price point. Worth stopping in to see new merchandise and l love their window displays. Definitely retail therapy without heading to SouthPark.

First review of Vestique?! I'm honored! I finally stopped in yesterday after walking by the beautiful store front window a couple times before. I had actually met one of the ladies beforehand who work in the store that had ventured here from Raleigh and she was great. She encouraged me to stop by the store to check out the clothes and told me that their price point was very affordable. (About $40 per dress.) And she was right! After sorting through 5 or 6 LARGE racks of dresses and tops, I purchased one long maxi, 2 shorter dress and a fun tank top. Total price? $160 after a 10% discount that was applied during Sidewalk Sale Saturday. I cannot wait to wear all my new duds! Their dresses are so bright, airy and precious for looking fabulous on a budget during the warmer months. You can also order items online if you don't feel like stopping by the store. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Vestique also had very cute jewelry (especially necklaces), purses and shoes. The only complaint that I would have would be that there are only two dressing rooms and there seems to be a little bit of a wait to try on clothing throughout the day. Other than that, I will definitely be back when I'm looking for a great summer dress to rock for a night on the town!

The customer service both online and in store is great! They always answer any questions I have in such a timely manner. I've ordered three different sweaters from here, and they all are great quality. The shipping is very fast too!

One of life's most frustrating experiences is shopping for (and with ) a middle school daughter. She chose this as our destination. Really, I was ready to open my wallet and just be done. Too bad the sales staff was unhelpful and a little... rude. I asked them, very pointedly, for help. I knew my daughter would trust their opinion more than mine (and they were both wearing those mullet shirts --you know long in the back, short in the front-- and, well, that is just not a style I am able to work with, so I did not just want their help, I *needed* their help). They nonchalantly pointed to a section of clothes that she "might" like. I inquired about help with sizing, to which, again, I was met with no offer of help. She tried on a few things but she was frustrated with sizing and I was annoyed, so we left, empty handed. To be sure, this is not my style of clothing, but I know there are some school friends that have picked up some cute clothes in here. With all the options available in Charlotte, and when I am paying full-retail pricing (to be fair-- their retail pricing is affordable/reasonable, hence 3 stars), I expect better and more helpful service. I opened my wallet somewhere else... where I got to sit and watch the salesgirls work their magic and help my daughter feel a little special.

Francis is absolutely amazing! Such a sweet heart! I had a return that I misplaced the receipt for and she went above and beyond to help find the order number so I could exchange the item! I would highly recommend this store & Francis! You don't find this type of customer service very often!

Super cute clothes at a reasonable price! However, pay attention when the sales associates bag your items. I received all my pieces balled up rather than folded. Everything was wrinkled so I had to iron before wearing.

Vestique is AWESOME. I found this website on Pinterest and was super excited when I saw how cute and affordable their dresses are; I knew having the website on-hand would come in handy one day and it certainly did! I ordered a cute little sundress for a late summer wedding. I was thrilled with the price - somewhere in the $30 range - and the dress actually ended up being cuter in real life than it was online. I was amazed at how quickly they shipped the dress - I really felt like they shipped it within minutes of me ordering it. Unfortunately, I ordered a size too big. Since the wedding was that weekend I decided to simply order a second dress in the right size so that I would be sure to have it for that weekend. I'm not even sure that's necessary - those girls are ON POINT with shipping items out and the return was fast and easy, too! This place will absolutely be my new go-to for cute dresses and tops. Good customer service goes a long way with me, and this place certainly understands the benefit in providing above and beyond customer service.

15 day return policy is a bit of a bummer. After that, no exchanges or gift cards are issued. Sizes are limited as all boutiques are.

Ok, if you are looking for an adorable boutique with fabulous clothing, this is your spot. Plus, everything is extremely affordable! Dresses are $40(ish), shirts about $25, definitely not your typical boutique prices. Go check it out!

Vestique is a go to for on-trend clothing at an affordable price point. Everything in the store is under $100, many items for much less. The inventory is changed out regularly so there's tons of variety. You can get an entire outfit here, from dress to shoes to purse and accessories. On my first trip I got a neon yellow cross-body purse (which has already garnered no less than ten "where did you get that?!" comments) and a mint green top, $44 and $34 respectively. The store is bright and spacious, providing lots of browsing space for the good amount of foot traffic they've earned since opening less than a month ago. Good news spreads fast!

