One of the older pools in Reykjavik area. Currently undergoing some maintenance work, so hopefully when they open again, it will have a fresher look, both saunas working, and more. Great spots for sunbathing there, a selection of different temperature pools as everywhere, and lanes as well. No slides sadly, but sauna and steam room are great. Bring your towel for sauna though.

A fraction of the cost of tourist trap spas!

A clean small local pool. There is a swimming pool, some hot pots, a cold pot and a shallow one. A steam bath and a sauna, which is currently being renovated. Many locals and few tourists.

Great afternoon place to unwind and enjoy the geothermal waters of Reykjavik. It is more local and less crowded than other venues. I enjoyed the different temperature pools and the sauna. It was peaceful and a great way to stay warm.

Best geothermal pool In the city, only $15 (CAD), there are several pools that range from 8c to 44c, there's also a sauna and a steam room and you don't need to pay for a locker.

Lovely public pool. Easy to access by bus (though they run only twice an hour sometimes, it’s close to 2 lines). Don’t miss the steam room. Outdoor lap pool is heated, which is a treat although not uncommon here it seems. Loved it. Shower 🚿 well!

Went there on the first day of our Iceland trip and spent there a couple of hours. Such an amazing place. Best pool I have ever been to. I wish we would have similar pool culture in Poland as they have here in Iceland :( We are coming back here for sure! 2022 Update: We went back and nothing changed, it's still amazing!
