Our stay at The Viceroy, Bali, was an absolute dream. Overlooking the lush jungle, the hotel's stunning location provides the perfect balance between the peace of nature and the convenience of Ubud town, offering an unparalleled sense of tranquility and natural beauty.. The jungle valley and surrounding rice paddy fields embody Ubud's beautiful scenery, offering a real sense of calm.||From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make our stay perfect, truly sets this hotel apart. We were celebrating our 25th Silver Wedding anniversary and were extremely fortunate to be upgraded to a Deluxe Terrace Villa. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we've ever had.||Our private villa, complete with its own pool, was a secluded oasis of luxury and comfort. We made the most of the hotel's facilities, enjoying breakfast and dinner at CasCades Restaurant and drinks at Pinstripes Bar. The breakfast was a highlight, starting each day with a delicious selection to fuel our adventures. We cannot recommend The Viceroy Bali highly enough for anyone seeking a truly unforgettable jungle retreat in Bali.

The staff is incredibly friendly, genuinely attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The service is top-notch: every request was met with a smile, and nothing was ever too much. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable, everything radiated luxury and care. The accommodation itself was breathtaking. Our villa was beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The overall atmosphere at the resort is peaceful and luxurious,perfect for complete relaxation. Another highlight was how the team gladly arranged fun and interesting activities in the area. From cultural experiences to adventurous tours everything was perfectly organized.

Our second time here and it was even more amazing! The location, views and resort are absolutely magical. Even if you're not an early riser, it's worth to wake up early for an absolutely beautiful sunrise across the valley.|We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with two teenage kids and loved the space.|Special mention to Patrick and his team! Everyone was beyond helpful and welcoming. Staff was very discreet, yet they were there whenever we needed something. We definitely plan on coming back again, hopefully sooner rather thn later 😀

My fiancé and I had the most unforgettable honeymoon at the Viceroy in Ubud — it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. Nestled in the lush hills of Ubud, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary. One of our favorite moments each day was enjoying breakfast over the beautiful terrace, surrounded by jungle views and serenity. Every bite felt like part of the experience — thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully presented.||What stood out most was how much care went into every aspect of our visit. It felt as though nothing was too small to be considered — from the perfectly made-up villa to the seamless service at every turn. You could feel the effort and love the team puts into making every guest’s stay unforgettable.||A special thank you to GM Patrick, who constantly checked in to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and truly enjoying ourselves. His presence and personal attention made our experience feel extra special.||We truly cannot recommend the Viceroy Ubud enough. If you're looking for a place that offers luxury, heart, and beauty in every sense, this is it. We already miss it dearly and are counting down the days until we can return.

Above and beyond! This is by far the best hotel I will probably ever stay in and would be the reason to come back to Bali. The room is incredible, but the staff and food bring it over the top! They have the most wonderful staff! We didn’t want to leave the hotel because we had such a great time here. Everything we ate was amazing- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Be sure to take advantage of the free activities, such as the evening rice field walk, and the happy hour. We stayed in April 2025 and it almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were greeted by several staff and offered fresh flower leis and sorbet. There is a golf cart that drives you to your room and you can call anytime to be picked up and taken around the property.

One of the most incredible hotels in ubud! We had a 2 bed apartment with private pool which was beautiful. But the main pool was incredible along with the hospitality of the staff. The infinity pool is one of the best with the most stunning views - the food was delicious and the bar is probably the best bar in ubud! Not to mention the massages were incredible! I could go on….
