Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write this review! Phoebe and I have been coming here for a while, and I honestly don’t trust anyone else with her. From the moment we walk in, the team makes us feel seen, heard, and cared for. They listen to every concern, no matter how small, and treat us like family. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. I’m so grateful to have a team that looks out for us the way they do we truly feel safe, supported, and valued every single visit.

Rabies vaccination went perfectly. The doctor also stated and talked for a minute- sharing tips and ideas. I love this store and the staff

Friendly staff I got a same day appointment for my German Shepherd 3 year rabies shot. They gave me some helpful tips. I would definitely recommend

They were great. Very professional and took great care of my French Bulldog. One of the nurses even texted the next day to check on my dog. I recommend them!

This is THE WORST petco in St Louis.. Every time I visit this store, either poor customer service, they don't gave my product or the hours are wrong, and I've made a waisted trip up there.. They do not have a phone number of the actual store listed, its the vet thats in the same location.. The manager us clueless to knowing what actual customer service is.. And most of the employees are awkward, and unknowledgable.. I will not frequent any petco in the future.. Too many times.. I'm in customer service/retail as well, I wouldn't even think of treating my customers in this way.. Part of your business is to keep up with Google and other ways of connecting..

I really like their freshwater fish collection. They also have a limited supply of live aquarium plants.

Dr Perze was very good with my cat getting his rabies shot. I would return.
