VICI

I live in Nashville and have been shopping at this store and on line for over 4 years. I order from here weekly and I have been happy with everything I have ordered and received over the past 4 years. Have I sent back a few things yes do to sizing or just not liking the way the item looked on me. The clothing is good quality. This company is not a scam they are legit oh and when I place an order I usually receive it within 6-7 days from the date I placed the order. It also very easy to track your order and if you have any problems you are able to contract customer service and actually speak with a live person. Happy Shopping!!!!!

Terrible customer service- I ordered an item. They sent me the completely wrong item. When I reached out asking them to replace it they told me it was out of stock so I asked if they could just sent me the next size up. They again told me it was out of stock when it was not. When I screenshot the item was available they told me it was too low in stock to send me as a replacement and if I wanted the item I had to first return my item and wait for the store credit THEN I could purchase it. They didn’t offer free shipping so I would have had to pay shipping again and if it’s low in stock the chances of me being able to buy it days later probably wouldn’t have happened. Unacceptable to not do whatever they could to correct THEIR mistake. I will not be shopping here again and I suggest you don’t either

Harper & Jaelynn were the BEST! I came in last minute needing something for a rehearsal dinner, and they totally saved the day. They stayed late, never rushed me, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. 10/10 recommend!

Harper was amazing - she helped me find pieces I never would have tried on and made me feel so confident! I love VICI and order online but was so excited to be in Nashville for an in person experience. Harper truly made the experience! Will certainly be back!

This company needs to do better. Store credit only for online returns? And in this economy? Plus, the sales associate didn’t want to accept my online return because it was “final sale“ but didn’t even take a look to see the shoes were unworn. Now I’m stuck with a store merchandise card for a company I will never shop from again. Echoing all the reviews that say buyer beware. Yikes.

Updated review! 4 years and counting! Emily and Jaylen were super awesome on my last visit. I always enjoy my shopping experience at Vici The clothes are cute and affordable definitely better than H&M and Zara in Nashville They have cute specials on clothes weekly Complementary beverages while you shop. I want to mention Harper as well, she's the associate I normally see when I'm there. She's a very hard worker and always treated me nicely Bravo ladies keep up the fabulous work! Keep twerking till you get a Burkin xoxo

I bought a leather jacket from Vici And it was too big when I tried it on at home, so I attempted to order a small one, but they were sold out. I didn’t want anything else and now they will not issue a refund via my credit card only store credit. Stay away from this company as they don’t care about their customers.

Hannah, Jaelynn, and Camryn were amazing and provided me great customer service! Love this store!! 🖤 love to buy things because you guys keep it fun. These girls are amazing they need a raise! The store is very clean and organized. They greeted me right when I walked in which I appreciate!

Love the selections at the store, excellent customer service and everything was so well organized. The clothes were well organized and shopping is a fun experience there with nice fitting rooms and seating areas. Prices are decent! Good sales also.

I was swayed to order from this company by an "influencer". Shipping was quick and items were packaged decently. It was downhill after that. The quality is cheap and I already know these sweaters won't make it more than one season. They brag about easy returns but quietly show you are given store credit only. Had I been more observant, that would have been a huge red flag. I'm only keeping these because I have no intention of ever ordering from them again - why return crap to order more crap? Lesson learned on two fronts. Influencers aren't always looking out for you and never trust a company that won't give refunds.

I was in the Vici Oulet in Fairfield California for almost two hours on Sunday 8/11, trying on all kinds clothes, shoes and accessories. The service was amazing, Holly was super helpful. There was another sales person there that was also very sweet. I bought 16 items! Crazy good deals! Can't wait to go back!

Extremely disappointing. Just got off the phone with them. I did the BOGO on the dresses. It's so frustrating I got 2 free dresses and those are the two that just didn't fit. How would I know out of the 4 dresses the two free ones wouldn't fit. This is horrible. I WILL not be back. I spent a lot of money with you guys. But being treated this way. I didn't care what kind of credit towards something that fits, but nothing?? That's just robbing people of money. Shame on you guys.

Don't shop on this site. They will not refund you and only give you store credit! Products are not great.

