Google
An Italian friend of ours suggested this place and we’re so happy she did. The menu’s are changing often (I’m assuming because the menu posted here on google is no longer the menu we got when we were there last week). They also have specials of the day which we went for. All of the dishes were flavorful, simple yet complex and fresh! Dishes came out really quick too and service was attentive. Overall I’m in love with the foods!! 4/5 for atmosphere we felt that the place might need some music, we sat in the alleyway area.

Excellent service with delicious food and wine. Great choice of wine from Italy and wide range of by glass selection. Reasonable price with good quality of food and service. High recommend to try this nice restaurant when you come to La Spezia.

Excellent Ligurian cuisine. Very popular place a little overstretched when we were there so potato garnish was delayed until well after the tuna it went with. Otherwise really tasty, beautiful menu of specialties hard to choose from. The spinach pie and fish pot were fantastic. Spacious, simple room with no background music, very relaxing.

Happened upon this place when SempreAmighi was closed. The best part of this meal was the bread. Expensive meal where both pastas (especially the anchovy one) were salty and tuna with hazelnut crust was average.

I had to look up sea cicadas for the sauce in my meal but am glad I ordered it. A fresh, creamy taste of the sea with a nice pop from salmon roe. My daughter's pesto was lovely: creamy with the basil the perfect savory freshness. My wife's tortellini with bacon was AMAZING. I was lucky she shared one with me. You will need reservations to sit outside but it was quite cozy inside too. One of the best meals of my trip so far

What an amazing place. Great staff, some of the most delicious foods and just a charming and cozy environment. Full of locals, you know it's going to be awesome. Would go there many more times and I'd definitely bring my friends for the wine and a great time.

Google
Delicious food, lovely little back alley where you can eat away from the main streets and the staff were so nice. The waiter being able to cite all ingredients of 5+ specials in multiple languages was impressive. Loved how they shared were the ingredients and wines are from. Will be back

Yelp
The dishes that impressed us were surprisingly the appetizers. Tartare mixed (raw mixed fish) and tartare di tonna (tuna raw). Tasted like sashimi with an Italian twist. Could've eaten the mixed fish dish as a salad dish (it was decorated with some veggies). The swine fillet was surprisingly not dry with generous portion. The rabbit was nothing special, but worth a try. Acomando dish was quite salty but can be balanced with the roasted potatoes that came with it. The seafood risotto (minimum 2 people requirement imposed by restaurant) stole the show really. It was really good with large portion. The ravioli was great. We also ordered pannacotta and tiramisu, which were good as well. Bonus: they have English menus!

Yelp
Nice service, delicious food (we had the seafood risotto), nice seating areas, best of all-the white house wine! Had to buy half a case to bring home. Will be a long haul but well worth it. Wished I could have bought more.

Yelp
Had our last dinner in La Spezia here. The food was delicious and local. The service warm and giving the impression of a small family restaurant. The house wine was lovely and could easily go with any dish. My dish, the chicche were so delicious I ended up wondering if I could ever recreate them. I must have not been the only one wondering how they had managed to make the squid so tender and delicious, as going in to pay, another customer was receiving cooking tips from one of the staff.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I reserved a table for two at this restaurant at the 11th hour and were welcomed like royalty. From the freshest fish to the creamiest cakes, our palates were whisked off to the wonderful land of Italian cuisine. In addition to the fantastic service and unforgettable menu, the owner would frequently come out and chat with us regarding the food and wine, even chatting with us about our respective backgrounds. We are considering returning to Italy JUST to come back to this location.

Yelp
We came across this restaurant in our last night in La Spezia. It actually wasn't our first choice, but we found it to be the only restaurant open at 7:30PM on a Sunday night. What an amazing find! The place appeared to be a pretty family run operation. Though it was a bit difficult to get service at times - we were really able to make our meal last a few hours - so make sure you go with company you enjoy! Every pasta dish we had was absolutely delightful -I would suggest getting a few different pastas and sharing amongst you. We were recommended to try the house local wine - which priced at 15 Euro was a bit more than the other house wine, but well worth the extra 5 Euro. For dessert we had the panna cotta - and ultimately ordered two. By far the best dessert we had our entire trip and potentially the best panna cotta I've ever had. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the Cinque Terre region and staying in La Spezia!

Yelp
We ate here on a Friday night. Was absolutely the best meal we had in cinque terre region, until waiting over an hour after main plates had been cleared, without having water, wine or any contact with staff, despite actively trying to flag them down. We had already asked for a reservation for the next evening- the food was that delicious. We did not return. The service went so far down that we can not recommend it. After waiting over an hour at our table without even water, staff finally approached us to ask if we would like dessert menu. After being told It was too late, we would like the check, we waited again. The smallest effort by the team would have restored our goodwill, everyone has difficult nights, but there was no indication that they cared. Th tuna tartare appetizer was excellent. The mixed seafood appetizer was lovely. Any consideration of the staff would have made this a recommendation but sadly we can only say that it was sub par.

Yelp
We had the rabbit dish, and pork dish, both delicious, with a bottle of FANTINI Montepulciano D'Abruzzo and was fantastic per our "ordinary folk" rating. The waiter spoke good English an was very nice.

Yelp
We've been traveling all over northern and central Italy and this is by far the best food we've had. We would give this 10/10, 5 stars, top marks. Vicolo Intherno is a must!

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended in the Lonely Planet Travel Guide and we had an amazing evening there! Although some people wrote that the waiting time was very long, we had no issues with that. For Antipasti we shared the mixed seafood and went on with the seafood risotto - so yum! 4€ for desserts is also a very good price which is why we tried the tiramisu as well. With wine, water and three courses we paid 63€ which was more than worth it. Also, we liked the interior and the friendly staff. Definitely worth it!

Yelp
Excellent pasta dishes! I highly recommend the ravioli with meat sauce or either of the risotto dishes. Be prepared for nice, slow Italian meal but very worth it. It ranked as one our favorite meals in Italy.

Yelp
We accidentally found this restaurant on our last night in La Spezia. It was fantastic. We had a party of 6 and they were able yo accommodate us in about 30 minutes while we had a drink elsewhere. Umberto was a tremendous host. We started with an antipasto crudo that had all sorts of unusual seafood that was fantastic. The meal continued with excellent pastas and even a rabbit stew. We finished with the best tiramisu ever and a wonderful chocolate & coconut cake. The prosecco was delicious along with a local white wine. Would definitely come back if we were not leaving.
