We stayed at the vibe hotel for 3 nights on our last few days in Sydney. The hotel is situated about a 7 min walk to darling harbour and there are lots of bars and restaurants around. The hotel rooms are quite small and compact. Unfortunately our bathroom was unclean and smelled. In the morning we asked to change rooms but there was not a suitable room available. The staff were nice and stated they would get the bathroom deep cleaned. However this did not happen. The grime in the toilet and shower was unacceptable. We also never got out toiletries or coffee topped up during the 3 days. The hotel bar closed at 9:30pm and the pool is actually a lot smaller and thinner than the photos suggest. Plenty more nice hotels in the area. If it was not for the actual room being clean and comfortable I would have rated this hotel poor.

I had a great stay at Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour. The location is amazing — just steps from the water, restaurants, and the heart of the city. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for such a busy area. I loved the rooftop pool and views, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s the perfect spot for exploring Sydney, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Vibe Hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. We were warmly acknowledged by friendly staff members. Adi was very nice, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were well looked after. Jo and Ophelia always greeted us with a smile. Chef Goh was very talented making delicious breakfast, we looked forward to having every morning, because it was top notch! Also, Kevin provided exceptional customer service! The young ladies were also nice and Dini made delicious coffee. We will definitely return to the Vibe. Thank you to the excellent staff that make this Hotel very special!

Had a 4 night stay with young family. Not a great part of town but very walkable to main shopping area, station and Darling Harbour. The pool is great but unfortunately there is only a limited amount of seating and people banking seating for extended hours (all day). This is a real issue for families as there is nowhere you can sit/stand to supervise your kids. Great to be “instagramable” but attracts a certain crowd/agegroup who don’t give a stuff about other users. I’d not recommend with a young family.

The room is dusty especially the curtain. And also the bathroom facilities such as the shower head and the bathtube faucet is not working well and caused some showering troubles. The reception team is not very efficient: I told the staff at the front to call a taxi for me: the first taxi driver cancelled the trip but the staff didn't inform me so I just keep waiting thought he would come. And the man at reception said he will arrange another taxi, and I remind him specifically to tell me the taxi number, but he also failed twice to tell me what’s the taxi number until it arrives. He seriously didn’t put my reminders in mind and cost wasting time... The water pool in roof top is good but I don’t know how to access into it and no staff there in management telling me... The bar is closed on that night for private event so unable to get access too. Except location, but more than 400 dollars is definitely not worth it since I live one night just in order to feel the scenery on rooftop pool (but really small and crowded). Will not come again.

What an amazing team! I was rushed to hospital during my first night after severely hurting my back, the team helped the ambulance staff get to me, they kept me calm. They even kept contact with me while I was in the hospital to see if I needed any assistance. When my friend arrived to take care of me they let her stay with me free of charge and helped me with my bags. Overall the hotel was great, nice clean rooms, a wonderful pool and rooftop bar. Great food and even better staff. Thank you so much for making an extremely stressful 48 hours much less stressful than they could have been.

Centrally located. The room was small but that’s kind of expected when you are staying in Sydney CBD. The staff was excellent and the extra star is because the staff is really nice. The bed was really uncomfortable and kept moving. Fairly uncomfortable sleep. The food in the room service menu was very ordinary. When I called to order dessert at 9, their kitchen had closed. I would suggest people spend another $50 to stay in a better hotel in the area as there are heaps of other options.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the doors by the friendly hotel staff at the desk. They were able to hold our bags before and after check in which was great. The room was really cosy and clean. The restaurant downstairs was very good. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. And the breakfast was also really good. The pool unfortunately was too cold to stay more than a few mins in even though it's heated which was disappointing. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will stay again next time we are in Sydney