I scored $1347.66 worth of clothes / product for less than $150 and I never DONT get compliments when wearing out in public

Very poor selection of clothing. not much inventory. VICI has a great website with lots of options so I was pretty shocked at the very limited options here. Also, none of the items in store were anything I recognized on their site. More geared towards a night out on Broadway rather than everyday attire.

So, so terrible. Items never shipped and I can't reach anyone. Three emails and over an hour on hold and still haven't been able to talk to anyone. Do not waste your time or money.

Visiting Music City for the first time this week and was so excited to see that there is a brick and mortar VICI!! The store is quite put together and clean! All of the girls greeted me with the biggest smiles! I was looking to find a few outfits to wear for this week, as I didn't pack much that I loved. Rachael and Dara absolutely killed it! Rachael's suggestions and picks were just my style, it was like she was reading my mind! Dara was the sweetest and kept checking on me if Rachael got busy. The two of them are a power team!! Water and Rosé were readily available as well. I didn't feel pressured or like they were just trying to make a sale goal! VICI has won me over and I will be coming back for more!!

Great adorable store! staff was nice and friendly. I usually buy online and was pleasantly surprised to see that have a store. everything was neat and organized.

UPDATE: exchanged my purchase for something else and had about $20 remaining for store credit. You fill out a slip and they say they will email you the credit quickly. 5 hours later and I still don't have my store credit. With how quick technology is, I don't get why it wasn't instantaneous or why they can't provide a gift card? Especially because people can spend a lot of money there and may have a lot of credit. Don't wanna chance it being sent to my email. Cute store and helpful staff! A great addition to the capital view area, with some minor flaws bringing the rating down to a 3 star. The store is pretty small so the options are limited, as well as the sizing. I was a bit disappointed in this cause I found only few items that fit the vision I had when I walked in. Found an item I really liked, but they didn't have it in my size. Multiple items required different sizing and made shopping difficult since I couldn't just grab one size. In addition to that, dressing rooms are quite small and they close by a velvet curtain. Not horrible..but in a small space, there may be an accidental bump opening up that curtain. And the dressing rooms have a thing glass/clear wall between them and a waiting area. Overall, I'll be back, but I'll probably just venture online for the wider selection and return in store if needed. Remember store credit only and if returned within 2 weeks!

I've been here a few times before and usually find stuff I like. However, I went yesterday and was the only one in the store and the two girls working didn't say a word when to me the entire time I was in there. I had a good amount of things to try on and was clearly struggling to carry it, but neither of them offered to take anything from me or get a room started. One was putting a few items away when I walked in, but after that they just stayed behind the counter the whole time talking to each other.

Adorable clothing. Decently priced. However if you want to be helped by the clerks while shopping don't come here. They're too focused on their own looks. Music was EXCESSIVELY LOUD - like louder than a bar. Music was also full of explicit wording (included the N word). I was visibly uncomfortable, but no one seemed to care. When I asked for help, the employee literally rolled her eyes. I'm never coming back here.

This was our second stop in Nashville after we got sooner brunch. We were greeted at the door and offered rose which we were able to drink around the store. Staff was very nice. They did not have the sizes I wanted (small) I'm some things I was interested in, which was disappointing. The people I was with a said online everything is mostly 20% off so buying it in the store would be more expensive. It was a cute boutique.

We were so excited to visit VICI upon our arrival in Nashville. I was incredibly impressed by how helpful and kind the entire staff was! This is a must go in the city!

I called with an "urgent" request for a dress I spotted online and needed for a party the next day (across the country). Rachael was a huge help over the phone- she was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I cannot thank her enough for saving the day :) I look forward to shopping with her again.

I've been attempting to find clothing from Vici's mail order and just about every single item I order is too big on me (I order XS). I don't know what it is, but it is becoming extremely frustrating. They have a credit only policy and I've been trying to use my credit now for about 6 months. They don't pay for returns, so every time my credit gets smaller and smaller because they take the cost for the return out of the credit. They have cute stuff, don't get me wrong, but for some reason, their XS items are just not cut to the size I usually order from major retailers like Nordstrom or Macy's. I just sent an email (second one) pleading to just get a refund given that I've done my due diligence in trying to abide by their no refund policy. I doubt they'll give me a refund, though. If a company cannot provide the proper size, they should own that and give a little in return. Anyway, if you're a small person I don't recommend you try to find anything from this retailer, as it probably won't fit.

