Terrible customer service. When I arrived, they didn't have the room I had booked. They changed my room three times before finally giving me the one I had reserved. The next day, they changed my room again, claiming they didn't know why they hadn't honored my reservation. The rooms have mold, the sheets are torn and stained, and they're poorly cleaned. The common areas are unbearably hot. The TVs in the room never worked and were never fixed. The air conditioning doesn't regulate properly; even at 22 degrees Celsius, it's freezing cold. The rooms are damp. They use foreign volunteers to attend to guests at reception and the bar instead of hiring trained staff who actually know about customer service and what they offer. And worst of all, the absurd noise from a speaker they have in reception. They play music at full volume, making it impossible to sleep. People stay in the hallways shouting until the wee hours of the morning, and nobody says a word. The music from the bar is even worse, and they wanted to charge me 100,000 COP for a 2-hour late check-out, even though this was included for free with my booking because I am a Genius Traveler reservation. If you want to rest, this place is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