My friend got me to come in for the first time the other day and I cannot believe what I was missing out on!! The cutest clothing ever and even better service from all the sales associates. They made me feel so confident and helped me look for an event I was attending this weekend! Cant wait to come back in to shop around soon!! :)

Love this place! Came here while in Charlotte and so happy I found it! Tons of cute and trendy clothes that are super affordable. They also have a great selection of accessories too! Most of their clothes look like they are from their own brand, vestique. I had a hard time finding things that fit all over. It would be too tight in the chest area and big everywhere else or too big there and tight everywhere else. Tons of clothes that I wanted to buy they just didn't fit perfectly. I ended up with a romper and 2 necklaces and a cute Pom Pom keychain for my purse for $100. They also have a website where you can shop too. I definitely will come back next time I'm in Charlotte just hope their clothes fit next time lol! Also the girls who work there were super friendly and helpful.

Adorable boutique filled with trendy, casual clothing and accessories. Vestique is one of my favorite stops when I'm looking for a cute new top or statement necklace that won't break the bank. I follow them on Instagram to keep tabs on their new arrivals, and I love that they have an online store as well.

Like a fancy Forever 21. Lots of trendy dresses, tops, bottoms and some accessories. Come for a cute maxi, sexy out going dress or a backless top with fringe. Yup they had a few of those. Prices are under $100 and they had a great sale going on when I stopped in. Most of the pieces felt like they may only last a season or so but that's ok because these pieces will be out of style by then. Super cute items that won't break the bank but may not be mainstays in your closet. Located in Dilworth not University City- not sure why it says that.

Love love love Vestique!! They have such cute affordable clothes. I went in and got a dress and a top the week they opened and love them both. A few weeks later I needed a necklace to wear to a wedding and the girls were so helpful finding something to go with my dress. I also stopped in recently and got a great tan clutch. The girls have always been very helpful when I go I'm there and I have had no customer service issues. I would definitely recommend checking out Vestique when you're over that way!!

Vestique is my favorite go-to boutique in Charlotte. They are always up to date with the latest fashion trends and the clothes are great quality for an affordable price which is hard to come by these days. The staff is always very friendly- don't think I've ever had to hold onto my items for more than a minute before someone is offering to start me a fitting room. Can always count on vestique for a last minute outfit where it's for a brunch or a night out on the town!

Very disappointed in the sales associates and management. I went to return a sticky bra that Sales Associate A encouraged me to purchase along with a dress I bought the same day. I asked this sales associate if it didn't fit correctly if I could return and she said it wouldn't be a problem. The next day I try on my dress and sticky bra and the sticky bra doesnt fit at all -- I mean no where close to where it needed to be. I then look at my receipt to see that undergarments cannot be returned. Well upon discovering this I decided to call Vestique and explain my situation. Unsympathetic as I anticipated. I decided that I would go to the store and hope for better luck. They told me I should have read the sign by the door, that sales associates are trained on making sure that people know that they cannot return undergarments, and that i should have read my receipt (which I did after I purchased the sticky bra). Sadly to say I won't be recommending this boutique to my friends or family and I will share my experience with my peers.

I stopped by Vestique after seeing a good hYOUman shirt I just had to have on their Instagram account. The staff in the store was so helpful & greeted me as soon as I walked through the door! The boutique has a high-end feel, without the high-end prices. Really cute, trendy pieces!

Vestique is my go to boutique! I don't typically shop at boutiques, but Vestique has the cutest clothes, jewelry and shoes. Can always count on them to find an outfit for any occasion! The prices are very reasonable prices compared to other boutiques. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Vestique is really nice store and I do purchase things often from the store however, my kids and I went to the store today and there was a dog that growled at my daughter. I asked the lady to put the dog away and she said she couldn't, it would follow her out and that when the dog feels uncomfortable when kids are eye level with it. So my kids had to stand outside the door. Well, I have kids and the store is not willing to put it away. The customer should feel comfortable and keep in mind that everyone is not a dog person.

I was extremely disappointed when I checked out the new Vestique in Charlotte. I had checked out the website before heading over to the store. On the website they claimed that, " They take pride in offering top-notch customer service". However, this was NOT the case when I walked in the door. When I walked in all the girls were gathered behind the counter and no one ever bothered to greet me. Being a regular boutique shopper in Charlotte, I expect a more welcoming experience. I then had to say "hello" to the girls working. Looking through the racks the clothes are at a very good price point but the racks were a mess. However, I did find a couple cute pieces. This is a good place to shop when you want to get in and out. It wasn't the best quality pieces but I think lots of the dresses would be good for one time wear. After finding a couple cute pieces, I had to ask to go in a dressing room and no one ever checked on me to see if I needed another size. The clothes were really cute on and didn't look as inexpensive as I thought. After deciding to purchase the items, I went to the front counter where the girls were sitting down and having their own conversation. They rang up my clothes as if I wasn't even there. They kept on having their own conversation. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I believe when you own a small business it is all about making sure your customers are happy and want to come back and shop. I think the price points will make customers come back and shop but not customer service. Hopefully, the customer service will improve when the employees have more experience in store. I believe the store has potential to do well, especially with the great location, but I think the store experience needs serious work.