As a 40 something-year-old female I am excited to have a store like this in the Nashville area. The location is convenient. Has a wide variety of sizing just sit most figures... And a variety of styles allowing me to find fun, on-trend, items at affordable prices in one stop! The staff is very helpful and do a good job of helping pit together outfits. Sizing varies...that's the only thing that drraws them to a 4-star in my book.

I don't understand the hype of this store. The clothes are such horrible quality. Cheap fabrics and poor construction. It's literally an overpriced Forever21. The music playing in the store is extremely loud and just unnecessary.

My 4 girlfriends and I went into the Nashville location today & oh my goodness, I don't have enough amazing things to say about everything!!! The store & employees from the moment we walked in were absolutely amazing!! What a beautiful store! Your employees are the cutest, sweetest girls I've ever met at a store and were incredibly helpful & kind to us all. I truly felt like I had my own shopping assistant, and wow what an experience! I absolutely love this place. I'm an XS and I find that some items fit and some don't. The clothes are cute and priced decently. I did have one instance when I placed an order and it took over a week for my order to be shipped out. Of course, when I needed pieces for an occasion it doesn't come in on time. I shop here occasionally and I've never had that happen but it would have been nice for the store to let me change the shipping type which I was not able to and not being told my items would be shipped out on this day when it wasn't. Things happen I understand but I feel like customer service could have handled my situation better.

Vici online - awesome, love love love. This store is like an outlet - all sizes are L, XL and clothes are the final sale items nobody wants, which have been smudged by the hands of several people passing through. Huge disappointment. Will continue to shop online though! Vici has great taste, this store sucks though :/

Nope. The music is deafening loud. You can't even hear yourself. The sales people were shouting to be heard. I'd never go back. The most unpleasant shopping experience. My ears are still ringing. When I commented to one of the associates how loud it was she laughed and said it's what the owners want. Ewwwww.

This store should receive an award for NUMBER ONE customer service! So so thankful for Dani and her manager this past week ... I travelled to Nashville from Las Vegas for a trip away and had to go to Vici. Dani welcomed me into the store and collected the cutest items for me to try on, brought me and my boyfriend rosé and I ended up walking out with great memories and tons of new outfits I never would have even tried on. Thank you, Dani!! This was my favorite thing about Nashville. Xx!

Came to Nashville from S. Florida and had to go shopping at VICI. I found so many exciting fashions at affordable prices. Can't wait to to return in April when I am back again.

I'm so disappointed in this store. I have purchased multiple things from here at the cost of $65+ only to have them fall apart. This dress wasn't even worn for 4 hours before the strap came off. I would tell everyone to buy from this store but I'm no longer recommending it to anyone and I will no longer be purchasing either.

Gorgeous pieces; affordable trending fashion. Nashvillians are lucky to have it and the "vici dolls" are not bad either.

My girlfriend and I visited VICI today...First off it's a huge store with lots of options to choose from. My girlfriend was helped by many associates throughout browsing and picking up items off of racks. Not only did the associates start her a fitting room but actually asked what she was shopping for and gave some styling tips... she LOVED that! The associates seemed very organized and on top of their customers. While my girlfriend tried on clothes there is even a seating area for the guys and I was even offered water or rose! The music selection was great and not too loud. It was upbeat and enjoyable. Overall our visit to the store was great and we would come back again.

I went to Vici to get something for my mom for Christmas. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the girls there helped me so much! The store is beautiful and the service was great! Highly recommend!

Rachael at the Nashville location is hands down the most professional, attentive, kind, beautiful and ALWAYS happy to assist me. She has literally picked out every single outfit for me and I got TONS of compliments on each one. She goes above and beyond. Her passion for fashion is on a another level. I have never had someone treat me with this high end of customer service! VICI would NOT be the same without this beautiful, passionate soul. Went in to shop for a Christmas gift for my mom and all of the girls were very helpful. They offered rosé and water while I shopped and I found the perfect gift for my mom (which she loved). Recommend for any guy needing some help for girlfriends/wives/moms.

BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Lex and Katy are just amazing. The time and attention they gave me were just insane. Putting outfits together for me to also giving their honest opinions. I never had to leave the dressing room either. It was just an all around phenomenal experience. Love this store. So happy to have one in Nashville!!
