Cozy Nest Fuvahmulah

Spent 7 nights the Veyli residence. We took all our meals there. Attractive, clean, well kept, with an attentive staff. The rooms are simple, but the beds comfortable. The food was plentiful and tasty but repetitive with the same 4-5 offerings to choose from daily. I am a vegetarian and they tried very hard to accommodate me. The meals were punctual which was important since we were being picked up twice daily to go diving. The island is small and from the guest house any of the local attractions such as the lakes and wetlands, as well as the northern white sand beach, can be reached on foot in less then 30 minutes. Bikes and motorbikes can be rented on site. The TVs were not working yet. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay on the island.

Stayed here for 1 night on business. The room was quiet spacious and so was the bathroom. This is another one of those weird places where guests have to remove their shoes at the main entrance which I don’t quite get.|The bathroom cleanliness wasn’t really up to standard and the towels didn’t look quite clean. The bed was big and comfortable, ac was working well. There was a big enough closet equipped with a safety deposit box. Coffee sachets and a bottle of water was provided however no kettle. There also was a tv and a decoder in the room but I didn’t check it out. The place is alright for the price if you wouldn’t spend most of your time there. |

Rather small hotel (around 10 rooms?) with its own restaurant. Rooms were not just large but OK. We liked spacious terrace on the second floor even though there were boring mosquitoes on this locations at the evening. The food was nothing exceptional, next time we´d rather go somewhere out.

Local family hotel in Fuvahmulah island.|Confortable rooms with good king size beds. Air aconditioning, fan and wifi available in the room.|The offered menu food servings for breakfast, lunch and dinner are limited, repetitive and scare in quantiy. Fresh juices are expensive at $4,70 dollars.

1. Quite centred on the Fuvahmulah island||2. Almost all customers here are for the shark dives ||3. Rooms big, basic but comfortable. ||4. Has TV but no connections as owner haven’t subscribed.||5. With all meals inclusive, coffee/tea’s is only free at breakfast, but can make your own in your room. ||6. One of the bigger residence on the island with about 11 rooms||7. Always no receptionist and will need to go to restaurant to find someone if needs any help. Sometimes restaurant also has no one there.||8. Restaurant menu not broad

The room I stayed in, was quite good and all the hotel-staff and junior managers were very cooperative and courteous. They looked after my needs very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC's, geysers etc. all worked very well.

Veyli Residence in Fuvahmulah is a place where you can stay peacefully. If you wanna stay away from city /busy life. The food is good and the staffs here are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite neat and tidy.
